Room was comfortable and short distance to the main square.
Too noisy. The hotel is in front of a Market and a noisy street (buses, taxis, people selling things on the streets, etc), it can be very noisy. My friend need to sleep with earplugs to be able to sleep.

The staff was great. The facilities were clean, new and my room was big
I was December, summer time and it was very warm at night time. The offered a big fan but I couldn’t sleep. My friend didn’t have any problem.
4.5

Friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located, easy to walk to the main plaza, restaurants, etc.
A bit of street noise due to the market across the street.

La Vista hacia la calle. Tiene cables electricos pegados al balcony

great staff, breakfast, new building, great art and decor, clean rooms, and very comfy beds
the location; very loud and busy around hotel; however we requested a room without a window to the outside and that helped a lot.

staff are friendly
the room itself not worth the price at all. our room was at 3rd floor, however since the whole building is next to a busy street, basically you could hear traffic, people talking and all the street noises. literally could not sleep all night. I would not recommend.

Cleanliness
Not hot water, only quite warn the first 2 days,.

The staff at the hotel provided excellent service and were very attentive. The breakfast was the best I've experienced in Peru and I tried all the local food typical from that region.
The location, across the road from the central market, meant it was very noisy late into the night, so we all had trouble sleeping.

I like the facilities and the room, expansive and very clean. Staff were very polite and helpful.
Breakfast was slow and we basically have to queue to 'order' even though it was a buffet. The location, right across the main market, so noisy very early in the morning and if you open the balcony, noisy and smelly.
Lighting in the room was poor.

Desayuno buffet a la orden, agradable y fresco.

Spacious room, clean, nice beds, very friendly staff. One of the better places in Ayacucho surely!
Bathroom slightly small compared to the room, though clean and comfortable
We had a room with no windows to the outside unfortunately / though on the plus side it was relatively quiet for Peruvian standards :)
Lots of light coming from the hallway and no curtain to block the light, we found out we could turn off the hallway lights and the hotel was relatively quiet so no one turned it on again, though not sure this always works..
