Udany tuż przedsezonowy pobyt w eleganckim apartamencie

Na szczególną pochwałę zasługuje sam apartament, a przede wszystkim zachowana w nim czystość. Nowe umeblowanie i w pełni wyposażony aneks kuchenny zachęca do przebywania. Bliskość sklepów i knajp jest niewątpliwym atutem tego miejsca. W pobliżu znajduje się postój TAXI z którego za niewielką opłatą można się wszędzie przemieszczać. My bez wątpienia tam wrócimy.

Jedynym mankamentem tego obiektu jest jego położenie, a właściwie otoczenie. Elegancki apartament otoczony starymi budynkami (tzw slumsami). Nie odczuwaliśmy natomiast żadnego zagrożenia z tego tytułu. Mały pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami posiada okno wychodzące na korytarz, a więc korzystanie z niego jest bardzo wątpliwe. Sprawna klimatyzacja ułatwia w nim przebywanie.

Great location and very clean apartment

They provided everything we needed and were very helpful. All amenities were provided and the apartment was not only on a good location but also fairly easy to leave by car to explore different beaches.

Everything was great, just a reminder if someone rents a bigger car (wider than a fiat punto let’s say) might be a bit harder to park but potentially there are other parking spots around the apt.

The Apartament we rented was beyond expectations. really clean, the beds were very comfortable, positioned in the center of Ayia Napa with a variety of restaurants and clubs nearby. Such good amenities for the price.

Wonderful stay

Lovely modern and spacious apartment,very clean and we felt like like home. Beds were very comfortable. Great location as right in heart of Ayia Napa, just 2 min walk to the main street full of restaurants,bars and shops.

Spent a happy ten days at Napa Court over Christmas, George was fantastic, lovely stay, highly recom

Self catering apartment, comfortable, clean, well equipped kitchen area, including washing machine, a nice, modern shower and bathroom, easy timer buttons to get hot water, a decent balcony, excellent internet and Netflix. Lots of thoughtful touches, from washing detergent and cleaning products to a coffee machine, bottled water in the fridge and a box of Greek Delight on the table. George was super helpful with check in and there is a key safe. I arrived by bus from Nicosia and there is a bus stop just a few minutes away from the apartment on the main Nissi Avenue - easy to get to and easy to find. Great location, less than 5 mins from the Monastery bus stop and closer still to the Nissi Avenue bus stop. Wonderful walking in the Capo Greko National Park and along deserted beaches in December. I was there for ten days over Christmas, Ayia Napa was very quiet out of season, most shops and restaurants were closed but a local mini-supermarket 2 mins walk away, even though low season, enough were places open to not cause a problem. There's a Zorba's Bakery too on Nissi Avenue, a few mins away. Highly recommend as a base to explore from, I would go back again, out of season, a lovely place, lovely people and a great stay.

Everything was spot on for a self catering stay.

Excellent, central yet quiet apartment. Excellent rates as well.

Napa Court 2 is without doubt an excellent apartment. Some reviewers complained about the building - well, it´s a place where regular people live. Location is very central yet quiet, the bathroom is spacious and brand new, the living room spacious as well, everything is just very comfortable. Also the owner is very attentive and extremely helpful! He went more than just an extra mile when we had a problem with the key. Thank you for that!

A coffee maker or perhaps just a coffee / tea pot would be handy - just a suggestion.

Lovely apartment

Super clean and comfortable. Pictures say 1000 word's. Silent Ac's, good internet, smart TVs, enough all cooking essentials if you are in preparation of the food, nice bathroom etc. Location for us was very good, close and fairly close to everything one can expect from such a large and versatile resort like Ayia Napa. Lovely neighborhood cats if you are a cat lover. Last but not least, host's are very helpful.

Really nothing that would need mentioning.

It was amazaing ! The apartment was extremely clean, well furnished, close to the center. The host was really helpful, answered any of our questions immediatelly. Some said the neighbourhood was strange, maybe if you were not used to it, but the neighbours are really kind, we had a nice chat with them. A taxi station is near the apartment, so the travelling was easy too.

What a place - an absolute jewel!

What a place - an absolute jewel! Spacious, spotless clean, immaculately furnished. This apartment offers everything you need and even more. All photos of the apartment are completely true. Fully furnished kitchen - everything that even a person with high demands will need. Relatively close to noisy bars, but incredibly quiet. Very close to the main street and bus stop and at the same time secluded and peaceful. We arrived very late in the evening and were infinitely grateful for the water we found in the fridge. A big bonus for us was the lack of people in the opposite building and we enjoyed the balcony every morning and evening undisturbed.

Pretty apartments in the center of Ayia Napa

Parking slot (even if it is a bit narrow), extremely clean rooms. Internet was perfectly fast. Very central location. Bakery just 100 m away. Not so hot even when outside is 30C+.

It is too loud in the night. 75m2 probably includes parking slot.

Beds are extremely soft, they gave bad back pain to all three people who stayed there. One person had to move out to a different accommodation due to the bed.

A fantastic appartment near all amenities.

The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and furnished with extra little touches to make it inviting and welcoming. Nothing had been forgotten: welcome food, tea, coffee, water etc, and cleaning materials provided, hence saving on expense and allowing the apartment to be kept pristine. Very thoughtful. Also the owner is on hand if needed and is very helpful and considerate.

The building and surrounding buildings are being renovated so a little daunting on approach. However the apartment is an oasis in all of this and a fantastic surprise as soon as you open the front door. The complex will be lovely when completed.

Great holiday apartment!

The flat looks exactly like the photos, even bigger in person and clean. The host was friendly and helpful. Location was great for walking around the city centre. Definitely recommend and we'll be back soon!!

Wonderful stay

You get exactly what you see on the pictures of the apartment. Comfortable, spacious and very tidy and clean property, which provided everything that we needed during our stay. It was very clean, air conditioners in every room, a full equipped kitchen and very comfy beds. There was a parking option provided, which was a useful bonus. Getting our keys was extremely easy, as well as leaving them upon departure. There is also a spacious terrace, which provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee with a nice view :) The apartment is located very close to the center road and very close to local restaurants and supermarkets. The location was great! No noise at all! I definitely recommend!

The only thing that bothered me each time when I entered the apartment was a specific smell in the living room, which went away after releasing some fresh air into the apartment. Nothing too major.
