It was okay

I think the place could’ve been a little better, it had bugs and spiders in my room and when i ask to go to a different room, the staff caught an attitude

Sheets were dingy and stained. Floor was sticky.ugh!

Not worth the money

Outside is nice and clean but the room itself was dirty the housekeepers do a bad job you see no pride in the cleanliness of the room floors were filthy hadn't been mopped in weeks my white socks was ruined for the dirt on the floors. And on top all this place had a non smoking policy but smelled weed and cigarettes all up and down the hallway.

The beds were comfortable and cleaned but was all that I liked about this place and the parking lot was well lit and plenty of places to park.

Unacceptable Service

I liked the location of the hotel.

I didn't like the fact that once we arrived at the hotel, there was an additional required $100 deposit. Mind you (refundable if the room was in good condition when we Checked out). I understand Check-in was at 3 pm and we arrived before that time. The earliest we could Check-in was 2 pm. Our purpose for the reservation was to bring our daughter and her friend to swim.

Just not very nice stay at all basically need refund

Just the pool.

Nothing when I got to room it had hair on towels, tub , and walls. It had pee on toilet seat. The pillow on bed had stains on them. They had ants on floor. And next morning woke up they had ants in bed.

they were doing construction on the building and it was super noisy

I received great customer service. And the room was nice, clean and comfortable. Also the Hotel was clean and fresh. The premises are very clean.

It was so filthy nothing like the pictures. They even had a sticker that stated that they only change sheets every 3 days and ask for news ones to save detergent. the tub was dirty the sheets were filthy no thick blanket, the recliner was broken, you turn the light on u see all the dingy stains on the sheets, I was not comfortable at all

Staff were not very welcoming. The bed was not comfortable. In there bathroom in the corner there was a bunch of human hair. Very small breakfast.
