About this cabin rental

This little cabin has been constructed in the lower level of my log home. This cabin is fully equipped. It has a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator, a full bathroom with full shower, a bedroom with a queen size bed that includes all the bedding (linens, blankets and pillows). The living room has a recliner chair as well as a sleep sofa which can sleep two. The living room also has a TV with full cable. It has WiFi for your convenience (Password will be given once your stay has been secured). It has full heat for winter and cold AC for the summer. The kitchen has all complete cookware, glasses, coffee mugs, utensils, a coffee pot with coffee, powdered cream and sugar. You have your own private entrance. A lock box hangs to the left of the entry way with the cabin key in it. Once your getaway is confirmed you will be provided with the combination. This is an exceptionally quiet neighborhood. This is not a party house. It is not suitable for children. I am pet friendly for a number of reasons. I have traveled with my pets for 30 years and have always found it difficult to find pet friendly places. Most pets are considered family members and most pet owners enjoy traveling with their pets. This property is 1/2 mile off Kancamangus one of the most scenic roads in the US. There are countless hiking trails that range from very easy to very difficult very close by. Biking, canoeing, kayaking, skiing (X-country and alpine), horseback riding and golfing are just a few of the many activities close by. For those less enthusiastic about the great outdoors, the infamous "outlet shopping" stores are a short 10 minute drive. The Conway Scenic Railroad is a five minute drive. North Conway has numerous restaurants which is a short 10 minute drive. Darby Field Inn is a stones throw from the little cabin.

Just off the Kancamagus highway and close to Conway. Two of us stayed very comfortably and warm. Everything you need is provided and is spotless. Our second time here and will likely come again.

The owner of the property was very helpful in providing various recommendations for hiking, restaurants and shopping in the area. She also communicated with us before our stay as well as during. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and extremely well appointed supplies. There were even shower supplies for our use. Kitchen well outfitted except for scissors and tongs. Both would have been useful for us.

Unique place in a secluded area remote from city life. Close enough to get to stores, shops, restaurants and markets as well as hiking spots. Marianne was a wonderful host.

We had to spend a weekend in Northern NH. The property was fantastic. The host is thoughtful and very attentive . I would suggest this property for anyone looking for a quiet getaway - clean, thoughtful , and cozy. If you have fury friends - this is paradise! Trails and attractions are surrounding the location!

Our host Marianne made our stay very relaxing. She is very accommodating and very responsive. We like to hike with our dog. The property is located near several hiking trails with varying degrees of difficulty. Our pup loved it. The cabin was also comfortable enough for us to leave him behind for a short time while we went out for some shopping. We would recommend this property to anyone with a pup who enjoys the outdoors but also likes quiet at night.

This was the perfect place to stay while showing my family around the White Mountains! The place was comfortable and had all the necessities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location along the Kancamagus for getting to hikes or heading into town if we needed anything. Marianne was a fabulous host as well! I would happily stay here again.

The cabin was the perfect size for my wife and I with our two dogs, and had everything that we needed. Being a stone's throw from the Kancamagus Highway, it's a beautiful location and is perfect for seeing White Mountain National Forest. Our host was very communicative while also being considerate of our time and space, and made sure that our pups were just as welcome as we were! Highly recommended.

Marianne was great in communicating from the time of reservation. We had a late arrival and early departure with no complications. The apartment space was very clean and comfortable. I absolutely loved my stay at the cozy cabin apartment! The charming ambiance and comfortable furnishings created the perfect retreat. The fact that it's dog-friendly was a huge plus, as my furry friends had a fantastic time too. The thoughtful amenities and serene surroundings made for a truly memorable getaway. Make sure if you bring dogs that they have leashes. There is no containment system or fence to get the dogs in but you can walk them on the property and the owner has plenty of bags to clean up waste.

We spent the mornings hiking near by at Mount Chocura from two different trails as well as Rocky Gorge with our pup! This was perfect for us dog lovers. We felt completely comfortable there. We would also come back and stay as a little romantic getaway! This place is perfect for whatever your adventure might be!

Marianne’s property was so welcoming- very clean and comfortable with really thoughtful touches. Our dog joined us which was so convenient and there were lots of amenities to keep her comfy, too. Great view and quiet location, but easy to navigate to from the Kancamagus. Close to great skiing. Loved it!

We had a wonderful time staying at the cabin. It is decorated beautifully and dog friendly. Every detail is well thought out for us as well as for the dog. He had his own bowls, bed, and blankets. Bed was comfortable and shower was stalked with shampoos for men and women. Thank you for sharing your peace of heaven with us.

Wonderful stay in a beautifully appointed cabin right along the Kancamagus Highway. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating of all our needs. While we did not have our pups along the cabin is extremely welcoming to dogs with many special touches just for them. The cabin was warm and cozy in one of the most beautiful areas we have ever visited. Would highly recommend!!!

Clean well equipped walkout apartment. Has everything you need, linens, shower gel, shampoo, all kitchen supplies and even dog bowls and a dog bed. Very clean cozy. Close to North Conway shopping, and all White Mountain hiking etc. Great location and beautiful area. Will definitely stay here again!

This was a great getaway. The hostess thought of everything you would need to have a great vacation with your dog. She provided trail maps, reading material and anything you and your four legged friend would need. The decor was perfect for a mountain escape. We will be coming back.

Very cozy place, all needed amenities and great place to stay for a night or weekend with a dog. Only issue is heat differential between main area and bedroom but the fan does a fair job of pulling in the warm air. Just makes the main area a bit stuffy. Overall lovely place and would stay here again

It was so nice to stay at Marianne’s cabin. The area is very pretty and quiet., right off the Kancamagus. The cabin was immaculate and comfortable with added comfort measures I.e., slipper socks and slippers provided, coffee, towels, etc. The cabin was dog friendly, decorated very nicely and clean which is very important to me.

The dogs an I had a wonderful stay! Marianne was a great host. The cabin was filled with all of the necessities and more. She even made sure the dogs had what they needed. They especially loved the dog bed. She was the only host willing to allow myself and my 3 dogs to stay. The cabin was quiet, cozy, and in a great location. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great accommodations for the two of us. Very welcoming for dogs. Marianne was very responsive. Place is neat, clean and organized. Nice location to see beautiful mountain views and ski of course!
