We played in a tournament at Riverhill and it was perfect to be so close to the course. The set up was great because everyone had their space. We loved being able to sit on the patio in the evenings too. Great place!

Suggestion
The place is great. Our only suggestion is you might want to have it sprayed. Saw quite a few bugs. Otherwise, had a great time. Will certainly recommend it.

Great place to stay and lots to do
We were 5 adults and a dog on a mini-family reunion and wine tasting adventure. The set up was perfect - each of the four bedrooms are large and have a full on-suite bathroom with either 2 queen beds or one king bed and a sofa. Would highly recommend it for a family gathering where everyone also needs their own space as well as the common space and kitchen. The kitchen is small but very well stocked with everything you need. The owner was very helpful and answered all of my questions before I arrived. We will still there again.

Quiet Retreat
My friends, family, and I enjoyed our stay with our pets. The location was conviently located to grocery stores, local shops, and was a short drive to Fredericksburg. The rooms were well spaced out, and though the lockboxes are a little tircky, we figured it out and felt secure during our stay. The kitchen and patio were well appointed - great supplies for cooking, outdoor grilling, and plenty of space for dining inside or outdoors. A pretty good space overall for larger groups.

We (wife, sister, other sister w her family) stayed there on our visit to Kerrville. The place is well maintained, cozy and in a beautiful location. Check in process was easy. Excellent communication with the owner. Will definitely stay there again.
Views of the golf course are amazing, especially in the mornings and evenings looking at the deer.

Nice Getaway
We had a great long weekend stay here. It was myself, my son (age 9), my mom and a family friend with 2 kids. The property owner was very communicative. We arrived late and it was dark, so we had some last minute questions about check-in, and the owner was immediately
responsive. We enjoyed how the unit was clean and all of the bedrooms were large with their own private bathrooms, as well as little mini-fridges and coffee area. Also, a nice perk was that the upstairs and downstairs were private but shared the main areas, so it was great for more than one family or just to have some separation. The view and location of the golf course was nice and the place was so peaceful! We didn’t do any golfing but was so fun to go out outside at night and seeing the stars was unreal! The shared space was organized and cozy, and there was plenty of fridge space and kitchenware available. Though we are out for the most part, there is a nice outdoor deck and grill looking at the golf course. Lots to do in Kerrville outdoors! Loved going to the river! Also we went to a restaurant Mamacita’s that was so fun and great food! Overall, we had a great stay and would return! We wanted to rent a golf cart but did not realize they were closed that Monday, so something to keep in mind when scheduling activities. Thank you for a nice, peaceful getaway experience!!

Great place to stay
The owner of the property is amazing to work with. We had totally unexpected weather conditions and he allowed us to stay until we were able to leave. The house is very accommodating for all, it gave you the home away from home feel. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved to see the deer in the yard every morning.
