About this house rental
This beautiful brand-new two-story home is in the coveted Spring Lakes Neighborhood. The home is located 12 minutes from the Augusta National, 5 miles from the main strip of Washington Road, and has great accessibility to interstate I-20 for easy ingress and egress.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms including a luxurious Master's suite featuring an electric fireplace, king sized bed, walk in shower, and jacuzzi jetted tub. Additional bedrooms upstairs include a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and two more bedrooms featuring two twin beds and a double bed respectively.
The kitchen, family room, downstairs bedroom and full bath, dining room, office and living room are all located downstairs. The fully stocked kitchen contains stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island. The downstairs bedroom contains two twin beds as well to accommodate additional guests.
The large, open backyard overlooking Reed Creek is the perfect place to relax and entertain. This area consists of an upstairs deck with plenty of outdoor seating!
The house is fully stocked with all paper products, spices, great linens and anything else you may request in advance.
