the apartment had dishes on the kitchen sink draining. There was dirty and food under the cushions on the couch. All the locks in the apartment were corroded and hard to operate.

Very good
Great for kids- close to the beach and the main waterfront attractions including the playgrounds and the cafes. Kids only have to cross one road which is a zebra crossing to get to the park. The place was large and well designed for a family. There is two foam single mattresses and two standard single beds with mattresses also. There was wifi and a smart tv. Bring: Toilet paper Sheets Towels - beach and shower
The adult bed was super uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on the floor on two foam single mattresses and it was better than the bed provided.

NO AIRCON and no way to rectify the inconvenience if not losing your money. Make sure you are someone who likes to sweat before booking

Lovely apartment in a great location with only a few very small issues.
Lovely little apartment in an amazing location, with a pool right outside and only a two minute walk from the scenic Kings Beach, and all the restaurants and shops on it. Double bed and couch were very comfortable, and the kitchen appliances all worked perfectly.
Temperature was manageable in the main loungeroom, but the bedrooms were very hot, even with the fans. Air con of some kind would be appreciated. The two single beds were a little uncomfortable, but otherwise fine.

It has been a good break in Caloundra.
Great location close to the King beach, to the public pool and the sea.
Appartment would need a good clean, repaint walls, some paints peels. Before renting bulbs should be checked and changed. A few didnt work, missing bulb in the pantry. It has been addressed twice and after a few days finally fixed.
