Colmar ist sehr schön, das Appartement nicht

Die Lage ist sehr gut

Sauberkeit war nicht so toll, dreckige Zahnputzbecher,es lagen doch Dinge von Vormietern herum, die Couch war Schrott, die Räume dunkel und muffig, überall schwirren Motten herum, keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher nach dem Duschen zu trocknen, keine Geschirrtücher, die angeblich vorhanden Ären Kaffeekapseln gab es nicht, WLAN funktioniert nicht, der zugesagte Parkplatz wurde nicht angeboten, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problematisch, es benötigte viele Anrufe is endlich jemand erreichbar war um den Zugangscode zum Haus zu erfragen. Colmar war schön aber von diesem Appartement kann ich nur dringend abraten!!!!

Bien placé, agréable mais petit donc essentiellement pour y dormir.

Appartement super bien placé. Propre. Dans un immeuble ancien donc attention aux poutres si vous êtres grands :) Mais un très bon moment.

Petit problème de draps mais résolu très rapidement par notre hôte qui a été réactif. Donc finalement un bon point. Par contre, nous n'avons pas pu avoir accès au parking.

Sehr gute Unterkunft mit Kompromissen

Die Lage war top! Mitten im Zentrum aber aufgrund von einer Seitengasse schön ruhig.

Das Appartement im Erdgeschoss hat kaum Tageslicht und wenn man nicht durchgehend lüftet ist Recht muffig wie in einem Keller, aber schön hergerichtet und bemüht mit Lüftung und so. Obwohl der Gastgeber und eine Parkkarte zugesagt hat haben wir diese nie bekommen und mussten daher außerhalb parken.

Not as advertised

the location to La Petite Venise and the market hall.

when we arrived at the apartment was freezing and we could not get some lights to work. We messaged the owners and were told to turn up the heat (we had tried) and turn on the light switches (they were not working). They did not seem to understand what we meant. We left to find the parking spot which was to be free and the parking card would not work. We received an it was not valid message no matter what we did (see picture). So we ended up paying for parking. We told the owners and they never responded to address it. We went for dinner and came back and the apartment was even colder. i finally discovered a circuit breaker tripped. I reset it and the lights worked and the heat started. Unfortunately the living room, bathroom, and shower never really warmed up. Way too cold to take a shower. the bedroom got warmer and there was an exra comforter.but qwwwwñme Also, the wifi code was not working. i copied and pasted it from the message they provided but it was not correct. So to message them I had to go outside to get a signal. I told them we most likely would not stay the second night do to the issues and asked if they would refund. i was willing to pay for the first night since we stayed. They never responded. Also. the "view" of the quiet street is through a very small window with bars that looks directly to the neighbors door across the alley which is all grafitti'd up (see picture). Finally they said the walls were soundproof but we heard walkers talking outside in the alley way. Luckily it was winter so there were not many. They never responded to my refund request, offered to pay for parking, or booking.com's attempts to reach them. they did apologize for the tripped fuse but did not provide any monetary compensation for the issues we dealt with. booking.com refunded me 25% of the second night as a gesture of good will. Had everything been perfect I do not know that I would stay again.

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Die Lage

Es war ein richtig schlechter Geruch im Wohnbereich, fast nicht auszuhalten. Der Vermieter gab den Rat dauernd zu lüften und die Heizung hoch zu drehen. Was aber keine reale Verbesserung war. Zunächst gab es keine Handtücher, die aber nachgereicht wurden. Die Wohnung war im EG, kleine Fenster waren vergittert, so dass man sich wie im Verlies gefühlt hat. Es gab keine Alternative laut Vermieter.

Exploring France 🇫🇷 😀

The apartment has great location, it is in the city center, near the market. It is good for a company of 4-5 people and has all necessary setup. Accomodation is pets friendly ❤️. You can get a parking place if needed 😊. City itself is spectacular and colorful. People are very friendly. There is a lot of restaurants with delicious food.

The pillows were a bit small and not very convenient.

El alojamiento esta muy centrico, la casa es tal cual las fotos, el tener parking nos facilito mucho la estancia. Tuve un pequeño problema por un error de booking pero el dueño del alojamiento me atendió excepcional. En frente esta el mercado para comprar cualquier cosa que se necesite, todo de excelente calidad

Non potevamo chiedere di più.

Appartamento perfetto per la nostra famiglia: accogliente e molto comodo, in zona centrale. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dell' host sono state oltre ogni nostra aspettativa e non finiremo mai di ringraziarlo per l'aiuto che ci ha dato in un momento di difficoltà (fortunatamente risolto), durante il nostro soggiorno in Alsazia. Non potevamo chiedere di più.

Nice apartment very close to historic old town.

Location was great and it was less than a 3 minute walk to the beautiful old town. Apartment was very clean.

The apartment could use some more glasses and cups. Our GPS said that the parking provided was 1.8 kms away. We didn't check that as we had a disabled parking permit which let us park in the street.

Would not recommend it to anybody

Near by little venice

The communication with the owner was horrible. We had severel problems. When We called him, he did not Pick up his phone. He did Pick up the phone once, where he did promise us to come by. But he never did. We had following problems: - car parking did not work with the card laying in the apartment. - wifi did not work. - Very High temperature in the apartment. No aircondition, no fans and with other buldings just beside, summer temperature and a lot of mosquitoes, it was not a solution to open the Windows. - towels smelled of mould

Fantastic location but I would choose somewhere different next time.

Easy to get in!

Host was a terrible communicator. I asked a few questions at the end and I’ve yet to hear from host. It’s like he ghosted me. And we left something there but he won’t respond. I’d take a train to get it but he won’t even respond to a message. Also, gnats were an issue and the rooms were very hot. No AC and no fans.

Close to petite venise and downtown. Great location for Christmas markets. Nice ambiance. Comfortable decor feel while maintaining old world texture.

The pillows seemed ready to be replaced as they were very flat. The shower was nice with the multiple heads and easy walk-in, but we had an issue with water running out of it all over the bathroom floor occasionally.

loved the location, super charming timbered building. Also appreciated the ease of collecting the keys and entering the building.

no parking- we had to use a garage. also, the additional city tax that was put into a piggy bank on site. it seems that tax should have been collected with the reservation/booking fee.

the location was very good

the apartment was dirty, lacked WiFi, no soap was provided in the bathroom, no toilet paper, and there was discarded food found under the sofa. TV also didn’t work. the host was very slow to respond and we did not receive instructions on how to gain entry to the space until 1 hour before arrival. due to a lack of WiFi we nearly missed our ability to gain access. luckily the train station had WiFi.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and yes, I would go there again..

We really liked the apartment though it could have used a few more kitchen utensils for cooking. Great little bedroom, nice bathroom and shower. The young lady who came to greet us and handed over the keys was very friendly. The place was very clean, beautifully furnished and it was super quiet at night.

The pictures show the front of the building, but there is a house attached to that gorgeous building and you have to get to it by walking into this tiny little alley. When looking at the pictures you think you are looking out the front on to the street and the canal. But you really look out the back at the alley, or in our case at the wall of another house and a bunch of roofs.

The location is perfect. The property is right on the canal about 1 min walk to Little Venice. Close to so many shops.

Bathroom sink was clogged. Towels smelled musty. Bed pillows are super flat. Not enough coffee pods. Not enough toilet paper. Kitchen light over the sink burned out. Owner needs to communicate quicker and with detailed info.

The apartment was big enough for 4 adults , but the beds weren't comfortable , staff were nice.

The apartment is actually in the city centre.

Car parking is a pain and accessing the apartment by car is impossible , its in some shady corner and can be reached only by walk.

Great location, prompt replies from the host, well equipped, clean

It’s was in a fantastic location and a lovely little property

We chose this property because of the parking but it wasn’t actually at the property. When we got there we were told there were only 2 spaces and they had been taking so we can pay to stay on the road. I did say we stayed here because it said there was parking. We paid for parking on the road the first night then we were met to get a ticket to get free parking for the second night. We had to go to reception at the car park in the morning to get the ticket verified so we didn’t have to pay but this didn’t open until 1030 so we paid to stay in the car park. The hotel said they would refund the mo et so gave them my bank details. After not receiving the refund I contacted the hotel to tell them and they said they were unable to do bank transfer so asked for our home address to send a cheque. As yet we still have not received this refund. The sofa bed is very poor, you could only really sleep one person as everyone rolls into the centre.
