Great location and welcoming staff! Slightly dated but had all basic needs.

Great location next to all the action, the hotel was good value for money but slightly dated. Staff were very welcoming and assisted with needs! Good air con and WiFi.

Our only comment would be the drains which sometimes smelt in our room.

Vecchio stile caldo e accogliente

Struttura calda e accogliente in vecchio stile thai. Camera confortevole, personale gentilissimo, colazione varia e abbondante. A un minuto a piedi dal porto, comodissima per i bagagli.

Senza ascensore, nessun problema per noi, ma forse per famiglie con bambini o anziani con problemi di deambulazione.

Very nice hotel for the money you pay!

The hotel is really nice! A bit old but not bad. The location is amazing! Our room was not noisy but I think could be depending on the orientation you face. Breakfast was very good, many options and nice view of the swimming pool. Swimming pool also good!

The neighbors of other rooms were a bit noisy but it’s not a problem of the hotel. Just rude people…

Świetna lokalizacja. 2 minuty spacerem od portu.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 120 metrów od wyjścia z łodzi. Przy głównym deptaku, gdzie są knajpy, bary, sklep 7/11 i nawet dwie wielkie sieciówki fast foodu. Za rogiem plaża. Śniadania całkiem smaczne.

Brak windy, a pięter jest aż 5.

Super Hotel in zentraler Lage -- perfekt für kurze Aufenthalte

Das Hotel in Koh Phi Phi liegt super zentral und in absoluter Hafen-Nähe (kein aufwändiges, langwieriges Gepäck-tragen). Es ist nicht laut wie ursprünglich aus Bewertungen angenommen. Von Partys merkt man gar nichts. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist sehr ausgewogen und hat die Erwartungen übertroffen

Hotel besitzt keinen Lift -- wichtig für Familien mit Kinderwagen

Great place

Great location , great size room , amazing sea view from room. Really enjoyed the pool was no pool bar but 7/11 so close so we just had some pool beers from there

Good comfortable stay at the centre of Phi Phi island

The hotel is right at the centre of the island, next to the Tonsai Pier. We can still see the beautiful water and yellow flowers/trees from our room. Breakfast is reasonably good with many options. Staff at the hotel are very friendly, they will help you to bring up or down the luggage and take you to the Pier and make sure you are there on time for your boat/ferry.

Not the hotel's fault but I can hear banging music from the beach all night especially on Saturday... I guess it's unavoidable as the area is quite small...

Dichtbij de pier. We werden opgehaald en onze bagage werd met een kar naar het hotel vervoerd. Een minuutje lopen. We hadden uitzicht op zee. De kamer was groot en heel schoon met balkon. Leuk zwembad. Fijn dat je handdoeken voor buiten mee kunt krijgen bij de receptie. Ontbijt start om 6.30. Handig als je om 7 uur al gaat duiken. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fijne bedden en goede airco. Dagelijks nieuw water en koffie en thee op de kamer.

Het interieur is donkerbruin/gedateerd maar wel netjes en schoon dus wat mij betreft prima.

Relaxing and surrounded by beauty

The views were mesmerizing! The staff was very accommodating and quite prompt. The bar is good too. Liked how clean and well-maintained the property was. Will never forget our experience there. A must visit.

Great location in Phi Phi

The property is a 2 min walk from the pier and has a nice view. The hotel is right beside loads of nice restaurants and shops. It’s easy to nip back to the hotel if you forgot something or want to chill out for a while.

The stairs and the AC doesn’t stay on once you leave so it takes the room a while to cool down. We had a door in our room to the next apartment and you could hear everything in that apartment.

ABANDONADO ! NO VOLVERÉ NUNCA .

Sinceramente poco , tal vez ubicación céntrica aunque por la noche se escucha la fiesta

Poco mantenimiento, olor a humedad . NO SE HACEN RESPONSABLES DE ROBOS en habitaciones de dinero ,joyas, cámaras, ordenadores..Las puertas se abren solas . NO ADAPTADO A PERSONAS CON MOVILIDAD REDUCIDA. No recomendable

Localização excelente. Hotel simples e com escadas, mas fiquei no segundo andar e foi tranquilo p subir. Foram nos esperar no píer e fomos recebidas com um suco. Uma grata surpresa. Equipe simpática. Ótimo custo-benefício.

Good for what you pay. Enjoyed.

Best location possible. Walking distance to everything. Shower in the room was powerful and warm. Would recommend the breakfast. Wide range of choice. Very nice. Lovely welcoming greeting at the pier.

We arrived at check in time however was waiting for our room to be ready for a long time after arriving. Room cleaning is left to very late in the day (around the time you’ll be getting back from day trips out and want to relax before getting ready for dinner).

lo único positivo es la ubicación !

la cama era lo único que fue bastante cómoda

creo me dieron la peor habitación que tenían , el hotel desde fuera se ve bastante bien y nuevo ,pero mi habitación era todo muy estropeado y viejo , el aire acondicionado y el frigorífico eran muy antiguos y hacían mucho ruido , las ventanas no cerraban bien y se escuchaba la música de los bares por la noche , hay que llevar tapones para los odios si piensas quedarte más de una noche jaja mejor no comentar las supuestamente vistas a la montaña desde mi terraza . la piscina se encuentra prácticamente en la calle Justo al lado de la recepción , muy pequeña y muy poca tranquilidad ya que todo el tiempo están llegando turistas o entrando y saliendo gente . calidad precio , no volvería jamás !

Very comfortable. Central location, easy access from pier. Friendly helpful staff. Great gym 2 mins walk away.

No lift but staff helps with luggage and wasn’t a real issue for us on the 3rd floor

Great breakfast, a lot of options and good quality. Good location and big room

some people are extremely rude and forget they are in a hotel. We heard screams from drunk (or demented, who knows) adults and teenagers and children running and screaming in the hallways at every imaginable time. I know it's not the hotel's fault, but it happened for days in a row

I’m giving this hotel a negative review only based on the description it had facilities for disabled. It does not. They think they have a suitable ramp - it is in fact an Everest of ramps and we were shown to a room with 3 steps as a person in a wheelchair.

Lovely and Nice stay.

Very Nice location, close to everything. Close to the pier where the boat set you off.

Nothing. Everyting was very Nice. No elevator, but the stad helps with suitcases.
