מיקום הדירה מצוין. הדירה מאוד יפה ומפנקת אך מעל לכל, לילי מנהלת המקום אישה מקסימה שנתנה שירות מעולה. הייתה שם בכל רגע נתון ונתנה מענה לכל צרכינו באהבה והמון נתינה. ממליצים בחום על המקום. אנחנו בוודאות נחזור.

УЖАСНОЕ МЕСТО ГДЕ ВАС ОБМАНУТ

Всем кто решит остановится в этом отеле , я думаю эта информация будет Вам полезна . Начну с первого в отеле идет РЕМОНТ и до вселения вам никто об этом не говорит ! Смиритесь с тем что будет постоянно шум (как минимум еше год, они расширяются) Шумоизоляции нет вообще, что когда люди говорят в соседнем номере спокойно то вы будите слышать очень хорошо весь разговор Большая часть номеров с видом во двор , но есть ньюанс твм веранда на которой все курят и они будут видеть вас и ваш номер как на ладони или закрывайте шторы круглосуточно . Система отопления и вентиляции сделана не правильно и поэтому когда вы будите спать на втором этаже , то у вас два выбора или мерзнуть или задыхаться Стеклянные перила установленные очень тонкие и если вы с ребенком или сами случайно их толкнете то все легко разобьется . Оценка в отеле высокая лишь по одной причине , все время пока вы будите жить там за вами будут ходить и умолять поставить 5 тк хозяин их очень ругает за плохие оценки)) В общем это инстаграмное место максимум на одну ночь , чтобы сделать фото)) Вообщем наш совет обходите это место стороной и не видитесь на красивые картинки , чтобы не портить себе настроение и впечатление о гостеприимной Грузии

Great stay in Tbilisi

The apartment boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated near restaurants and shops. Upon arrival, we received exceptional assistance from the receptionist (although regrettably, his name escapes me). The unit is immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and adorned with charming decor. It provides all necessary amenities, including convenient power outlets for international travelers. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

I wish they had a bottle of water in the room available for the guest. When I inquired about water they told me that the tap water is suitable for drinking. But again having a bottle or two would be a good touch.

Totally recomended

Very stylish and convenient hotel. The room was cosy and clean. The hostess, Lilly, was very attentive, hospital and helpful.

Sometimes, I could hear neighbours, but that didn't bother much.

We enjoyed our stay in Paskunji and appreciate our chats with Lili and a bottle of chacha from her.

My family stayed in a two-bedroom two-baths apartment, which was excellent for all three of us. Location is very central, right by the Liberty square, and easily assessable. The apartment itself is very modern and clean, and has all necessary appliances, including a washer/drier. The building is located on a busy street with lots of great restaurants. But all windows face the courtyard, so the apartment is very quiet. Since I'm a light sleeper, the quietness was among the most important qualities of this place to me.

Your perfect stay at the heart of Tbilisi.

Prime location. Bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping malls, museums - all in walking distance. Rooms are fully equipped: kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee & tea. Outstanding hospitality. Ms. Lili took care of all of our needs - great attention throughout our stay.

Lovely stay in a heritage building in a great location.

We arranged for airport transfer as we arrived past midnight and was given convenient passage to Paskunji Residence. There was a mixup in the rooms assigned but by the next day, the Residence manager sorted everything out.

Most Bolt drivers will not drive to the entrance of the hotel. If you are getting Bolt with luggage you have to walk up to the end of the road to look for your drivers.

The hidden gem!!

- Location was perfect near freedom square - All facilities were available (iron, washing machine including the cloth soap, toaster, microwave, stove, kitchen equipment, and even little thing like a new cleaning cloth, oven gloves, and a little cute dish sponge. - bed was super comfortable! - Hands up to the Bidet water spray (shattaf) , especially for us Muslims it's really a big deal. - The staff were really helpful, thank you!

everything was really perfect only thing I would say was wall isolation we could hear our neighbor clearly. and be careful regarding the water bottles in the room they are not free! although they were nice enough not to charge us as we asked before we stay and the reception guy told us it was free, so they didn't charge us. one more thing was the entry to the hotel is a bit dark and the sign is not really clear. there is one small signage hardly to be noticed. and then an entry with steps (no elevator). that's it :). I only wrote these comments so they could enhance it, especially since the stair marbles were kinda broken, it needs changing and bigger signage would work too ! thank you again! if anyone is coming to Tbilisi I would definitely recommend it :D

Unforgettable Stay at Paskunji Residence: Tbilisi's Epitome of Urban Luxury

Our stay at Paskunji Residence was truly remarkable. Here are the highlights: Contemporary Comforts: I was pleasantly surprised by the modern studio apartment, equipped with everything a family might need. The kitchen was well-appointed, and laundry facilities added to the convenience. The TV with Netflix was a nice touch for some leisure time. Unbeatable Location: I found Paskunji Residence ideally situated in the vibrant heart of Tbilisi. It's just a stone's throw away from Liberty Sq, key city attractions, shopping malls, and various cafes and restaurants. I loved that I didn't need a car and could explore the city on foot. Enjoyed breakfast at Paul within 2 min walk...had nice drinks and food at rum roof kitchen bar!

Stylist central apartment

Nice modern studio apartment. Well equipped kitchen with stove, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge. Large bed on mezzanine was comfortable with bedside lights and sockets that accommodate different plug sizes. Washing machine/dryer plus iron and ironing board. Good lighting, lets you switch to mood lighting for evenings. TV with Netflix. Balcony with patio set. Location is very good for quick access to sights of old town.

Noise from outside and adjoining rooms, problem with older buildings. We used earplugs. Had to wait almost 2 hours to check in as room was not ready at 3pm.

The room was modern despite an old building with stylish lighting. The washroom was asthetic. They helped with the luggage when we reached there.

1. They didn't mention that the roof in the split studio is gonna be extremely low. Taller people will bump their head badly. Also not suitable for claustrophobic people as the roof is too low you can smell the wood & feel like people walking over your head. 2. It's mentioned soundproof on the website but it's actually NOT AT ALL. 3. They had a menu on the table with the available amenities in the room which mentioned salt & pepper too which wasn't available, however upon asking they said they do not use salt so they don't have it either. Wasted our time to visit the grocery store again to get it. 4. Size of the room won't allow enough room for walking after opening the suitcases. I would suggest they mention the true details on their website to avoid misunderstanding.

when Modernity meets the old Tbilisi perfectly match <3

I love how the room was designed and equipped with all the necessary things you may be needed. the lightings and interior is amazing. it is very spacious and has a lot of surprises, like the cabinets, lights, and everything. its all modern. nothing beats the jacuzzi <3

The noise from the outside in day time and even at night I can hear the steps in the the stairs of my neighbors next to my room.

no elevator but what i heard from the staff that they are in the process of renovating the building as its still new hotel but they opened the first floor for now
