Las zonas comunes.

El servicio de transporte del aeropuerto al alojamiento, ya que no vinieron a recogerme, pero me cobraron. La habitación era muy oscura.

bonne adresse pour s'imprégner des modes de vie locaux

L'appartement est situé près d'un grand axe ce qui rend facile les déplacements en collectivos pour aller à Cidade Velha, avec des restaurants, boulangerie, marchés et superettes à proximité. Il est grand et bien équipé: wifi, télévision, climatisation, bonne literie. Les ballades dans le quartier permettent de s'imprégner des modes de vie locaux. Les personnes chargées de la communication écrites sont très réactives et ont organisés les déplacements en taxi dont nous avions besoin pour l'aéroport et nous ont transmis les adresses des restaurants à proximité.

L'appartement bien que correctement équipé n'est pas très bien entretenu: murs abîmés, sanitaire fissurés. Nous avons été très surpris de l'absence d'accueil. Nous avons juste eu les clés pour entrer dans l'appartement. Le quartier est sympa mais la proximité d'un grand axe de circulation fait que c'est un peu bruyant.

Je confirme les commentaires précédents, bouchons d oreilles obligatoires pour pouvoir dormir. Pas facile à trouver une fois que le taxi vous a déposé.c est dans une cours derrière un portillon

Preço bastante em conta e foram bastante acolhedores. Casas de banho partilhadas.

fica numa zona em que é necessários cuidados redobrados a nível de segurança… Como éramos 3 pessoas não sentimos muita insegurança e por experiências pessoais.

O anfitrião (Mário) foi sempre simpático e prestável! A casa era completa e tinha todo o essencial. Houve sempre simpatia para nos ajudar. Um dos quartos tinha ar condicionado. A casa de banho, não sendo nova, estava bastante bem e o chuveiro tinha a pressão ideal

No início a internet estava um pouco lenta (mas depois de falarmos com o Mário ficou melhor). Um dos quartos não tinha ar condicionado (mas tinha ventoinha) e acabava por ser muito quente.

Great place, central and great if you're on your on or with friends. Mario was super host.

Mario was super amazing, responsive and accommodating. He was helpful in helping me navigate the city and where to go and visit as well as just getting around. The place was very central to a lot of amenities, but great for me as I was able to experience cultural diversity the city brings. Easy to get around quickly with cabs everywhere. As for my room, it was big and I had my own bathroom and toilet with working WiFi. Mario also got me a table as I had a couple days working there so I was comfortable in my room or in the communal area. Just great all round.

I knew what I was expecting so I can't say there was something I didn't like per-se. Given it was my first time, I just tried to experience as much as possible.

Relatively convenient for everything. Safe property. Nice eats locally.

Nice restaurants nearby. Very spacious room and big bathroom. Cooking facilities handy. Great owner contact.

Noisy and busy area until midnight. Not too much of a problem with earplugs. Quite a walk to downtown.

Clean, modern, comfortable and spacious room and facilities. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. LOVED the hand held bidet in the bathroom. Convenient location with stores and a restaurant downstairs. 10 minutes to the airport. Helpful staff. Mario made sure I had everything I needed and arranged my ride to the airport.

I was given a phone number to call in case I had any questions but they never answered phone calls. WhatsApp messages worked better.

It was just what I needed to rest after a long journey in between islands.

I liked the fact that it was a very cosy and well decorated apartment with a few rooms with a nice ample kitchen, nice spacious living room where you could eat and relax. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout.

The place is situated at a very busy junction in Praia. You can feel the hustle and bustle of the city in here as there is lots of surrounding noise coming from the traffic. But for a couple of nights it is the perfect option.

It's clean and comfortable, for a good price. I recommend the airport pickup as otherwise it's hard to find (taxi drivers don't know it).

Only thing missing in the room is a mirror. It's not in the center (or 'Plateau') but you have to get around mostly by taxi anyways. We didn't actually see Mario until we had to pay but it was easy enough communicating with him via Whatsapp.

Hosts are amazing. They are superb ready to help at any point. The cleanliness is beyond my expectation. Very very clean place. The location is great and the value for money is great. I would stay again here

The walls are really tin so you'll hear every movement of other guests outside but that's ok, you don't go on a vacation to sleep super long. Also the price they charge to pick up for the airport is extremely high considering the regular price but that is also ok considering all the positive things.

Nice location. Not in the touristy part, but still only 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes with a taxi from the city center. Clean room. The Aluguer stop is right Infront of the house.

The room is facing the relatively busy street, therefore it is too loud to sleep with open windows and to hot with a closed.

A very good choice of local stay in Praia

The apartment is newly renovated, very modern and clean, offering a supreme local ambiance. Location is very good, about 15 minutes walk to city center or beach area. Mario is so helpful, ready to answer all the questions and satisfy every need during the stay and to visit Praia as well. If not in the weekend, there's a chance that other rooms are not occupied, and you definitely have the entire apartment only to yourself, really liked the coffee place in the kitchen (the kitchen is definitely marvelous by the way). Last but not least, Mario is so so handsome and cute!

The apartment is right next to the big street and a gas station, so if you are very sensitive to outside noise, should be careful.

Honest price, comfortable and clean accommodations, and great management. Mario was always on top with my last minutes requests and questions. Towels and bedsheets are clean. The kitchen has all the supplies you need in case you want to cook. Good place if you are on a working trip and need an affordable place to crash and still have comfort.

The owner (Mario) speaks very good English and he was friendly and very helpful. He gave us lots of information! The apartment was comfortable, close to bakery, shops and restaurants. Location was good - close to Platô and the beaches Prainha.

It was quite hard to find the location of apartment.

Great Apartment

Its close to restaurants and shops, very spacious and comfortable. The staff are great and Mario, who I was in contact with had time for and problems we had. Also the free wifi was a great advantage to the place.

There is nothing to dislike about the apartment or the staff.
