please try to upgrade your rooms

accessibility, close to nearby mall

electricity keeps on fluctuating, no refrigerator, no dryer , no full length mirror , no slippers, no coffee set up in the room , dirty floors , towels need to be replaced

Sind sehr komfortable Zimmer. Obwohl teilweise keine Fenster ist super angenehm,weil excellente Klimaanlagen. Frühstück ist auch excellent dort auf der Terasse oben. GutesPreis) Leistungsverhältnis

Ist manchmal kaum möglich ein Zimmer zu buchen, weil offenbar ausgebucht.

The location very accessible

The staff her name is jonemie, I am extending my stay because i have some personal matters to attend to.. I am trying to change the room because we already stayed 3 nights on the room that has no window.. she said that she can change the room but we need to check out.12 noon and remove our luggage from the room.. I am trying to ask her if I can check out at 2:00 pm because we will be coming back at 2pm.. unfortunately she did not give us consideration to have late check out because there is no room available and I need to pay extra for late check out.. So i just told her okay we will just stay in our.room.. she is doing documentation for extending my stay when the phone ring.. what she did she answer the phone and she talk to the other person on the phone that is inquiring if he can refund his payment on the hotel.. And I am standing waiting for about 15 mins- 20 mins just to give my room key.. I am in front of her and waiting but it seems that her priority is the man who is inquiring regarding the refund.. maybe the hotel management have the time to train there staff properly when they are interacting to people specially they are in the reception area..

Decent budget hotel

Reasonable, adequate hotel offering a central location to Iloilo’s newer area of downtown, roomy rooms, and all of the standard amenities you’d expect. The breakfast is a solid buffet-style with limited options, and the staff was fine albeit without the normal high level of helpfulness and friendliness I’ve come to expect in the Philippines. This is a clean, solid lodging option.

Terrible WiFi! Can’t understand why a hotel doesn’t invest in a decent high capacity system in this modern world where not having good WiFi service is such an irritant 😥

Overall it’s still a good hotel

The hotel is clean, very accessible and most importantly affordable with good breakfast.

This is my go to hotel whenever i visit iloilo and my 4th x’s staying here. Unfortunately, this was the first I had issues, my room is lacking of hygiene kit and I requested the front desk but the supplies never came.

Worth the price.

It was super near the malls, very accessible. The staff are so nice and accommodating. The room is clean and spacious, worth the price with free breakfast. 💓

Just the pillow, I’m not comfortable using it. But overall, nothing to complain

Decent Place to Stay

The place is close to the shopping mall and a good location if you want to explore the region. With buffet breakfast available and inexpensive black coffee, that could sort everything for the day.

With a small space for the lobby/entrance, can be tricky when the place is crowded by customers. The restaurant offers nothing special but it is value for money.

Did not have good bathroom . Did not have good showier curtain and the wall behind mirror is crack . Sink is too small . Toiletries were not provided well . Very average hotel

Value for money, super basic, no frills

The location was convenient and gives you access to local shops for food and other needs. Also easily accessible to the public transport and the main thoroughfare. The staff were warm and helpful. Overall, it was good value for money.

There were no basic amenities that you would expect from other hotels of the same type. There was no provision for bedroom slippers (even the disposable biodegradable ones) and there was no hairdryer. Also, I made a specific request when I booked the stay for a room with a window. I understand that such a room might not always be available but at least this should have been communicated to me so was able to manage my expectations early on instead of being disappointed when I stepped into a dark windowless room.

Superb location, good rates!

The location is superb, it is near commercial centers, great restaurants, and party places. The rates are affordable but the amenities are sufficient. The room is also clean and comfortable.

There was no buffet on a Saturday because there was an event at the rooftop restaurant. They served plated meals to the rooms instead so it took some time arriving.

Pros: Location was in the city center, easy to get rides | near atm, restos, spa | polite and accommodating staff | decent breakfast buffet | hot/cold water available in the hallway each floor, working elevator, key card entry, TV with cable, working telephone, WIFI available and reached inside the room | hot/cold shower | basic toiletries and towels available **will definitely go back, but hopefully with cleaner rooms

Cons: the room was kinda dusty, my allergies were triggered, and linens were kinda damp and dusty. However, the bed was comfy at least. | hopefully, disposable slippers will be provided next time

Needs improvement: Facilities (elevator at ground level was not working; difficult for guests with heavy luggage, senior citizens, PWD and pregnant). Hope they'll fix it soon.
