실내온도 28-9도에도 에어컨 안되는 호텔은 처음이네요

투숙하는 당일 날씨가 너무 더웠고 하필 룸은 서향이라 해가 오후에 계속 들어오는 상황인데 프론트에서는 날이 추워져서 에어컨 작동이 안된다해서 너무 당황스러웠네요 가족여행이라 룸을 4개 잡았는데 모든 룸이 다 너무 더워웠어요 실내온도 29도 찍히는데 에어컨이 안되는게 말이 되는 상황인지... 창문을 열어도 바람 한점 안들어오고... 더워서 자다가 숨이 턱턱 막혀서 깨보긴 첨이네요 그나마 요청해서 선풍기를 일부방에 넣어주긴 했지만 선풍기 상태가... 너무 더러웠어요 작년에 투숙하고 맘에 들어서 다시 온건데 1년사이에 너무 많이 바뀌었네요 다시 투숙할 생각은 전혀 안듭니다

I will definitely stay there again if I ever travel again to South Korea.

The stay was great. The property was clean, and the employees were exceptional. As an American who doesn’t speak a lot of Korean, I was thrilled to find it easy to communicate.

When arriving in the room it was warm, but that has more to do with the technology of using the room key to control the electricity in the room.

Excellent value, high standard.

Beautiful view, very helpful reception staff, easy and quick to reach from the airport. Fantastic value for money.

The room was a bit small but possible to deal with.

They went out of there way to accommodate me when I couldn't reach within their normal check in hours. The facilities were nicely kept and the staff weed very courteous. Will definitely stay there again.

Never again Airsky Hotel.

Unfortunately there was nothing to like. I was defrauded by this hotel. My booking was cancelled by the hotel. I was charged a no- show fee anyway. Luckily the rest of my experience in Korea was one of dealing with respectful, helpful, friendly people with great systems in place for travellers. Airsky Hotel really put a damper on my stay here.

My booking was cancelled by Airsky Hotel. Apparently for the reason that the hotel was being used as COVID19 quarantine hote. I was forced to book another hotel but was then charged a no-show fee for not turning up to my cancelled accommodation. Unbelievable. I tried to retrieve my money via my booking agent, Booking.com but to no avail.

Someone sneaked into my luggage while I left it in storage

For a few nights it was ok

One of my luggages had a jewellery case and something was moved into a different place than it used to be.nothing disappeared but it was just very odd and bizarre feeling. I left my luggage there in storage for an hour and this is when it happened. Will certainly not return

Pleasant and comfortable stay, if you have your own car.

The location might be a bit uncomfortable, however the facilities are clean and staff is pleasant. I have visited several hotels near the airport and so far this was the best one.

The room was a bit small for three adults.

Air conditioner!!!!! turn it on! it is impossible to sleep! it is so hot and noisy!

location, workers, it’s clean.

there is no A/C in the room. I mean the have it. But it is doesn’t work! WHOLE night I was listening to drunk people outside and I couldn’t sleep! that was hot even with the open windows. And if u guys do not have A/C. why I have to pay to you full amount of room cost?

Nice lobby and good breakfast. Friendly staff

Very small room. AC was turned off so had to open a window and then had noise from the ships. Nit a great sleep. They should warn you of no AC before you book
