Parfaitement bien situé pour un court séjour

Pouvoir prendre le déjeuner à l’extérieur. Pouvoir se rendre à la Cité Médiévale à pied. Trouver facilement une place de parc. La jolie petite piscine et les chaises longues. La discrétion des propriétaires.

Le petit-déjeuner qui est toujours identique. Les serviettes de bains un peu rêches. La faible pression de la douche. Le fait que les propriétaires parlent très peu le français.

Perfect choice!

Loved everything about this little oasis in Carcassone! Friendly hosts, large, spotless room, lovely terrace and pool. Excellent breakfast. Perfectly placed for the old town and the City. If you are visiting Carcassonne don't look any further than this perfect little hotel.

Excellent breakfasts, delightful swimming pool, good choice of wines available, great location for the 'new' town with very convenient public parking & only a 20 minute walk from the old city

Beautiful B&B with the most amazing hosts!

Sadie and her husband were such amazing hosts, I honestly can't recommend this b&b highly enough! Beautiful property and spotlessly clean, these hosts pay attention to detail, breakfast was delicious and plentiful too. Beautiful pool, with seating and loungers,with fresh towels, suntan lotion, aftersun/aloe vera (how thoughtful!) Also, if you can't be bothered to go out , they have wine, beer, and soft drinks for a reasonable price and also a public room down stairs near the pool for the guest to use if they wish. Our room was a very good size, with great air conditioning, and ceiling fan, the room also had a separate seating area with wardrobe, mini fridge, kettle,cafitiere, coffee, tea, sugar, and biscuits. We had a personal problem, which the hosts helped us sort out, hosts who truly care about their guests.

Nothing at all! The only thing I wish I had done was book direct with the hosts.

Perfect! Not long enough!

Absolutely everything! I could not fault a thing! The B&B is a stunning retreat, the perfect place to relax after exploring Carcassonne in the sunshine! It’s the ideal location, 5 minutes from the new town and 20 minutes from the old, making everywhere easily accessible but also maintaining the peace for relaxing! Sadie and Joachim are brilliant hosts (and Juno 😀) providing recommendations of things to do, restaurants, bars etc. They are also very personable, and being a solo traveller it was so nice to be able to have a chat! I can not recommended 45BB enough and would go back in a heartbeat, and hope to in the future! If you’re thinking of visiting Carcassonne, you need to stay here!!

A gem of a place, with wonderful owners.

This property is outstanding. The owners are fabulous people who have created a perfect, relaxing oasis. It is a very quiet place. The facilities were great and a lovely continental breakfast each morning greeted us. We ate on the pretty terrace, overlooking the pool. With only a small number of rooms, you really felt that you had the place to yourselves some days. I should really keep this place a secret!

A gem of a place!

The location of the property was perfect for exploring the old town and only a short walk to the medieval city. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Sadie and Joachim were super hosts, so friendly and welcoming and they did everything they could to make our stay just wonderful. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of choice, which we ate on the terrace each morning. After a morning out exploring, we really enjoyed using the pool. It was just so relaxing to sit by in the calm and peaceful garden. We can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for a brilliant time.

Our stay at 45BB was one of the highlights of our holiday in France. Both the bedrooms and communal areas were stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean and exceptionally well appointed. The owners were friendly and helpful. The pool is a beautiful feature and was very welcome after a hot day of exploring. We found 45BB really well situated for visiting both the old and new towns. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the pastries were delicious and fresh. I would heartily recommend a stay at 45BB and would love to go back - it's a B&B with the look and feel of a 5 star hotel. Well done and thank you to our hosts!

I cannot find any fault with 45BB. It's a lovely place to stay.

So cool in the heat of the summer with air con throughout and a swimming pool. Perfect location just outside the old city walls with tasteful and stylish decor. Super friendly hosts and a great breakfast. Would highly recommend.

We loved everything about this beautiful property… the hosts were super friendly and helpful. They made us feel extremely welcome. Wonderful 45BB in Carcassonne

Liked everything. Property was excellent in every way with attention to detail in every way. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was continental style and provided an excellent start to the day. Location of the property was very good for visiting all parts of Carcassonne. The host Yocam was friendly, helpful and made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We felt this was more of a small hotel than a traditional more basic bed and breakfast.

We liked everything. The perfect choice for our stay.

The owners are super helpful and attentive. Bed was really comfy, great air con and fan in bedroom. We hired bikes for the day from them, and cycled up the canal - we were given tips on where to go. Pool was great. Would happily stay again.

Highly recommend this fabulous boutique hotel in a great location and with really lovely owners.

There was a wonderful selection of delicious breakfast foods - fruit, yogurt, continental meats and cheeses etc The owners were very friendly and helpful. They just couldn’t have been better.

We liked everything about our hotel and the service. There was nothing to fault.

Wonderful, tranquil environment perfectly located for exploring this great old town.

What a welcome! Wonderful hospitality from start to finish. Our room (Deux) was beautiful with external steps down to the terrace and pool where we spent many afternoons in the sunshine. It is a very tranquil and relaxing space. A short walk across the road into La Bastide gave easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants and the old town is a short distance away. With the weather we had we were able to explore both areas and beyond easily on foot. Each morning the breakfast buffet set us up for the day. With the airport right on the doorstep our trip was made especially easy.

There were no areas of improvement that we could identify during or after our trip.
