The House was amazing. Very clean. Everything you will need in kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. The only negative was the pool needed cleaning. I tried to get leaves out but it needed to be swept! Would book again.

This property had a great view, clean rooms, and equipped with everything our family needed for our Florida trip. We have stayed in the cottages before, and I felt this rental had more kitchen cookware which was pleasing for us. The main living room area on the first floor was a bit small, but we made it work. The location was perfect, we walked to the resort pool comfortably. The property management was easy to communicate with. My biggest complaint would be that it seems there is no enforcement with night curfews. We vacationed with little kids. Those in the cottage next to us were very rowdy, most nights out by their pool partying and yelling until 3am. I understand we’re all on vacation but there must be boundaries to respect.

Es war mit Expedia vereinbart, dass vor Ort per Kreditkarte bezahlt werden kann. Die Beträge wurde auch jeweils von der Bank blockiert. Vor Ort dann der Hinweis, dass dies nur mit US-Karten möglich sein und bar bezahlt werden sollte. Das ist sehr ungewöhnlich, zumal kaum jemand so viel Bargeld bei sich führt.

We visited last year and had a phenomenal time, so we planned on making a yearly trip to Margaritaville. This time was different. This house was beyond disappointing. There was a broken stair railing which is unsafe, and there were stains everywhere! My bed had multiple yellow stains as well as the downstairs bedroom pillow. The downstairs living room had a pillow with Cheetos stains on it which was disgusting as well. My bed also has a lot of hair pieces all over it. The downstairs bedroom window curtains had what looked like poop stains on it. Also the sliding glass window was missing multiple blinds!!! I’ve taken pictures of everything. I am beyond disappointed.

We have stayed in the cottages numerous times & love the property. This time was no different. They are centrally located to what we plan to do & it makes it easy to get where you want to go. There were a few issues with the property, backdoor blinds missing slats & outdoor ceiling fan was inoperable, but nothing major. We had an issue with the garbage disposal but called & it was remedied quickly & professionally. With its location & property amenities I would definitely recommend staying.

The cottage in Margaritaville was clean and comfy. I did have a problem with the registration though. I had to change the date a couple of days, and had arranged it with the owner. I received emails with the wrong dates, so I called Vrbo. Vrbo said I was talking with Vicasa and so I called Vrbo at a different number to straighten it out. When we arrived, we were directed to the Vstays desk at the resort. They finally helped us. The rental was also listed as being offered by Marriot with both sets of my days. All this was confusing. The accomodations at the house including the pool and hot tub were wonderful! The amount of towels for our party of 10 were sparce. When I called, they reminded me we had a washer and dryer. I asked for pool towels at least. I found out that they are located in the cabinet under the TV. You will have to buy loads of groceries, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. since you are given very little toilet paper, kleenex, etc. and when it comes to anything else, even salt and pepper, you are on your own. We loved the manmade beach, cabanas, food, and drinks offered at the beach area. Everyone was very nice to us. Unfortunately Disney was extremely busy and expensive. We did love the rides we could get on. Get a Lightening pass at the Magic Kingdom guest services area. It really helps. Also get the Genie I and II if you want to get on the popular rides. It's a challenge to find a place to sit down in the park. The tables were all filled up.

We had a lovely stay for a bachelorette party weekend bash. The house was big enough for our large party to spread out and fit comfortably, with enough room for space when it was required. There were a few things that needed attention, such as the coffee maker leaking, and the pool alarm malfunctioning to the point of constantly going off, but on the whole it was a great location for our festivities. We especially enjoyed the private pool and hot tub.

The cottage was amazing - the neighbors music blaring next door not so much. I thought there was common curtesy still existing in the world but I definitely was mistaken - we nicely asked for the music to be turned down a bit and they ran to your company who assured them they can do that until 11pm - playing music is very fine in my book, blaring it so the walls shake and you cannot hear yourself talking to the person next to you at our Thanksgiving dinner is another. Cleary my bad, we will not be back much to your relief, however, the cottages are beautiful, the mgmt company has a lot of work to do. Then to top it off, we decided to leave one night sooner than expected because my elderly mother could not sleep with the noise - not being reimbursed for the one night blew my mind - sorry I can not recommend you to the business ties I have in the area when you cannot be flexible on a one night reimbursement or offer any kind of kindness and understanding. Again, they could play their music, we just wanted it lowered a bit is all.

Had a great time on Surf St. the only issues were a missing margarita pitcher for the Margaritaville mixer and the pool was dirty. Made call to the property manager and the problems were corrected while we were away. I would definitely recommend this house to others and we hope to return soon.

The resort itself has pool, bars, restaurants, shops, and water parks. They also have shuttle service to the amusement parks.
My only complaint within the home were the coffee tables. Many members of my family received multiple scratches on their legs by these tables. The corners of the table are quite rigid.
The resort never told us there is a fee for late check out. Checkout was at 11AM and we were out by 12:00PM, they charged us $125. They also charged us $125 for leaving trash bags in the house, again no one explained any of this to us when checking in.

There were 7 of us, 3 adults and 4 children staying in this lovely 4 bedroom cottage. The neighborhood was nice to walk as we checked out all the different name signs placed under the adress of each cottage. Each bathroom had towels and starter shower supplies. We liked the fact that there were living room spaces on each floor and a deck on the third with plenty of seating. The pool was heated, as we requested (86) so the water was not cold for a morning swim. Everything we needed in the kitchen was supplied to cook and clean up.

We were given the wrong key on arrival and wrong address. The front desk staff immediately met us and gave us the proper key and address. Afterwards everything went smoothly. Cottage was a beautiful place to stay. Adults and all the children loved it. Only thing is you have to bring your own cleaning supplies, paper towels and garbage bags which we were not told. And the chlorine in the pool was very intense and caused rashes on the kids.
