Great location and very clean unit. We were in town for the annual regatta and could leave the car parked and just walked to the yacht club, restaurants, and ice cream place. Publix is only a mile up the road, so was able to get some groceries for a hearty breakfast for our sailors too. Would highly recommend this unit.

This rental is in a perfect location, easily walkable to all things Downtown Mt. Dora. It has updated decor and is meticulously maintained. We reached out to the rental manager to clarify some questions the day before and she was immeditately responsive. We stayed here bc it was closer to our family wedding taking place in Sorrento (than our own place). Highly recommend.

Drove by property twice because appearance not as described. This is a front to back duplex with no outside gathering space other than a sad group of chairs in a front carport. To park properly they needed to be moved to the sidewalk leading to front door. Landscaping minimal and in need of regular maintenance giving a very neglected first impression. Once inside, the cleanliness and order was inviting. The main space was interesting, much too dark but still attractive. Follows a list of missing, broken or in need of replacement items. Main fan in living room inoperative No occasional chairs to augment sofa and love seat and very difficult to get comfortable Kitchen furnishings neglected, impractical or nonexistent Impossible to prepare a meal with pots and pans available Freezer did not produce ice Sink area unattractive Not conducive to gatherings . Who needs a wok when there are no sharp knives. First apartment level and as the days wore on less and less appetizing . No laundry basket in laundry Hallway to guest rooms dark with stained carpet… way overdue for replacement Bedrooms under furnished and uninviting. Master bedroom mattress needs replacing and linens upgraded. More hangers of better quality While the location was great it doesn’t offset the general lack of attention to detail this property exudes. We left feeling disappointed and definitely would not stay again. Hefty charge for such careless hosting.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Mt. Dora. Very clean and well equipped with anything you might need in the kitchen. The laundry facility was great, and the location is wonderful. Just a couple of blocks from Mt. Dora's Main Street, we were able to shop and sightsee.

Parked car and traveled Mt Dora by foot for 3 days. Location of house was ideal for visiting downtown and boat ride of Lake Dora. 3 BR 2 bath was perfectly supplied for breakfast and cooking quick meals. Charming interior. I plan on revisiting and rebooking the same place.

Gorgeous property! Three spacious bedrooms, two spotless bathrooms. Dining area has high-top seating for four, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including some complimentary Keurig cups for one coffeemaker and filters for the other. Owner even sets out some light snacks and two bottles of water. There are several TVs, and even a selection of board games. The owner has thought of everything. Location is ideal, just two short blocks to downtown Mt. Dora and its numerous restaurants, shops and attractions. Owner is gracious, eager to please and quick to address any concerns or issues -- not that you're likely to have any.

The apartment was very clean and you can’t beat the location. Mt Dora was dressed up for Christmas and we were so happy to be able to walk everywhere since many streets were closed for parades and festival events. The apartment was as pictured and the perfect weekend getaway. Host responded immediately when we had a small issue with the lock. We will return.

Our overall stay was very nice. The townhouse was homey and clean. It was located as advertised in the downtown historic district. It was easy to control the AC. There were many books to read if you had any extra time during your stay. The beds were comfortable. The appliances we used worked well. Our one concern was that we shared our driveway with other possible tenants. We never saw anyone in the time we were there. It would have been nice to know that no one was coming. We would have parked our large SUVs differently. We would suggest that paper goods be stocked more plentifully. We had the equivalent of one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. That meant we had to buy toilet paper and paper towels as soon as we arrived. There were some bags for the garbage can in the kitchen, but not all of them were the correct size for the can we had.

From the moment we arrived at this condo, we knew it would be perfect for our group of four. We had four people and plenty of space for everyone. Spacious common areas- kitchen, dining and two bathrooms. Mount Dora is one of our absolute favorite places to visit and the proximity to downtown was a delight. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed here with my family and I must say we all loved it. We parked our car when we got there and didn't use it again til we left, everything was within walking distance. The townhouse is very comfortable making you feel at home. The manager and owners were great with communication and very helpful. Highly recommend staying there. Thank you for everything.

This property is ideally situated for downtown Mt Dora! The property was easy to access. We liked the place although a few updates are needed in the beds. They were not the best, They lighting in the place was too dim. Other then that we enjoyed very much!

Love this place! This is my second reservation at this property. Loved it the first time and returned a month later. Location is perfect to downtown shops and restaurants! Plenty of sights and sounds to enjoy and this house is walking distance to it all. Very warm feeling when you stay here and there is plenty of room to be comfortable! I will definitely rebook!

My co-worker and I live on opposite coasts of Florida and have offices all over the state. We needed a strategy session going into the 4rth quarter, and knew we would not get any of our work done if we went to an office so I looked on the map and picked Mt Dora as a half way location for each of us. VRBO had a lot of listings but this was perfect quiet location with a dining room table to work at, close to down town to run and get food and go out at night! We will definitely be back!

Overall very nice home and very clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and has all the amenities you need. It’s a bit smaller than I thought but it was still comfortable. The skylights made the home A little dark for my taste as far as lighting but that’s cause I was mainly there during the night. Maybe during the day it’s brighter. Overall would stay here again.

We had a large party that very much enjoyed our stay at Hilla and Yoni's home. The location was just a quick walk (about 5 minutes) from the quaint downtown area. House had everything we needed and was well stocked. Hilla and Yoni also were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time and the rental unit was very nice. Cleanliness could have been a bit better. I definitely would recommend trimming back the Palmetto branches at the end of the driveway. They really made backing out a bit dicey. Overall, it was definitely an A.
