Stunning and well designed 2 storey townhouse, situated in a quiet cul-de sac, offering peaceful privacy and all the comforts of home. With views over looking Geelong Football ground.Featuring 3 bedrooms, ensuite, plus powder room, large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas cooking, seperate lounge room, open plan living and dining area, and laundry.
The property is impeccably furnished throughout, with quality designer furniture, artefacts and artwork. Bedrooms include 2 queen beds and 2 single beds.
Coffee, tea, and milk provided.
Fresh linen and towels provided.
Located in the inner city of Geelong. Just a short walk to restaurants and bars, fashionable shopping, supermarket, waterfront, museums, cafes, Geelong Football Club, South Geelong train station, Botanical Gardens, hospitals, river for rowing events, and public transport. The Gull Bus (airport shuttle) is across the road.
Only a 15 minute drive to the Great Ocean Road & beaches, or Bellarine Peninsular wineries.Eastern beach is only 2 minutes away.
3 x local golf courses only 5 minutes away.

There is a great bike path along the Barwon river only 3 minutes away.

The property was easy to check into, the accommodations were clean, spacious and the location was perfect for the event we were attending. The hosts were easy to deal with when an item was left behind by one of the guests. Would highly recommend.

I feel sure we would have enjoyed our stay but, because of Covid restrictions, we were forbidden to travel - as we have communicated to you previously. We hope to avail ourselves of this accommodation at a more suitable time in the future

My daughter attended a conference at the Rydges so the location was excellent. We found the property clean and spacious with most things we needed. Would go back again.

Clean and comfortable house. Walking distance to small convenient stores and a short taxi ride to CBD. Foxtel would have been nice and wifi signal could be improved, other than that was a comfortable stay and would stay again.

House great. Needs patches fixed and hand towel rails. House works really well .
We loved the house and it’s closeness to the CBD. A few more touches such as tissues and some glad wrap and alfoil would have been great as when travelling you don’t carry those things. A few more dishes/ bowls to use with nibbles would have been really helpful.

The reverse cycle a/c came in very handy as it was freezing in Geelong!

Lovely furniture, generally clean. Hosts very responsive to requests. Central location. The only issue was poor wifi, one bar or none in most of the property

Comfortable home in good location
Four of us stayed here in early April and found the accommodation and townhouse to be mostly comfortable, although there are a few areas that could be improved upon such as extra towels and hand towels (the hand towels supplied were bleach stained and only one per bathroom/powder room for 5 nights), and the kitchen supplies were just adequate - the only frypan provided was non-stick but the coating was flaking off so made it unusable and most of the cooking pots were stained and so were not used by us. Plenty of crockery, although mostly mismatched, and the little extras we're accustomed to having in home stays were missing, such as cling wrap and foil. We were especially disappointed that there was only one full bathroom and one powder room as it is advertised as two bathrooms on HomeAway - need to read the fine print I suppose. The beds were comfortable and linen clean but there are two railway crossings close by so I would recommend ear plugs (luckily I always pack those) if you are a light sleeper. The family room/kitchen and main bedroom have air conditioning but the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms do not so it could be rather warm in these rooms (located on 2nd floor) during summer. The townhouse is in a convenient position - a 10 minute walk to Kardinia Park and a 20 minute walk to Eastern Beach. The surrounding streets are very interesting to stroll around with lots of lovely period homes. There is off street parking available for two cars which is a bonus. We enjoyed our stay but with some attention to detail it could be even better.

Excellent & Convenient
We recently stayed in this townhouse, four ladies on a leisure and business trip. The townhouse is in a great location, walking distance to everything required and wanting. Great restaurants, water front and other tourist places. Modern furnishings, clean and everything you need. Would consider staying here again and would highly recommend it.

Place was lovely
We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Loved the layout of the property. Great yard massive for the kids to play in. Very tidy and clean.
I would like to suggest some things to add though.
Spare blankets
Face washers
Dryer.
Also the aircon in the lounge room only released cold air.

We loved our stay here - close to everything especially Simmons Stadium which we easily walked to.
There was nothing else we needed, very roomy and comfortable
