About this cottage rental
The spacious lounge room is perfect to relax in a chair or spread out on the sofa whilst watching Foxtel on the hugeTV. Ducted air conditioning to all rooms keeps you warm in the cooler months or cool on the hot summer days. Ceiling fans and sea breezes naturally cool the rooms on all but the most scorching of summer days! The spacious modern kitchen is well equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils.
Outdoor Living:
The patio area is perfect to entertain family and friends with a large gas barbeque. Hot water outdoor shower for rinsing sand off before going inside!
King Room:
The king room features a huge king size bed with pillow foam mattress and ceiling fan. The room also has lots of cupboard space if you plana longer stay.
Beach / Queen Room:
The beach room is located at the street end of the house and has a verandah which opens out onto Memorial Avenue. The queen bed has a duck down quilt and storage drawers at the foot of the bed. Further storage is available in the 3 drawer dresser and tower coat rack. The other end of the room features a modern sitting area with TV.
Antique Room:
Has 2 King Single beds. Storage is available in the antique cedar wardrobe.
Bathrooms and Laundry:
The bathrooms and laundry have a total of one spa bath, 2 toilets, 2 showers,washing machine and dryer.
Parking:
Off street parking behind the house with 1 garage, 1 carport & 1 open space.

South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, modern Country Club with bowling greens, tennis courts and 18 hole golf course, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk - a great place for breakfast, lunch, or tea. There are many small shops in the centre of town, including great fashion and homewares retail shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as a Coles shopping centre on your way into town.
You will need to provide your own toilet paper, shower gel/soap, dishwashing powder, beach towels, sand bucket and spade, etc.
