Clean and quiet.

Inside the building was cold and not comfortable to stay in or sleep in. The bathrooms were cold, the hot water was not hot enough and the flow was week.

Next journey? why not choose this great place

Thank you David for all your support and help. Haven’t seen a good person like him ever. Great Place to stay. Well cleaned, cozy and comfy. Great transportation, very near to the stops. Most of all, David really helped me to feel comfortable:) I will probably stay again on my next trip.

This place is really clean and safe. I feel like home. The bus stop takes a few steps which is very convenient.

It was ok

didn't have breakfast there but the fridge was nice & we were able put our cooler items in it & re freeze the ice packs. Comfy bed. Pillows not so We had to ask for a different one.

would have been nice to have a room on the main floor if we had known we maybe could have requested that. A ceiling fan or portable air conditioner would have been nice to have in the room. We opened window to get some ventilation but traffic was loud. Room was quite warm. Bathroom countertop was rough Kleenex boxes in bathroom & bedroom would have been nice.

Exceptional

The host was always on top of things. Very attentive. The location was also ideal for what I needed. Great place to be at if one needs a place just to sleep.

If can provide free pickup services should be good

Mr. David is a friendly and supportive man. He has tried to facilitate his quest and provide support as much as possible. Therefore, I can recommend this property. At the same time, there are some limitations, which I saw for the first time 😊 no eating, no drinking in the room, which is not only applicable but also not a good measure.

Disappointing

Cons: Too many rules, even though I'm a quiet single person. The price is fair and cheap but I rather pay extra next time to stay in somewhere else and I didn't feel welcome here. Bath towel was old and smelly, room smelled of alcohol. Pros: Kitchen, toilet, bathroom is clean. Location is quiet.

Great value, great comfort

The place is located in a quiet neighborhood, with minimal noise from outside and inside. The host is very friendly and enthusiastic. The room was quite large, and portable heaters were provided in case the room felt cold. The bed was perfectly comfortable.

The check-in time frame was a bit annoying. Not a big issue, because I had a lot of extra time myself, and I understand that the host's plans could affect the check-in time.

Exceptional

Host ensured all shared spaces and washrooms are clean and tidy all throughout the day. Loved the way the place is being maintained. and the location. Bus stop was right in front of the house connecting to Skytrain and so moving around was pretty easy from this place.
