Absolute Marvel is located right in the heart of town for those seeking convenience with easy access to everything that Byron has to offer. This contemporary penthouse provides ideal accommodation, great for entertaining or just relaxing and watching the world go by. Can sleep up to 8 on request, as there is a fold down sofa in the lounge/entertainment room, with a door to separate it from the rest of the apartment.

With restaurants, shops and coffee houses right at your doorstep, this apartment has it all with the added bonus of a five minute walk to the stunning beaches and warm ocean waters of Byron Bay - perfect!

Sleek interiors, a sunny aspect and absolute privacy are only some of the irresistible features of Absolute Marvel. The space is bathed in natural light and enjoys three outdoor terraces, open plan kitchen, dining and games space, plus a large living area with a cinema screen projector, with access to all HD channels, Netflix, YouTube, ABC iView, Pandora and other similar apps. Fitted with WiFi and the Foxtel Platinum package, the apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master with its own en-suite and outdoor balcony.

Some holiday houses are close to where the monthly Byron Community Market and the weekly Farmers Market are held, others are in the old part of town with its beautiful shade trees and wide streets and others are closer to the hospital and either on or near the road into Byron. All our holiday houses have easy access to the many famous and beautiful beaches offering family fun and great surf to quiet contemplation and stunning views across the bay to the Byron Lighthouse.

You will need to bring all toiletry items and supply your own washing powder, toilet paper (we supply a few), beach towels and food. Cleaning and maintenance over due

BBQ covered in fat, kitchen sink had a prawn head in it and toilet seats both with urine stains. The motorised blind didn't work (meant the room couldn't be used as a bedroom) and I logged the fault on arrive but still have not received a response. Air con froze over in one room and the other cut over to heating in the middle of the night. Otherwise it was great!

Great stay with friends. Location is perfect, the place was clean and bigger than what it looks. Must have more pictures to show the real potentiel of the appartment. Highly recommended

What a hidden gem

What a hidden gem

The pictures actually make it a lot smaller, so what a surprise when we got into the accomodation. The location is spot on. No noise around the building so you can chill indoors. Just loved it already wanting to book to come back.

This Byron Bay apartment, showcases exactly what a couple, family or group of mates need for their Byron Getaway experience. Myself and 7 other mates stayed in this property over the course of 5 nights, and it was the best time. This apartment offers the perfect location for walking distance to supermarkets, cafes and Byron sight seeing. Furthermore it has great features that made our stay that extra bit special; like the pool table and access to a projector with foxel made movie nights that extra bit cool. The people from Vrbo and Byron Coastal Real Estate made planning the trip so convenient and easy answering all my questions. Truly can't wait to be back.

We booked the property for a surprise birthday. The property was immaculate and in the perfect location. Carpets were a dream - so soft and luxurious And having the projector and outdoor areas was a bonus. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all guests were very impressed with everything absolute Marvell had to offer. my first visit to Byron but definitely not my last. i will recommend holiday homes through Byron coastal to friends. Thanks to the team for looking after us and making our stay so pleasant.

Still marvelous

Still marvelous

We stayed here some years ago and thought we would return. It did not disappoint us.We love the fact that we are so close to the beach and all the cafes.The bright.sunny living areas give a fabulous holiday feel. During the times of rain we enjoyed the pool table and the huge projector screen TV. The large king and queen beds were extremely comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family to find quiet areas to read or just sit on the verandah and watch people moving below. The unit has recently been painted and we were told we missed the new carpet by a week.Will not wait so long to return. Maybe bluesest next year!

Last week myself and five ladies had a three night getaway at Absolute Marvel. All travelling from different parts of Australia for a long overdue catch up we were hoping for a bit of luxury so were very excited as the photos online looked beautiful. When arriving we were blown away as it was even nicer than the photos made it out to be. It has a huge open plan kitchen with large pool table (which we made a lot of use out of!). Two decent size balconies overlooking the middle of town but far enough from the noisy area to have a peaceful sleep. The bedrooms were beautiful and beds were almost impossible to get out of in the mornings as they we so comfortable. The two huge bathrooms and 2nd separate toilet made it very easy especially for a large group of females! I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the Byron Costal team (especially Holly) for making the booking and stay so easy. All queries were promptly answered I was never left waiting on anything. The house definitely played a huge part in making a memorable happy weekend for all of us. We all agreed we would without a doubt be stay at Absolute Marvel again. Couldn't fault it :) Thanks again!

Absolute nightmare

BEWARE. - Dirty, damaged and tired. We booked this property due to the proximity to the centre of Byron bay and the '5 star' advertised features of the property. This property is far from the 'penthouse' advertised in the photos. The property on entry appeared more as a frat house, with grubby walls, stains across almost every inch of carpet, ripped and torn seating and an overall old, dirty and tired presentation. The master bedroom contained a bed with an old, stained doona and no actual cover. The advertised 'luxuries' of a tv projector, foxtel, internet and Netflix were also non existent. We give credit to the real estate for doing their best to try and remedy the technology issues, however this was ultimately in vein. 1 star only for the fact this property is in a good location and the real estates attempts to resolve our issues, however we only stayed one night before packing up and leaving the following morning (we we're meant to stay 3 nights...) I would strongly warn anyone considering this property to think again - all is not as it appears.
