Great place to stay in Bologna

Beautiful big room in an excellent location, close to everything but not too crowded.

No lift, but that is minor compared to the benefits.

Stylish but a bit far from the centre in a not very interesting area

Very cool during the heatwave, very clean and attractive

It was up more flights of stairs than I expected - six It was a bit too far from the centre.

It was perfect

It is a beautiful building in a great location, the staff Ludo and Naomi are amazing! So friendly & welcoming they gave great restaurant recommendations and made are stay wonderful

Superb

The room is inside a traditional building which is nice. The room is cozy with Nespresso coffee machine. Walking distance to the town center, very convenient.

The drainage in the shower is bad.

Charming beautiful in central Bologna

Beautiful rooms at the top of a charming, local building. The staff were very kind and gave us a hand with our bags as there are no elevators. We knew this but still very kind of them.

The bathroom shower leaked and water spilled out for two days. They fixed it within 12 hours of flagging it to them. Leaving a mop would be helpful.

Exceptional

This was a great place to stay in Bologna! The location was perfect- very safe and clean and also close to all of the major sightseeing areas in the city. The building had a beautiful entry and staircase to the room. The owner of the suites helped us at check in and was amazing! He was so kind to carry our big suitcase up many flights of stairs when we arrived. Also, he assured us that we could call him at any time 24/7 if anything went wrong (lost a key, needed help, etc) and he would respond and be on the property within 10 minutes. This was very kind and helpful of him! The rooms were also very clean, decorated beautifully, and were complete with great hotel amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bologna!

Unfortunately the hotel did not live up to the expectations, partly due to the leakage.

The location is very well situated in the city center, on walking distance from nice monuments. The coordination and assistance from the reception with the parking was very helpful.

The building is in a worse state then appears from the pictures, but the disappointing part was the leakage from the bathroom ceiling, apparently from the upstairs neighbor. The ceiling lamp was constantly dripping and it smelled like sewer.

very poor hot water .. which in winter was harsh, the bed needed a mattress protector to increase comfort, the bathroom heater seemed to stop working on the last night, milk for the coffee would be nice

Perfect Stay

Lovely welcome by Ludovica, the suite was spotlessly clean and very stylish. I absolutely loved the little kitchen in the wardrobe.

Excellent value, beautiful spacious room. The 60 steps up help work off the gelato!

Charming, quiet, spacious room with high ceiling, marble floor, nice bathroom. Convenient to everything in central Bologna. Breakfast at the cafe next door is excellent (and with a 20% discount).

One lamp needs repair and the curtain came undone a bit. These are minor things- overall no complaints.

fabulous hotel, boutique, well positioned and run by very helpful staff

loved the history of the building it’s beautiful! rooms were very comfortable and clean more apartment than hotel room which was nice. staff were great helped with bags and maps/directions. fantastic position!

nothing. stairs if I have to say anything but that’s part of the charm😁

Large room centrally located

Quiet central location with large room, bathroom and wardrobe space. Wonderful reception.

The stairs can be trying but after a good meal they provide much needed exercise 🙂

We loved the location being a stones throw from the centre and surrounded by lots of lovely places to eat and drink.

Very comfortable and convenient, stairs apart.

This is a very comfortable room in a very convenient location. Staff is courteous, helpful and available.

The only 2 cautioning notes are: 1) The stairs are quite arduous. - 2) The garage is pretty narrow and you better have a small car or be a parking wizard. A mid-size car would require quite some skills.
