Slater at the front desk was BEYOND amazing! I cannot say enough good things about this property and the front desk staff. So glad we got to experience this beautiful facility!
Only complaint - would be no breakfast or vending machines. But I wouldn’t even call that a complaint.

bathroom is great!
dirty carpet and the pool was closed… hotel website and the booking process did not inform the pool was closed. Main reason for choosing this hotel was because of the swimming pool.

It was close to Clemson, and the restaurant there was amazing!
Rooms were dated and tiny. We picked the place because it had an awesome picture of a pool unfortunately it was closed for renovations, and nothing was said about that on the description. That made me furious and nothing was said but sorry.

Room was crowded with 2 double beds. Not good!
The small room was crowded with two king beds. Great venue.

The hotel is conveniently located to Clemson University, which we were visiting. The room was comfortable and we had a lovely view of the lake.
The only negative was that you could not fish from the dock out back.

location/decorations
musty smell in room
multiple individuals on second floor yelling loudly in hallways until 2am and slamming doors

lake view, outside walking area, clean, outside sitting area right off our room on the first floor.
restaurant was closed, wasn’t walking distance from the University and downtown, room was a little bit on the small side for four people

The view of the lake was amazing from my room!

The staff was very nice
The room wasn’t cleaned throughly... The fridge was dirty, the walls and windows in the living room were dirty and there was hair and trash on the dining room chairs.

The hotel sits on a lovely property alongside a golf course and a lake.
there were several issues. First, the room was much smaller than expected and the furniture was old and dated. Also, I requested a room with a view and we were assigned a room overlooking the parking lot. At that point it was too late at night and we didn’t attempt to change. The next morning we had to be up and out early. The shower became stuck with the water on full blast in the hot position, unable to be turned off or changed. We immediately notify the front desk assuming they could send someone to help. They informed us that no one would be able to assist for an hour. The inconvenience not only made it impossible for others in our family to shower but the bathroom was unusable due to the thick steam and fogged up mirrors. I was assured by the young man at the front desk that our account would be discounted due to the inconvenience. Well it was not and when I called a couple days later to inquire as to why there was really no explanation. He definitely should not have promised me a discount when there was no such reality.

lovely location and very well kept
no breakfast option (but they do have a Starbucks on site)

Property grounds are very pleasant to walk around with golf course and lake views.
On site restaurant had great outdoor seating.
We were there in Fall on a non-football weekend so property was quiet, not crowded so parking was plentiful and getting table to eat at restaurant was easy.
Room air conditioner looked like it may need maintenance. Not sure if just me, but room was either freezing or I was sweating.
