Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park is only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.

You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in this luxury kitchen. Featuring Stainless steel appliances as well as a side by side refrigerator featuring an icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and separate gas stovetop. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, a Keurig Classic Coffee Maker, teapot, crockpot, Blen Tec Blender, pancake grill, waffle maker, turkey roaster, toaster, spices, electric wine opener, hand mixer, and a mixing bowls to enjoy baking. The dining table will 6 dining chairs and a padded bench with an additional 4 bar stools at the bar. The living room has two comfortable couches, a chair, a DVD player and a large flat-screen TV.

You will also enjoy the large back patio with beautiful views. The patio has a BBQ, Table and 6 chairs to enjoy the warm desert breeze.
The main level master suite features a king-size bed, reclining chair, two nightstands, lamps, and ceiling fan. The room is perfectly decorated and comes with a flat-screen TV and Blu Ray Player. The master bathroom has dual sinks, a hairdryer, and a walk-in shower. It also features a large walk-in closet.
The second front master bedroom is also located on the main floor which features a Queen, end table, lamp, and flat-screen TV. The second master bathroom has a tub shower combo.
Main Level Family Room
This beautiful St. George Vacation Home also features two family rooms. The main level family room features large sofa, oversized sofa chair, swivel accent chair, flat-screen TV, blue ray player, and ceiling fan.
Second Floor
The third master bedroom is on the second floor which features two queen beds, nightstand, lamp, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, Blu Ray Player, and extra blankets. The third master bathroom has a tub shower combo.
The fourth master features two twins over full bunk beds, ceiling fans, and extra blankets. The fourth master bath features a tub shower combo. 2 red bean bag chairs
Upstairs Family Room/Game Room
Enjoy a large comfortable sofa sectional, ottoman, round game table with 4 stools, chess, checkers, cards, chair, floor lamp, books, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, toy basket, large southwest style teepee.
