The accommodation is located on the attic floor of a modern building, positioned to the south, it has a wide view of the sea and partly of the hills surrounding Sanremo. Its dominant position makes it particularly silent, the balconies and the large terrace that surround it increase the living spaces. On the large solarium that serves the living area, the kitchens and the living room, it is possible to sunbathe, have meals and maybe cook with the barbacue. All in maximum privacy just a few minutes from the city center.
The kitchen is large and sunny, equipped with every useful accessory (oven, plate, dishwasher etc ...) with ample space to comfortably find space for up to six people.
The leaving area, also overlooking the large solaium, warm and welcoming, allows you to spend relaxing time in front of the TV or reading a book while relaxing.
The bedrooms, both with balcony, overlook the west side and have a wide view of the hills facing. Finally, the bathroom, equipped with shower, with adjoining balcony with washing machine, completes the spaces of the house.
Access to the accommodation is very easy because the building is served by a lift, the parking space is private inside the condominium spaces.

Großes, sehr ruhiges Apartment mit guter und komfortabler Ausstattung. Sehr schön: 2 Fahrräder sind vorhanden, damit kann man in 4 Minuten ans Meer und in 10 Minuten in die Stadt fahren.

Appartamento situato in zona strategica vicino al mare non molto lontano dal centro, zona molto tranquilla nessun rumore a parte un ruscello che rende l’ambiente molto piacevole zona giorno molto comoda con ampio terrazzo utilizzabile dalla colazione alla cena,il signor Gianni è molto disponibile e gentile consigliato per vacanza relax.

Super Wohnung in einer wunderschönen Stadt
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) haben 4 Nächte in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und die Aussicht vom Balkon reicht bis zum Meer. Man kann die Strände, Supermärkte und sogar Innenstadt fußläufig erreichen.
Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar eine private Stadtführung angeboten. Als die Kinder krank waren, brauchten wir Ersatzbettwäsche, und das war auch alles kein Problem.
Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Great apartment in a good location, Easy access and clean
We really enjoyed the apartment. It felt spacious and clean, beds were nice and the terrace/balcony was really nice. Gianni were very friendly and gave us lots of information for our stay. Easy parking. We could see ourselves coming back to both San Remo and this apartment. A few restaurants close and both a coop and Lidl within walking distance.

Le propriétaire est très accueillant. L'appartement est idéalement situé, avec une terrasse agréable, au calme, avec parking pour la voiture. Le cœur de ville avec les plages est à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Sanrémo entre Nice, Monaco et Gênes.

Sehr schön und saubere Ferienwohnungen. Vermieter zuvorgekommend und sehr nett. In Wohnungen alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Diese Wohnung kann man nur wärmstens empfehlen.

merci à Gianni pour sa location. Ce séjour a été fort agréable. Sanremo est une ville où il fait bon vivre. On a passé 15 jours sous le soleil. La résidence est agréable et calme. On peut tout faire à pied : les courses avec deux supermarchés juste à côté et les plages. Le seul bémol les plages sont privées donc payantes. Il faut le savoir car cela surprend. Gianni nous a donné de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses. Nous recommandons cette location.

Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort per cui davvero funzionale. Gestito dal Sig
Gianni sempre presente, cordiale e disponibile per ogni necessità. Il must dell appartamento è sicuramente la zona giorno e il terrazzo nonché la vicinanza alla spiaggia/supermercati e il centro di Sanremo. Vi abbiamo soggiornato piacevolmente dal 13 al 29 agosto... dovessimo ripensare di ritornare in questa bella località, di sicuro ci farebbe piacere rialloggiare nuovamente in questo splendido appartamento.

Vacanza splendida!!!
L'appartamento é al 4 piano di un condominio tranquillissimo, nessun rumore nè di giorno nè di notte! Solo il piccolo ruscello rilassante che passa vicino! Buone le dimensioni delle stanze e uno splendido terrazzo che ho sfruttato dalla colazione al dopo cena!!!! Possibilitá di parcheggio privato o libero. A disposizione ci sono delle biciclette. Possibilità di raggiungere il centro anche a piedi senza troppe difficoltà. Otiimo posto!!!!! Il referente dell'appartamento, sign. Gianni é una persona squisita e molto molto disponibile!!!!

Very nice apartment, very quiet area
We were 6 persons staying in this apartment and we enjoyed it very much. First of all Gianni is such a nice and kind person, you can trust his word meaning what you expect and what you negotiate with him ( price and conditions ) is what you get. The apartment is situated in a very quiet area and it is close to the beaches and very important in Sanremo, it has free parking ( we were travelling with 2 cars ). The apartment have 2 normal bedrooms, 1 big livingroom and 1 huge very beautiful terace. If you stay in Sanremo it worth visiting Monte Carlo ( 42 km away ), Cannes ( 80 km ) and Nice. So again many thanks to Gianni, we enjoyed staying in your apartment.

Appartement agréable pour vacances à San Remo
Appartement très agréable, au calme, situé pas très loin des premières plages (on peut y aller à pied). La terrasse est grande, avec vue sur mer. Il y a des places de parking juste devant la résidence. Seul petit point négatif : les toilettes sont dans la salle de bains, et pas séparées, mais c'est un détail. Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueillis, nous a fait faire un petit tour en voiture à San Remo, et nous a montré les principaux centres d'intérêt. Bref, nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous recommandons cette location.

Seine Informationen waren für uns sehr nützlich bekommen, um den Bereich, wo die Dinge zu finden wissen. Die Wohnung selbst war schön, malerisch, sauber und hatte ein Gefühl von zu Hause darüber. Ich hoffe, wir können einen Tag hierher zurückkehren und länger bleiben.

Great place to stay in San Remo
We were looking for a nice and affordable place to stay for 9 nights at the beginning of August in San Remo and found this apartment. We (a family of four) travelled together by car; recommended if you're travelling to San Remo in general. Parking space available in the private car park at the back or at the front. San Remo is a hilly place, so be prepared to do some walking.
There are two double bedrooms with comfortable beds which is great for two couples. One of the siblings slept in the bedroom while the other stayed in the living room on a fold-out bed (need to ask for this, the landlord will bring it over if necessary).
The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a supermarket (Co-op) and some local grocers so we had the chance to cook our own food on most nights. Good food - whether staying in and cooking your own, or going out - is not a problem in San Remo.
The bathroom is small but has all the important luxuries. The shower is especially small and can be a bit difficult to navigate at times.
As the description states, the beaches and restaurants are close, about 10 minutes worth of lazy-walk away. There is an Ice Cream place on the way to the beach (on the main high-street, next to the Co-op) which is said to be the best in San Remo - definitely recommended in the hot summer sun, and by far the best ice-cream we have ever had.
No internet available in the apartment which is a definite plus if you want to really get disconnected from work email and the like. We used a local SIM card for any emergency contact with the outside world.
It was a wonderful apartment to stay in, with a large balcony facing the sea. The photos don't actually do the view from the balcony nor the apartment justice - something we all enjoyed for the duration of our stay were the sunsets overlooking the sea in the distance - especially great when eating some local fruit.
The landlord who looked after us was an amazingly hospitable and knowledgeable host. He showed us around San Remo and gave us all the pointers we needed to get the most out of our stay (special mention).
A great apartment for couples or families alike. Highly recommended.

A spacious clean apartment with sea-facing balcony view, it is also well located, being within easy reach of shops, beaches and cycle paths.
