With stunning views of Seven Mile Beach Gerroa, 'Headland Vista' is an extremely well appointed and well cared for holiday home ideal for a larger family or two families holidaying together. The house has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people. We have all the amenities you could need for an enjoyable beach getaway and it's just a short 5 minute stroll down to the beach.
Main Level:
* 1 queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
* Separate toilet off the front entrance hall
* Large open plan well stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and 4 bench chairs. Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas stove, milkshake machine, kettle, toaster, electric mixer, sandwich maker, electric frypan, food processor. A northerly protected courtyard opens off the kitchen to an alfresco dining area with table & 8 chairs, 2 sun lounges and BBQ.
* The main dining area opens out to deck and enjoys fabulous views of the beach. Extension dining table has seating for 12 people.
* Large sitting area with balcony the width of the house looks straight down Seven Mile Beach, across to views of Coolangatta Mountain and along Crooked River.
* Various games and puzzles for use by guests
* Stereo system with DVD player, radio and iPod jack.

* 1 queen bedroom and built in robe
* 1 bedroom with 2 king single beds and built in robe
* Main bathroom with bath, separate shower & toilet
Downstairs:
* Bedroom off rumpus room with 2 king single beds and 1 single bed

Gerroa is a beautiful, relaxing, beachside town which still remains untouched and tranquil. Gerroa itself is enjoyably quiet but has the advantage of being a 5 minute drive to Gerringong where you have access to cafes, supermarket, small shops, banks, take away dinner options, bottle shop etc. We are 15 minutes to Berry which is a quaint town with many boutique shops, delicious cafes and bakeries, pubs and fabulous restaurants. Gerroa is also a great base to explore the other stunning beaches of the south coast or you might just find yourself heading to Seven Mile Beach everyday!

There are stairs from kitchen area to dining/lounge landing that can't be sectioned off for babies/toddlers as they are too wide. Please take this into consideration when booking if you are concerned about stairs with small children. We have many children/grand children that use the space regularly but it is up to the individual if you are comfortable with the stairs. There is one baby gate at top of staircase going down to rumpus room/downstairs bedroom.

Katherine is a wonderful host. This property is very well equipped- the kitchen is amazing and has everything you need; children and infants are very well catered for; and the views are incredible. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, fans on the middle level are very effective on a hot day. We would happily stay here again!

Stunning Views
The House itself is has beautiful view, it was just difficult to navigate down the extremely steep (and at the time wet) drive way with two Guests being in their 80's. Also I am assuming, due to the recent rains, the downstairs area smelt vey musty and the bedding was damp. The downstairs fridge had been switched off so there was wringing wet towels left on the floor that smelt and were soaking. We threw them in the Dryer. When the rain did stop, it was extremely humid and such a beautiful and luxurious property having no Air Con in the main living area's was extremely uncomfortable. Only Air Con was in the two Rooms at the top of the Stairs on level 3, so no air flow to any other area's of the house. I don't want to point out all the negatives but the house was not clean at all. I only mention this as the Owner may not be aware and is relying on the Cleaner's to do a proper job. The Kitchen was extremely well stocked to cook all meals, with a variety of Kitchenware. Stunning views overlooking the beach and bedrooms were styled very well. Would stay again if Air Con was installed and were with a younger group of people (for access).

Amazing stay & views even from the shower!
Amazing stay! Place is better than the photos! Bathrooms and bedrooms too floor have insane views. House was a great size with sweeping views and sunshine from both sides of the house.
Downstairs was a little musty but amazing extra space for more beds and rumpus.

Breathtaking!
There is not one thing I would have changed about our recent stay! The house was amazing, and perfectly set up for a larger group. The views were stunning, and instantly calming having arrived from our busy Sydney lives. The location is perfect with the beach, cafe and general store only a short stroll away.

Perfect family holiday home
We enjoyed the magnificent views and closeness of the beach and river access.
There wasn't a thing we required to make our stay more perfect. Our grandchildren enjoyed playing with the toys, especially the quoits and cooking bench and they (and their parents) loved the children's channel on TV at the end of the day.

Fabulous place with an awesome view
7 ladies stayed for a girls weekend. The house is gorgeous and so well equipped with such a beautiful view that we ended up only venturing out of the house for a swim at the nearby beach. This is one of the best places to stay in Gerroa. Loved it!!!

Fantastic house for a girls’ getaway
My girlfriends and I stayed at the property for a weekend away in Oct 2020. The house is amazing - the view is fantastic, it’s a short walk to the beach away, the house is clean, interior is beautiful, the kitchen got everything one needs. Note: downstairs bedroom that has 3 single beds used to be a garage, so it’s a bit dark, especially as compared with the two upstairs bedrooms that have gorgeous views.

Stunning home, stunning location!
We had a fabulous time at Headland Vista. The home was light, airy, spacious, beautifully furnished and fully equipped and the views overlooking Seven Mile Beach were spectacular. Katherine the owner was lovely and provided us with lots of information about things to do and places to eat and also answered any questions very promptly. Little touches like the milk in the fridge, the delicious Two Figs wine and the chocolates were really appreciated. I would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely love to come back!

Amazing Property
This lovely property is absolutely amazing, from the separate spaces for family and friends, the view and proximity to 7 Mile beach, the lovely furniture and decor, the amazing array of extras in the kitchen - to be honest as soon as you walk in you feel at home. We did not need to leave the house for the three days other that beach walks and surfing. Cant wait to go back.

Great property for a group or two families with an amazing view
We had a wonderful time at Headland Vista. The property is bright, clean and spacious with an incredible view of the beach.
Katherine was always quick in responding to my questions and was very kind in giving us an early check in.
It's a great spot - the walk to the beach wasn't that far and it's perfect for a big cook up with your friends/family to then sit down and enjoy the view.

Great house that takes advantage of the stunning surrounds
Headland Vista is a great property that takes advantage of the amazing views. The house itself is well laid out, clean and very well stocked with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. There were 6 adults staying for 3nights and there was plenty of space - bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. Close to the beach and neighbouring towns this was the ideal location for us. Thank you!
