About this house rental
Stay three nights in June, July, August and September (exlcuding Grand Final weekend) and only pay 2 nights - the Friday/Saturday rate! Enquire for long stay rates. Kings house is a modern large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday house situated a short 500 meter stroll from town centre as well as the playground and pool area on the foreshore of Lake Mulwala. Kings House is now featuring it's own in ground pool. Extra high garage for undercover parking of tower ski boats. Alfresco area capable of accommodating 12 people with built in BBQ, drinks fridge, ceiling speakers and cooling fans Huge lounge room with leather couches and ping pong table for adults and kids alike. Pets welcome on request, no additional cleaning fee, all costs inclusive on nightly rental basis Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 2 bunks, consisting of 3 singles & 1 double Bedroom 4: 2 bunks, consisting of 3 singles & 1 double LINEN NOT PROVIDED: Towels & Sheets, must BYO PROPERTY IS NOT DESIGNED FOR 12 ADULTS: Max 8 adults plus 6 children. Adults are not permitted on the top bunks. Any bookings for over 8 adults will not be accepted. Bathroom 1: shower & separate toilet Bathroom 2: shower, toilet & bath Check in 2pm (happy to accommodate early arrival when able) Check out is 10am (unless discussed otherwise)

The house was great. Clean, comfortable, only a few blocks walk to the lake, the pool was perfect, hosts were very easy to communicate with. We’ll be back!

Great location. Everything we needed. Just some very minor maintenance issues needed addressing (lights that didn’t work and we couldn’t work out the Bluetooth speakers). Had our doggie with us and the long grasses along the driveway had terrible spiky things that went all through her coat. Would recommend replacing those grasses if wanting to advertise as pet friendly. But overall, a fantastic stay.

We had the best time. The set up of the property and inside the house is perfect. The kids and adults both loved the pool and ping pong table. The beds were comfy. Convenient location so close to the main street of town. The double shower and the shower heads were stunning. We could not fault a thing. Thank you for having us and hopefully we will be back again one day!

Stayed there early September, even though the pool was solar-heated, the water was extremely cold to use during cold days. However, the place was much more spacious than I had expected.

This house is beautiful and looks to be very new. It is also very spacious. I particularly loved the large powerful shower heads. I definitely recommend this place, and would stay here again if I came back to Yarrawonga. The hosts were very professional and respectful in our dealings with them.

We had a lovely short stay here & would recommend this house. Big living area & great pool at the perfect temp (so many say solar & it’s cold) The house was clean & spacious & in a good location. The porch stayed cool through the heat which was nice.
Only small down point is porch is a little close to neighbours if you’re noisy

The Kings property was an excellent place to stay for a golf trip with mates. It has everything you need including great bbq and outdoor area. 4 Bedrooms and two bathrooms made it easy to share. The location is only a short walk into the main town. Would certainly recommend.

We have stayed at this property in warm weather & in the winter and absolutely love it! We played lots of table tennis and enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. It's walking distance to the lake and town and has everything you need and more!

We loved staying in this house in the winter time. We couldn’t use the pool, but were always warm and cosy. We played A LOT of table tennis and board games. We were out and about, taking the kids to some wonderful parks and trying out the local restaurants and it was really nice to return to this lovely house each night!

The house is stunning and immaculately clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with crockery, cookware and utensils (not always common in a holiday rental). Location is walking distance from the main street, check in/ out was seamless and the heater worked so well we hardly used it! We’d be more than happy to stay here again!
