Pretty garden and nice owners, the place itself is cute
Shower was a bit rusty and water didn't flow well. Curtains did not block light from the garden and the room was very bright in the night

Nice house and the owners are very nice.
Charging 600 pesos to take you to the airport is a rip off

the host is absolutely lovely, she has no English and I have no Spanish but she used google translate to ensure I understood ! they also give lifts to the airport which I thought was a nice yolk
the property is lovely but it's my own fault that I didn't realize it's actually there house you stay in! they also set the alarm from 11pm to 6am so it's not ideal if your looking to party or get the feek

Beautiful and peaceful
Isabelle and Carlos are fantastic hosts. I thought i had an independant unit but it is a room in their house

I stayed just for one night because I had an overnight transit between flights. The host was super nice. Only speaks Spanish, but very friendly and communicative. She picked me up from the airport for a good price and basically saved me from being ripped of by strange and quite aggressive Taxi drivers. I recommend everyone to use her shuttle, it's safe. The house was spacy, clean and quiet. The bed comfortable, showers clean and even got an AC. Totally recommend it.

The family is very helpful and nice. Thank for everything! The place is a bit remote but nice, comfortable and quiet, perfect for a rest after or before a flight.

The hosts Carlos and Isabella were wonderful, friendly and super helpful and provided us with fresh coffee for breakfast.
It would have been nice to have been offered a full breakfast.

I received what I paid for. Basic accommodation in a reasonable location about 6km from Cancun town. A big thank you to Carlos & Izabela for their hospitality. The room they let me was comfortable had aircon and space for my belongings and was quiet(all I needed).
If you don't like walking or using public transport you may want somewhere that's closer to town and the beach. And you have to share a shower room.

I needed a quiet room not to far from the airport since my flight was early next morning . Didn't expect much , this was much nicer and welcoming than I expected . The owners are very nice and helpful. relaxing garden and pool , confortable bed , clean bathroom . On my way there in a taxi from the airport , I got robbed by the driver : while he stopped his car on the side of the road to put something in his trunk , he took a medium make-up case from my suitcase ,probably thinking jewellery or money was inside , I just had old shampoo and soap bottles and other replaçable things , fiou ! Just to say that Casa Caribena offers shuttle from and to the airport for 500$, you should really take them up on the offer, it's safer and cheaper too

such a great place. really quiet and peaceful, rooms were spacious. very clean. kitchen is very well stocked. it is a family run place (the owners live in one of the rooms on the property) and they were all so kind. the electricity went out for a little while in the area and they were really helpful. wifi is good in communal areas, I was in the furthest room away so sometimes didn’t work there but in the main areas it was great. Hot showers, aircon, has everything you need. would 100% stay here next time I’m in Cancun.
sometimes in the furthest room away the wifi wouldn’t work but only sometimes, and it always worked in the main areas

Isabel is a wonderful host. The property is large, well-kept and you get your own separate bungalow with your own bathroom and your own entrance to the property.
La Case Caribeña is very close to the airport (15 minutes) and Isabel offers to pick you up, which is very helpful. She also organised for me to be able to do my Covid test on a Sunday, which was also incredibly helpful.
A friend recommended this place to me - and I will also be recommending it to all my friends doing a stopover in Cancún.
I liked everything

Really lovely clean and bright place. The owners were brilliant with communication before arriving, picked me up from the airport and sorted me out with a sim card in the morning. All round very helpful and friendly.

It was super amazing. I felt so much at home, having been so welcomed.
I could relax and practise some Spanish with the lovely hosts. I wished I had found it earlier, would have stayed my entire stay

A very friendly host family in a beautiful home. Very clean and peaceful and easy to hop into the hotel zone or Cancun centre by hopping on the R23 bus. If you walk left down the avenue you will find 2 vegan/gluten free stores and a vegan restaurant if you have dietary needs. Carlos and Isabel also provided me airport pick up and drop off for a very reasonable price. I was a solo female traveller and found the accomodation and hosts very safe to stay. They are also incredibly helpful if you are clueless and have questions about the area or need help. I was also able to book onto a tour bus to Chichen Itza by walking down to the nearest hotel pick up point (but you could again take the R23 minibus to the hotel). Highly recommend for affordable and safe accomodation that's just far enough away from the tourist hotspots to avoid catching Covid.

Isabel and Carlos are interesting and fun! They made us feel comfortable during the stay!
The room and grounds were clean.
My only complaint is that we were not given a key to our room. Anyone, including other guests, could have walked into my room at any time. Because of this, I wasn't able to leave important documents, money or jewelery in the room and had to carry everything with me around Cancún at all times. Even though the owners were very nice, I would have much rather have been able to lock my door.

Great People and the place was very clean. Also, it is close to the coffee shop and the gas station. You can walk to and get what you need. Very safe area.😊🙂
Maybe the light in the morning comes from the window but everything was perfect.

Communication was excellent throughout and they were attentive to every detail of our stay, in a beautifully landscaped and spacious home-like setting in a good location.
I did not find fault with anything.

Nothing. Everything was great

This was a complete and pleasant surprise. It's an oasis of perfect tranquility, wonderful pool and grass area for relaxation, total privacy, Walking distance to restaurants, spotlessly clean. Delightful hosts. I wish I could have stayed longer. Having your own transportation would be helpful (easy parking situation) but not absolutely necessary. Very nice neighborhood of well-maintained homes. The pictures on this website do not do this outstanding place justice.

Isabella and Carlos are amazing hosts, they will help you with everything, on New years eve they even threw a little Party for the guests, it was so much fun. Beautiful house with a beatiful garden, perfect for a relaxed stay! And definetely the most comfy bed I had so far. 5 Stars! If I come back to Cancun I would love tostay here again!
