Simply Amazing

Exceptional views. Extremely comfortable and spacious. Host readily and promptly attended to our concerns. Beach and Ushaka just a short stroll from the apartment. Area and the apartment is extremely secure. Seamless check in process. Security guards always cheerful and willing to assist. Safe, secure undercover parking.

A few minor issues which will be addressed privately with the host.

The Best So Far in the DBN Area

the location of this Gem was awesome, the parking facilities was great. when we got to the flat itself, we were amazed at how accurate the pictures were on internet to the real thing. the view was the Best. the house was spacious and clean. and Excellent holiday destination. the owner Kim, was available when ever we needed and was of great assistance. Well Done KIM !!!

Ocean view Host brought us extra blankets , having come from a warm place the ‘cold’ was in bearable in the evening

Cleanliness need to be observed . There were some condoms left in one of the rooms , also the apartment wasn’t cleaned/ towels changed during our 4 days stay

I’m terms of the property I can’t fault it.

Location and surrounding was perfect, the beach and entertainment area were nearby as well. Keys were available at the reception area but the owner was also around when needed. The property was clean and comfortable. All in all our stay was great and really enjoyed our weekend. Everything was provided but some things need fixing.

A little bit of understanding that it’s a holiday let so people are coming to have a good time. We played music on the television using YouTube but security came to tell us there’s complaints about the noise. Turned it down anyway but it wasn’t even high because security already warned us about the building issues. On that same day of our arrival the flat below us had a party and the noise was as loud as the night club. Carried on most of the night till early hours of the morning. Nobody stopped them so how’s that fair?

Delightful place for a friends getaway

The location was perfect. The views were even better than I expected. The wrap-aound balcony allows you to sit on the different sides to enjoy different views. Kim was very helpful and answered queries promptly. She was very accommodating.

There were a few maintenance things but we could cope easily. Would appreciate at a candle and matches for loadshedding.

It was a short family stay in a lovely apartment with awesome views

The location was stunning with great views overlooking the beachfront and ocean. The apartment has a nice open space and decent-sized rooms and bathrooms. The wrap-around balcony helps to appreciate the views and watch ships enter and exit the harbour. Parking was secure, as was the building which gives that extra piece of mind. The host was accommodating in providing us with an early check-in and constant communication as and when needed

The aircon didn't work, even though the property had it listed, this was a real disappointment since the Durban summer was harsh. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, which was a horrible experience, and the fridge had a weird smell to it

The location is amazing with the view - breath taking. The unit was well ventilated and extremely comfortable.

Lekker place to visit

Cleanliness of the house and is specious. The view was amazing.

Cocrochers that was my only disappointment. I know these a lot of people that are coming to the place. Some don't look after the place and bring the cocrochers to the place.
