Downstairs the open plan living features a large kitchen and dining table for 8pp with glass doors out to rear deck. The master bedroom with ensuite is also on the ground floor with fully equipped laundry including washing machine & dryer plus a separate powder room with toilet to accommodate all guests needs.
Upstairs offers two bedrooms with Queen size beds and main bathroom with an added sofa bed located in the living area that leads out to the balcony with a 2pp outdoor setting to enjoy the stunning bay views.
Outdoors the lovely enclosed rear yard with established gardens is fully fenced with covered rear deck featuring a gas BBQ, roast hood and outdoor setting.

A beautiful home with a great floor plan (upstairs rumpus area & bedrooms, downstairs master). We really appreciated the location, easy walking distance to Mornington main street's wide range of cafes and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen (pots & pans, utensils, plates, cutlery, oils, spices). Comfortable furniture, easily supported parallel activities for adults & kids with our two small families (1 kid / 2 kids).
