The mushroom was very original and special, well thought of design. It was clean, beds were comfortable. I was with a friend, so bathroom doesn’t offer privacy and while I was standing in it to put the shower on, I found out that the window was a two way window and my neighbour could see me from their front door window in the bathroom. The entire bathroom including toiletpaper got wet from the shower. You have to get up a ladder to get to the bedroom. The heater was on on the highest position when we arrived after dinner and it was very hot inside, but there’s only that small bathroom window downstairs so even after putting the heater off it stayed uncomfortable warm during the night.
The village is very charming, easy drive to Luxemburg city. There’s a very nice restaurant on site great atmosphere and good food. Fresh air and silent nights, so great place to stay.
Staff was very kind and hospitable. Breakfast was very good.
My friend and I had a fun experience, we laughed a lot. I want to return with my elderly mom, but than it will be a more ‘’normal’’ hotelroom which they also offer.

Locatie

Staff went extra miles to let me keep the luggage in the room after checking out and picking them up later in the afternoon. Much appreciated!

Not a single thing that could/should be improved.

We stayed in a Mushroom :) Great fun and right on the river - Really quirky but you need to be pretty agile to get up the ladder to bed :) Stayed with my 20 yrs old son and we loved it :) Parking right by room - good restaurant ( best to book v popular!) Two minutes walk to little castle there two and lovely surroundings in general
It was very hot & therefore very hot in the Mushroom - once you worked out the ceiling vent & fan and opened the only windows on the floor below it was OK
