Eine schöne Wohnung aber Administration mit Verbesserungpotenzial.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Aussichrt auf den Park

Es gab ein Problem beim Einchecken. Mir wurde eine Email gesendet, dass bis Uhr 19.00 der Schlüssel im Büro abgeholt werden muss. Uhr 16.30 bin ich angekommen, es war geschlossen. Ich probierte anzurufen, niemand hat das Telefon abgenommen. Ich wollte schon beim Booking nach einer Alternative suchen und habe ein Message gesehen, dass der Schlüssel im Haus deponiert ist. Verloren: 1 Stunde Zeit und viel Nerven.

Perfetto per godersi Badeb Baden in tranquillità

Bellissimo appartamento dotato di ogni comfort posizione perfetta tranquilla vista parco ma in centro . Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili ci hanno fatto lasciare l auto in garage oltre l orario del check out. Il garage coperto e gratuito a pochi passi dall appartamento è un vero valore aggiunto.

La pulizia poco accurata molti capelli sul pavimento in ogni stanza

Schönes, top gelegenes Appartment, ideal für einen Besuch Baden Badens

Die Lage ist top! Absolut nah zur Stadt und zum Kurpark. Gute, moderne und geschmackvolle Ausstattung, bequeme Betten und Klimaanlage.

Die Schubladen des Schrankes liessen sich nicht schliessen, öffneten sich selbstständig, gleiches Problem mit der einen Schlafzimmertür, anlehnen war nicht möglich, öffnete sich eigenständig.

Wir kommen wieder! Schöne Unterkunft, Top-Lage

Sehr hübsch eingerichtet, 2 Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Toilette und sep. Toilette am 2. Schlafzimmer. Alles liebevoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Lage: Top, direkt gegenüber der Trinkhallle! 2 min. in die Fußgängerzone. Reichlich Restaurant‘s in der Nähe

4. OG ohne Aufzug, für einen Tag ok - für mehrere Tage wünschten wir uns weniger Stufen. Bzgl. dem Ort: Verkehrsführung für PKW‘s suboptimal. Parken fast unmöglich. Empfiehlt sich Anreise mit ÖPNV!

Excellent location, clean, tidy and comfortable.

Excellent location, very clean, tidy and well maintained, larger than expected apartment. Nice bathroom with walk in shower, plus a second WC. Good kitchen with sufficient utilities. Comfortable beds. Large lounge/dining area with a superb view of the Trinkhalle. An extra bonus was the air-conditioning, which was a welcome surprise during a 39C weekend visit. Would stay again.

There could have been a few more coffee capsules, but not a huge problem, we bought more at a local shop.

It was a nice apartment with all necessities needed for our stay.

Clean, spacious, close proximity to the centre.

Not negative feedback but a suggestion to leave a pen with guest-forms to fill in. as we were travelling, we were not carrying any pens with us.

Beautiful apartment across from park, such lovely park views. It had all the required amenities, two large bathrooms (only one with shower). The kitchen had a washing machine, perfect to do laundry while traveling as well as great coffee and tea. Perfect location, so close to all the areas you would want to visit, walking distance. As I drove, they organised covered parking for me as well.

Not a negative, but a tip- it is stairs up, so small luggage is better than large suitcases.

Great for family

Conveniently located within the city of Baden Baden. Interior of apartment is very tasteful and beds are comfortable. Toilets are clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Will definitely stay here the next time we are in Baden Baden.

Two-Night Stay at Reichel Apartments

Large, Very Clean, very central and appropriately-priced accommodation. Al aspects of the apartment were top notch.

Apartment #4 is 76 steps from the street level. At age 72 this elevation along a narrow 4-flight staircase is not for the faint-of-heart. The auto parking is extremely difficult to find and not convenient for loading and unloading a car. Recommend the owners provide a detailed map of where to find the parking space AND recommend the owners emphasize that there is a convenient “loading and unloading” temporary parking space located in front of the small bodega (store) on the corner at Wilhemstrasse.

Superb

Room was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Location was perfect as it is just around the corner from the pedestrianised main street so we were able to walk out of the apartment and explore the town. Also has a lovely park right across the road which we enjoyed an evening stroll in.

Lack of communication has caused many divorces.

The apartment was very nice but communication regarding entry to the apartment was lacking. We were not the only guest who had this difficulty another couple the day before had the same issue. Reichel Apartments needs to take on a more active roll in communicating with guest since they are aware the confirmation and “code”. bookings sends is not correct when trying to enter.

Location was nice but can be noisy when windows are open. It was clean. You are asked to pay occupancy tax when you leave.

Great. Arrive early and enjoy the room and location!

There is air conditioning! The rooms are clean and it is equipped with fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave, just about everything you need to live a comfortable life right near the city.

We were not used to the rental apartment, and were not aware that an instruction how to enter the building will be given through Booking.com message on the previous night around 21:00. We learned now. We stayed on 4th floor. The apartment doesn't have any elevator, so anyone with big luggage must be ready to do some exercise.
