Propreté, confort, disponibilité du personnel. Mettre la liste des prestations et les prix à la disposition des clients
La situation géographique, pas de vigile à la porte. Pr sortir ou rentrer tu es obligé de chercher le personnel pour venir à ton secours

The staff were amazing, so polite.
The wall needs a reconstruction but I was offered a different room, which was ok.

Room was clean and airconditioned, staff friendly
Room did not have second bed or kettle as advertised. Hotel did not have restaurant as advertised, just some tables on the roof. Located far from central Accra on dirt road in very poor condition that taxis often could not locate

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were even kind enough to upgrade my room from superior queen to an executive suite free of charge which was a nice touch. Thanks a lot

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the staff (Betty and Maxwell and the director’s wife)
Since the first day we got to the hotel, we had an issue with the check in where our rooms were not available because we didn’t check in at the time frame we said (mind you, our flight was delayed) and they blames us for not communicating with meanwhile they had plenty of rooms available. The second day they moved us back to our original room and it was okay. Not the best.
After a week we noticed that there was a leak coming from the bathroom and we alerted the staff right away, all they did was to bring towels to stop and claimed that they were gonna call the plumber to get it fixed. Another week passed and luckily I was able to see that the leak was coming in our room and we got super mad. When we confronted them about it, they were speechless and started calling the director. I could hear on the phone how the director did not care about us as client and stated that our issue “was not important”. I demanded that they switch our room immediately because that was not fair and it was something that they should have prevented since we alerted them as soon as we saw the leak a week ago. The director did not bother to call us or to come in person to deal with us or even to check up on us. However when he needed the payment of the room he was willing to speak to us on the phone to make sure the transaction went through (the irony).
This hotel is a catfish and the amount that you pay does not reflect the expectation. Don’t stay here.
The staff was lovely (Betty and Maxwell) they were really nice to us
And later on we were able to speak to the director’s wife which she was nice and understood us. Overall, this hotel needs a better management.
Check the pictures down below to see the leak, i wish i could attach the video as well.

When we went, it was very last minute. Very late in the night but the staff was able to accommodate us right away and even prepare food for us. This was around midnight. I was very pleased as I doubt nothing was open and we was hungry. The rooms are very clean. The bed is very comfy. The aircon is very delightful. They have a mini fridge as well so you can cool your beverages. They also have a TV and
Lots of places to store your luggage and valuables.
I had some issues with my flight coming back and
the owner/director assured me that they would keep my room if I need to stay an extra day and even offered transport. I also like the fact that if there was any issues I.E shower or wifi (it’s Ghana. These things are bound to happen no matter where you stay) they were very prompt in alerting us and fixing the problem. Excellent customer service.
I don’t have much to say but I do wish they had a system when they take the money directly from your account because I lost my debit card but still had my credit card. If my friend was not with me, I would have had no way of getting cash without charges. So make sure you take cash even if you have booked online.
