Good

A super friendly and helpful host, good location close to the train station, transfer service at a good price. In fact, we spent only one night (some hours before a very early flight) out of three in that apartment, because there were some booking overlaps due to hosting of refugees. We were informed about that being already in a transfer from the airport. It was a bit stressful, but we do not complain, understanding the situation. We were driven to another nice hotel and provided with some bonuses for the inconvenience. And for the last night our luggage was carefully transported to this hotel by the staff, so we didn't need to spend our time on it.

Unfortunately, the floor was really dirty, probably there was no proper cleaning before our arrival. Dust and small litter sticking to your barefeet was unpleasant. And there was no kettle. Not a big problem, but when you book an apartment with a kitchenette, it is quite a usual thing to have it.

Superb

Overall, this accommodation is amazing! Not only is it amazing value, but it also has a stunning view, is only 20 minutes from Santa Lucia by train, and has amazing restaurants and bars around. It was clean, tidy and the beds were comfortable. The linen and towels were excellent too.

The only downside was that WiFi was advertised, but it did not work. The password was provided, but something must have not worked properly since the network was down.
