About this apartment rental
OUR LUXURY APARTMENTS IN SEVILLA IS LOCATED IN AN OLD XIX CENTURY HOUSE THAT HAS BEEN CAREFULLY RESTORED TO PRESERVE ITS ARCHITECTURAL TREASURES. ALL THE APARTMENTS ARE FURNISHED AND EQUIPPED WITH THE AMENITIES NECESSARY TO WRAP THE GUEST IN AN ABSOLUTE COMFORT.
Guests will enjoy a sober and refined atmosphere in a typical Andalusian setting and with luxury equipment right in the center of Seville, a few meters from the Town Hall and very close to the impressive church of Salvado, in a narrow and labyrinthine street of just 1. 30 meters wide
Our building has an elegant 19th century classical façade and access through a large wooden gate. When crossing the hallway flanked by 4 old columns, you access a beautiful Sevillian patio, surprised by its luminosity and calmness, silence only disturbed by the intermittent murmur of the water that flows from the fountain -a traditional decorative element in the Mudejar culture. Surrounding the patio, with marble floors and covered by a spectacular dome that bathes the space of natural light and harmony, we discover a modern staircase and a gallery that gives access to the apartments remodeled in 2018 of an unusual elegance with a design of shapes pure, clean and harmonious, which has given priority to comfort and beauty. The essence of Seville is condensed in them; the ceramic motifs of Triana in the bathrooms, the crockery from the factory of the Royal Monastery of the Cartuja, the green plants that refresh the look or the decoration with paintings by Sevillian artists, as could not have been less in the city of Velazquez, Murillo and Zurbaran, aim to achieve the goal of the traveler feeling lodged in a house with Sevillan roots.
On the roof of our apartments in the center of Seville is the charming terrace where guests can sunbathe or relax with a drink while watching the sunset over the domes of the imposing Church of El Salvador.
Seville is a city with a unique charm, rich in royal palaces, museums and gardens. Its diverse history combines Roman vestiges, Gothic cathedrals and Moorish arcades, in an amalgam of architectural styles. Monumental city par excellence, of great cultural wealth and deep-rooted traditions, hospitable and open, of streets, squares and smiling people, Seville detaches art and magic, and seduces by its beauty and its character.
