Stay was good and the room met my expectation and it was true to its description. The only problem was i did not make any partial payment which was suggested by booking.com that my room is confirmed any no need for any payment. But the hotel denied my checkin saying no rooms will be available if no payment was made. So i had to take different room that was available for twice price. Booking dot com and Oyo rooms needs to have a common agreement here. This was poor.

Staff was rood. They refused to give us room saying they do not have availability. They spoke to me twice before checkin. And I already made half payment. Still they gave the rooms to other people and asked us to go to another property. Other hotel refused to consider they half payment that i already made to confirm my booking. I had to speak to Oyo and cancel my booking at the end after a struggle of 2.30 hrs. But Oyo still did not pay my complete money. They are keeping my 299 rs.

Beacuse they don't provide room, they provide hall for sleeping and giving bed in hall do not give cot for sleeping, also another two families are still staying in that sane hall in separate room they are too disturbing, they don't provide room they only provide hall, it is against our consumer protection act 1985, i will go to court and file suit against oyo and also give complaint to national human right commission you will cheat me

Nothing I liked about it. The room was booked and half payment was done but still he gave room to some other people. Lots of drinking guys were fighting when we went to the hotel. He dint even had concern about he gave room to other people Such a disgusting hotel

sorry not coming back, simply bcoz of hypocrisy (what is shown & experienced is different).

there was no coordination between Oyo & the owner. we were asked to pay Rs. 500/- more for our stay. moreover they said it was suite but there were no were near the facilities which is found in suite. no complimentary breakfast though it was part of the package, no service lift though mentioned in the website & pictures put up. real disappointment.

The lady in Indra comforts is a total fraud. She cheated me, wasting my time and money.

I was asked for additional money of 1500, and then sent to another hotel 4 km away from Indra. That room cost was Rs1000 only, But I had paid a total of 2653. Also They wasted my 1 hour time. It was a total stressfull experience.

Disappointing

Cleanliness not up to the mark, floors are sticky. taps are broken and rusted water was leaking.

They are now not with OYO, hence booking was rejected initially and also rooms were not ready for us. But they have issued two rooms in front of us for walk ins. As we made part payment later they agreed to provide rooms that to after 30 minutes and we got one room.

The location is pretty decent as it's in the industrial area.

There is a kennel right next to this place, extremely noisy! Also this place has no glasses or any sort of cutlery, this is a huge problem as they don't serve food and needs to be ordered. And these rooms are smelly with very dirty sheets. This place needs a lot of cleaning!!
