Amazing blend of the old ifugao mountain traditions and modern conveniences. Claire and Butch are warm and welcoming. Claire will tell you all the history of the area and Bitch will guide you. Truly a wonderful experience

Amazing hosts: Claire helped arrange our tours, explained the local culture, let us check- in early after a night bus,... . Beautifull traditional huts. We absolutely loved everything about it.

The place was cozy and driven by local traditions. The hosts were amazing, and they are the reason to stay at Baleh Boble Guesthouse. Claire and Butch take good care of you and make you feel like at home. Details were nicely taken care of, lightning in case of a power outage was a great example.
No need to arrange an extra guide, as Butch is the great one. Not only he has all the needed knowledge, but he also enriches it with his personal memories and stories. Lovely & recommend.
There was actually nothing not to like. Water outrage or pressure could have been stronger, if anything. Nothing really to complain about.

I love everything about the place. The cottages are fully equipped. the ambiance is soo relaxing. Sunrise view is different every day and I truly enjoyed waking up in the morning just to see it. The hosts Claire and Butch are very attentive of our needs. Our trip to Banaue was very memorable and Baleh Boble guesthouse has contributed to this unforgettable experience.

We learned that Baleh Boble means our home in the village. Indeed with Clair and Butch’s hospitality and friendly attitude you’ll feel home away from home. They went out of their way to please us and provided a lot of knowledge about their culture and the area. The guesthouse has a unique design with traditional like architecture lodging and is beautifully decorated with an amazing garden. Clair’s Chicken Adobo is recommended.

Claire and Butch could not have done more to make our stay a wonderful experience. They were passionate about the area and it's history and culture and so helpful in providing information, recommendations and help with trips. The guesthouse was spotless and designed and decorated beautifully. Claire has ensured all rooms have a simple elegance and she has furnished them with a classic style with lots of upcycled and reclaimed items.

It is one of the most expensive places in the area
We ordered dinner which was poor and then when we checked other places it turned out that it was also overpriced
The owner is friendly

We loved everything. The traditional houses are very well done, great to enjoy, and comfortable. The garden is beautiful, with great views of the mountains. It is clear that the lodge was really made with great care and love and attention to detail.
The hosts were amazing - very welcoming, really making you feel like home, organizing the tours, and trying to best suit our dietary needs. Claire is an excellent cook, really enjoyed discovering Filipino food through her dishes.
Our whole experience was perfect, we were very happy to discover such a wonderful place, and would go back anytime if possible.
Many thanks again!!

We loved everything, the hosts (Claire and Butch) were fantastic, we directly fell home, taken in charge, Butch also was our guide to visit around, go see tyhe terrasse, the hot spring and we had a great time together!
The garden is absolutely lovely, the view from the small terasse is stunning, The room is very nice, with a lot of small details for the comfort of the guests, the breakfast was amazing, prepared with love by Claire, best ingredients ever, generally locally made... We absolutely loved our stay there and highly recommend it!
I can't think of anything...

-ifugao houses provided a glimpse of traditional living style
-bathroom was clean and sleeping quarters were comfortable
-beautiful mountain view and garden (host’s collection ☺️)
-experience rice threshing, weaving, chicken catching
- good location, near other restaurants and terraces view deck
-gracious and hospitable host who provided information about tours, where to eat, where to pass on our way home, provides umbrella when it’s raining, and takes time to talk to guests
- the ifugao house can be a bit warm during day time but can easily be managed by keeping the door open
- the kitchen is yet to open but the host provided options where to eat and served freshly brewed coffee

Over all unique experience. Ms. Claire is very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. her place is well designed, clean, comfortable, cozy, good value for money, good location. we especially like how she has showcased and shared Ifugao culture.
During the time we visited, the kitchen was not yet fully operational and only served breakfast. We look forward to enjoying local food at her place next time. But despite this, when we requested her to cook noodles for snacks or heat up food we had with us, they willingly accommodated and helped us which shows fantastic hospitality.

Liked the homey feel of our cottage.
The front of the property is an unfinished building. It was not a good first impression.
