About this house rental

We are delighted to offer you a private, two story, 4100 square foot, country home with stunning panoramic long range views. Farm with horses grazing anterior to the home. 15 mins to DT, 10 mins to Weaverville.
Quiet and peaceful. Only one house nearby. Very private!!

Hot tub, fireplace, pool table, foos ball table, year round views, internet, Roku w/ Sling TV, board games, Wii, and entertainment.

We are located in Weaverville, North Carolina.
Located 10 mins away is the quaint town of Weaverville, where you can shop, hit the spa, or dine at Soba, The Glass Onion, Twisted Laurel, Blue Mountain Pizza or Mike's Main Street Grill. Also available is the bustling Well Bred Bakery.

Outside the town there is an Ingles, Publix, Aldi, 24- hour gym, Walmart, Steak n Shake, fast food, and more!!

Area attractions include a multitude of fabulous restaurants, the Biltmore House, Blue Ridge Parkway, Downtown Asheville, live bands, blues clubs, golf, spas, hiking, biking, picnicking, parks/playgrounds, horseback riding, rafting, rock climbing, hunting, fishing, swimming, waterfalls, antiquing, bowling, mini-golf, tennis, movies, dance, music, theater, shopping, skateboarding, downhill skiing, snow tubing & more.

The December Holidays are split into two 6 night minimums. Christmas week and New Years week. Guests booking Christmas week (prior to Dec 26th) MUST be checked out by December 28th. Any reservations made that cross between the two holiday weeks may lead to cancellation if alternate arrangements can’t be made.

FULLY STOCKED HOME INCLUDES
Linens, plenty of towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish washer liquid, dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, iron and board, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, microwave, plenty of eating utensil and more.

Baby/kid gear includes:
Pack and Play w/ crib mattress and sheets, high chair, exersaucer), toys, board games, Wii.

HANDICAP ACCESS
There are three front steps to enter the house. You may also enter through the garage where there is a steep ramp into the house. There are two queen pull out couches on the floor first level. Kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, rec room and access to the deck are on the first level. Though please note: there is a bathroom, but no tub or shower on the first floor level. We do not provide handicap rails in the bathrooms.

Car is necessary. Uber, Lyft and taxi's available at this address. Flat road to to house (great in the winter), a bit of a climb up the driveway, parking at the top.

Perfect to get away on the country side but still be close to Asheville. The house was a good size for all 12 of us girls. Very clean and easy process with the manager. Enjoyed it a lot!

We were 19 people had plenty of room, great hot tub, had a small issue, text Camille, she text back and David the repair men was out there the next morning at 8.00am ,thanks was all set. For our 9 days of vacation

This property has an absolutely beautiful view and the house was spacious and comfortable for our family (5 adults and 4 kids) - though it would comfortably fit more people! Camille was very communicative and went out of her way to help with the very few, very minor hiccups. The kids had a blast rolling down the big front yard hill! It’s so close to Asheville. Downtown Weaverville is adorable! Thank you, Cam and Family for sharing your home with us!

We had such a good time and were so comfortable. Hot tub was amazing. Bathrooms were very spacious for 10 girls to get all pretty-fied up for dinner. Definitely recommend this place. The view was gorgeous! Tenant was very responsive to everything I needed!

We had an amazing time at Camille's home. It has a view that can't be beat while being only a 20 minute drive to our favorite spots in downtown Asheville. Very quiet, clean, and spacious, we would definitely stay here again!

This property is awesome and has everything you need. The property is so great that you have to force yourself to leave the house by planning other things. I would recommend this place to any large group going to Asheville. Just make sure you get a rental car👍
