About this chalet rental
Chalet Tissières is a beautiful 9 bedroom chalet. Since 2004 a lot of love has gone into our chalet making it a true home from home with all the modern comforts.
Our lovely large lounge is an impressive authentic fabulous space enabling groups of 16 to 24 to unwind and relax with magnificent view of the Bossons Glacier and the Aiguille du Midi.
We have a stunning open fire place, SONOS, NETFLIX and WIFI. The outdoor hot tub allows you to enjoy the orange glow sunsets over the Mont Blanc mountain range whilst sipping a glass of champagne. We also have an indoor sauna
Outside we have a lovely Canadian Cedar panoramic barrel sauna and a cold tub (this is a shared facility but bookable for a private slot).
EXCLUSIVE USE: When you rent Chalet Tissieres as a whole the price is for a self catered stay for up to 16 people. We can accommodate up to 24 people (additional cost).
Catering options are available (additional cost and subject to availability). This formula includes breakfast, afternoon gouter and a 3 course evening meal including wine as well as transfers to and from the slopes every day between 9 - 10 am and 4 - 5 PM apart from arrival and check out days and wednesdays.
There are public busses around the corner which take you to and from town and the various ski stations. Our closest ski station is Brevent and Bellevue, both approx 5 minutes by car.
In summer we are the starting point of many lovely mountain hikes such as the Jonction, a full days hike taking you to a vantage point where the Bossons Glacier and Taconnaz glacier come together. A wonderful magestic hike! The Cascade du dard (big waterfall) is only a 90 minute walk.
We have a chairlift taking you to the glacier around the corner (only operates in summer).
The famous Aiguille du Midi gondola is only 5 minutes away taking you to 3800 metres! with wonderful views of the glacial terrain and Mont Blanc.
The Mont Blanc tunnel giving access to Italy via Courmayeur in the Aosta Valley again is only a 5 minute drive.
We are only a 3 minute drive from the official starting point of the Tour de Mont Blanc (and one of the trails is only 500 meters from the chalet).
We have 2 restaurants at walking distance (in season).
