This cottage is perfect for family gatherings or an intimate destination vacation. It is a retreat where time can seem to stand still and where you can redefine family and friendship in ultimate comfort. This is a new and uniquely designed 1,600 square foot home designed in the classic coastal cottage style with a contemporary twist.
Every possible amenity is available on site or within walking distance. The Marina Cottage guests enjoy the full use and benefit of the adjacent CenterPointe Marina club house and pool facilities. The private club house includes a 2,000 square foot lounge on the second floor that can be used for private parties or corporate meetings.
There is only one place where the glistening waters of Lake Michigan and Green Bay meet in a protected harbor... Sturgeon Bay, Door County. It is here beside the water's edge where you will find a private residential community that blends the boating lifestyle with nature's beauty, shopping, museums and all of the conveniences of a small town.
Our family friendly cottage is available throughout the year with no black-out dates. Whether you enjoy summers on the water, checking out the fall colors or are simply looking for a winter get away, our cottage is perfect for the occasion.
Our deep water marina can accommodate yachts up to 250 feet in length with a minimum draft of 15 feet.
Kid Friendly: The Marina Cottage is kid friendly and is an ideal set-up for a fun family vacation. The association amenities such as the swimming pool are located immediately to the east. Safe, quiet neighborhood two blocks from downtown Sturgeon Bay.
You will have access to the entire three story home. The master bedroom with queen bed is on the 3rd floor which has an in suite bathroom and walk-in closet and smart TV.
The guest bedroom with a queen bed, walk in closet and a guest full bathroom are located on the second floor.
Your second floor living room has a 55' smart tv. You can log into your favorite streaming services such as, Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Apple TV, Hulu, Paramount+, Peacock, Youtube TV, Spotify, iHeart Radio and more. Your washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. In the laundry room you will find an iron and ironing board, sheets and blankets for the pull out couch (located in the second floor living room) and a few boxes of laundry detergent to get you started.
On the first floor you will find a 43' smart tv. You can log into your favorite streaming services such as, Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Apple TV, Hulu, Paramount+, Peacock, Youtube TV, Spotify, iHeart Radio and more. A full kitchen with full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, electric flat top stove/oven, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, griddle, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware, cookie sheet, pizza pan, measuring cups and spoons and more. The first floor living room has seating for 4 and seating for three at the kitchen counter. The dining room has seating for 4.
There is a wonderful grilling station with 3 weber gas grills just steps from your cottage. Available for use May 15-Oct 15.
Enjoy the loungers around the outdoor pool and hot tub. Take a dip in our large recreational pool. Available late May - Sept 15 weather depending.
The two outside balconies with chairs are perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. We have provided games of all kinds for all the members of your group to enjoy.
You will find wonderful restaurants and coffee shops a short 5-10 minute walk from your cottage.
Very safe neighborhood for walking anytime day or night. One mile from our location are several beaches with great playgrounds for the kids.

This is my third time at this property. It is wonderful from start to finish. Property is wonderful shape and includes what you need for an enjoyable weekend. The view is gorgeous. It is close to so many things in town that you can walk to. Responsiveness from the host is excellent. Would recommend to anyone!!

The pool area and hot tub looking over the water and boats was amazing. Shannon was great and any issue we had was resolved right away. She even sent us a list of ideas for things to do! My only downfall (and not really even one) is that the picture of the condo on line was not the exact one we were staying in. There are 3 condos so it was probably one of the other ones. All in all, we had a great time!

Shannon was amazing to deal with from the very start. We stayed for an extended period of time since we have family in the area and were leaving the Texas heat. The layout was great for our three young boys and the two of us adults. Access to the pool and watching the boats from the marina come in and out were huge hits. Any hiccups during our stay were addressed immediately and our interaction with every staff member was nothing short of amazing.

This was our fourth stay at this property. It honestly feels like a home away from home! This is, in our opinion, an ideal location from which to explore Door Co. We enjoy watching marine activities on the shipping channel, the convenience of nearby stores, restaurants, parks and walking paths. These “cottage” condos are clean, bright, well equipped and comfortable!

Great location - just a couple blocks from downtown. Property was exactly as described. Marina was closed for the season so I can’t comment on pool or if the location would be noisy from boats and people using the docks. I would suggest getting some lights for the sidewalk by the 3 properties. If no one is staying at the houses or they don’t leave their outside lights on it is very dark. You have to park at marina and walk through the bushes to get to the sidewalk which isn’t bad. Lights would be great. Top floor can get warm because hot air rises but fans were provided and the windows can be opened.
I would stay again and recommend to family & friends.

My favorite part of this property is how much natural light floods in all day. We stayed while the weather was quite cold, so it was nice to sit inside and still feel the sun. My only complaint is that we couldn’t get the toaster to work!

Love the location close to many things. The 3 floors are a little too many stairs for those with knee issues. No TV on 1st floor so had to go to either 2nd or 3rd floor. Nice decor and well equipped. Easy to book and check out. Fabulous view over harbor.

We loved our stay. This unit is in excellent condition and is well stocked with kitchen and bath essentials. The patio and upper deck were great for relaxing and reading. The location near the water provides lovely views and it is within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed having access to the pool, hot tub and grills. The property manager provided timely and easy check in and check out procedures. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful accommodations and a perfect view
We were extremely impressed with the cottage; roomy and perfect for our family. The view from all rooms is spectacular. We have never been to Wisconsin, so the rental was sight unseen. We relied on the posted pictures; thankfully they were accurate :-)
We even made an unexpected trip to the Door County ER...minor injury. But we came away with some sight-seeing possibilities which was a pleasant addition to our vacation! We would definitely like to return to Door County! Thank you!

Beautiful!
From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed (the personalized sign on the door was a nice touch!). We were pleasantly surprised by how well the property was furnished. The area is beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Very quiet location and was super peaceful. The outdoor pool was not ready for us (I had inquired about it beforehand) and we were confused on the listing stating there was an indoor pool, so we were not able to use any pools during our stay.
The unit was very clean and well taken care of.
Thanks for making our vacation a lot easier. Would definitely recommend this booking and would consider it in the future!

Beautiful Fall
We had a great time at this beautiful place, it was larger than expected room for everyone and everyone had their own bathrooms which was nice for when the girls got ready for the wedding. Right on the water so the sunsets were gorgeous and just a few blocks from down town, we walked to dinner both sides of the bridge, as well as plenty of places to grab a drink. We will be back

Overall very good experience. We had a mix up with arrival time and management forgot to tell cleaning staff we were coming for an early check in, however Reda was wonderful and got the place set for us quickly so we didn't have to wait long. The rest of the stay was great, we had everything we needed and our kids loved the indoor pool- plus we were the only ones there both times so it was wonderful

Beautiful location and easy to access for our weekend getaway. Unobstructed views of the harbor with gorgeous sunrises. Some inconveniences were some of the outlets were not working and the pull out couch does not support two adults due to wear over time. Would consider coming back again in the summer time though!

Great location and attractive condo. The only discrepancy was the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Peter was apologetic and immediately contacted the cleaning service. We would recommend this as a good place to stay and would rent it again.

A wonderful stay for our sisters vacation. This is a beautiful home in a great location along the bay, walkable to all shopping and restautants.The 3rd floor master has amazing views. After busy days out and about, it was a joy to come back to this cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
