The home boasts a modern beach vibe, 5 total bedrooms and 3 baths, and best of all a 3 minute walk to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach! Located in the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach, FL it's perfect for your beach vacation. You can walk right to the beach and spend your day on the relaxing gulf coast of Florida.

The house is lovely, good use of space and clearly recently renovated. It was let down a bit by lack of finish/attention to detail - the back garden wasn’t mowed and not usable for our small children; some windows didn’t have coverings and the ones they had didn’t block light so lots of early morning wakes and trouble getting them to sleep; the carpet in the front bedroom really needs replacing.
We reported these issues and were told only the curtains could be dealt with (not sure why the lawn couldn’t be mowed). But despite saying someone would come the next day nobody did come. I chased and was told they would come the next day but we’d checked out by then.
The location is great, really near the beach and ice cream shop

Nice property near the beach. We were there for my daughters wedding so we needed a place for the whole family to stay. The house is very clean and accommodated 10 of us sleeping without any issues. The only thing that the house could use is more space for the family to sit around and all be together. The living room has 2 sofas and 2 chairs which 8 of us could sit comfortably but the others had to sit at the dining room table. Other than that we had a great time! The home is very clean and responsiveness from VRBO was prompt when contacted.

Point by point, the CLEANLINESS of the interior of the property was very good. Living areas were all very clean, no complaints there. The outside of the property left a lot to be desired. The covered patio hadn't been touched and usable only if we wanted to clean it ourselves. This is a dog friendly property and VRBO requests that you clean up after your pets, which I ALWAYS do but I also picked up after previous guests pets too. I paid a pet fee and feel VRBO should make sure there is nothing left to clean-up from prior guests with pets. CHECK-IN PROCESS was super easy. We were granted our early check-in request (for an additional fee). ACCURACY OF ONLINE LISTING: The interior photos do not reflect the actual furnishings. Seems the home was staged for photos and then the staging was removed. It's still nice but not as nice as the photos show. There's a reason there aren't photos of the outside - it's pretty neglected. There is an abandoned looking duplex on one side of the property and renovation construction on the other. COMMUNICATION WITH PROPERTY MGR.: Communication was very easy. Easy to contact and fast to respond and they checked in with us to inquire if anything was needed. LOCATION & NEIGHBORHOOD: GREAT! Lots of nearby places in walking distance to grab a bite to eat, just a short walk to the beach, and a really cute neighborhood. All that being said, I probably wouldn't rent this property again.

I was a little skeptical about the location and the ease of getting to the beach but once we got there, the walk to the beach was short, 5 Minutes and safe with a lighted Pedestrian cross walk, which made crossing easy. We had a beach trolley which made carry the cooler, tent and chairs a breeze.
The house it self was updated nicely, although the exterior of the house and the back yard could do with a little TLC.
The house had all the amenities and comforts you would want for a nice beach stay. We had 9 people which was comfortable for sleep and meals.
As mentioned I didn't have great expectations but left having a great time with family and less apprehensive about having to cross busy Gulf Drive to get to the beach.

Pulled up appalled by the surroundings, the grounds were horrible. Code did not work, when finally in the place smelled and the stairs were no OSHA compliant. The beds and entire place were run down and the pictures did NOT REPRESENT the actual picture of the property. Workin with AMX for my refund. Rachel the check-in person knew of our distress did nothing.. emails asking about our stay kept coming in and NO ONE! Ever followed up. Do Not Use this company or this rental!! We booked into a hotel asap. The Marriott

The house is lovely, mother-in-law suite is nice, kitchen is lovely, dining table accommodated all of us. Nice yard for the dogs But ... BEACH CHAIRS SHOULD BE PROVIDED FOR GUESTS. I imagine everyone renting the house will have flown in, therefor will not be bringing beach chairs.

Pros: Location was perfect for our needs.
Cons: Definitely does not accommodate 16 as advertised. We were 12, 5 beds nicely could sleep 2 each, all other couches or pull outs were terribly uncomfortable and did not come with adequate linens.
First floor toilet was connected to hot water.
AC was apparently preset and it was hot at night and extremely cold in the morning.
Upper dishwasher rack fell apart when pulled out to load.
Missing TV remote in one bedroom.
One full day there was annoying demolition going on next door.

Great place for my family to come to Florida and get together again. Very cute beach themed house. Enjoyed having family meals both indoors and outdoors with the barbecue. Quick walks to the beach in the morning after breakfast and to catch the sunsets. Restaurants and shops nearby so we rarely had to drive anywhere during our stay

Girls Trip
The location was great! A two minute walk across the street to get to the beach. Right next to the property is a coffee shop, produce store and little restaurant. The area is quiet. The house is decorated so cute and fit our needs. The air in some of the rooms is not as efficient so those rooms were a little hot. We never watched tv but if we wanted to, some of the tvs didn’t have plugs to even turn on and we never found any remotes except for living room. We were outside all the time so it didn’t matter. It would have been nice to have beach chairs, supplies, etc. There are beach towels. The coffee pot quit working one morning and they were quick to respond and dropped off another one. Overall, it fit our needs and the location was good.

Mechanical Dissatisfaction of unit
The property portrayed was elegant in appearance so was very disappointed in the age and unkempt reality. The air conditioner was not working and we had nearly a day of discomfort. I also lost half a day by being present for the repair to be completed. I expect a compensation refund.

Great place and even better location
We stayed at this property while taking a group trip down to Indian Rocks, FL. The house is remodeled on the inside and accurately portrayed the pictures in the listing. The location was fantastic. It is a short walk to the beach and several local bar and restaurants, which we took full advantage of. The house had all of the needed accommodations (basic toiletries, beach towels, and TV streaming apps).
The management staff was very easy to work with as well. They accommodated our request (last minute) for an early check-in for a small fee, which we thought was reasonable.
I would stay here again and would recommend.

Great stay.
The property was very clean and ready at time of check in. For any questions or help needed navigating, property manager was very responsive and helpful in giving us suggestions as to where to go. Property was a walking distance to the beach, cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly come back.

Great family vacation!!
Our family was celebrating our mothers 85 birthday. We had plenty of room in the house ( there was 9 of us). We used the outside daily for eating. Gathering, morning coffee get togethers. Walk to ocean approx 10 min. I hope Guly recommend the pizza place right up the road I believe it’s called Palona’s, small place excellent sandwiches and pizza!! Had a great vacation!

Great Place!
Great place to stay. Only a few simple improvements would have pushed it from great to excellent: Eating utensils were needed, and beach chairs would be nice for a beach house! Overall, We would definitely recommend staying here.

Weekend in Tampa
The only issue was that the in-law suite did not have heat and it was not possible to sleep out there while we were there due to it being unseasonably cold in Florida that weekend. The house was large enough for 9 guys for a golf weekend for everyone to sleep comfortably. This neighborhood was fantastic an there were 4-5 really good restaurants and bars all within 2-3 blocks. I would absolutely stay here again and plan to come back to Indian Rocks beach.

Birthday Getaway
There was 9 ladies staying at this property for 3 nights; and while is was close to the beach the property itself (1500 Sq ft) was not large enough to accommodate this many adults. Here are a few things we observed that were not in the listing:
1-Water does not stay warm; if you have more than 4 people showering back to back- the water won’t keep up.
2-Needs updating- the property listing says it was renovated in 2018 but there are many flaws in this renovation. For instance, the ceilings in the shower near the kitchen looks like it has a leak, the light fixtures do not have light bulbs, the areas of the shower need to be caulked, and the toilet near the kitchen has running hot water through it.
3- Furniture is worn/uncomfortable- especially the chairs and futons. Especially one futon in the living room was slated and broke.
4- Location/parking - is not favorable as the houses neighbors are all run down and old; the parking spaces are only good for 2 suvs 3 compact small cars.
5-the toilet & paper towel supply is only 2 per bathroom (which would never work for a family of 4 or more staying) and the rain head showers don’t have any pressure, making someone washing their hair very hard.

The perfect little beach house a few minutes from the beach
It was the cutest little but at the same time big beach house. Very pretty and spacious. Would love to come back as we did enjoy it very much the beach is literally a walk down and across the street. Which was so beautiful and only about 19 short minute drive from Clearwater beach. Did want to note some things to improve upon: the small middle room upstairs bed does need to be replaced. Also the tvs upstairs did not even have cords or connected. And the back fence needs some patching up to prevent pets from escaping. But it was a great stay and enjoyed the little home. Would love to stay here again in the near future!

Wonderful!!!!
We took a family trip (grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins) and the beach was our 2nd stop on our trip. This house was everything we could have wanted. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but also join back together for meals and hanging out. Location is perfect, a short 3 minute walk and you have everything at your finger tips (a little market, restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream shop and of course THE BEACH). We use to live in FL and Indian Rocks beach is one of our favorite. Never too crowded and always beautiful! The house was very clean with all the towels, kitchen gadgets etc that you might need during your stay. The little mother in law suite just outside of the main house was perfect for grandma and grandpa to get away from all the noise for a little bit. Property managers we wonderful and really responsive. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!!

The property is in a perfect walking distance to the beach! House was very comfortable and clean! The property manager was very nice and kept in touch during our stay to make sure we were doing good. My family and I enjoyed the house! Wish we could of stayed longer!

Location, location, location!
The other reviewers are telling the truth when they say the beach is a short walk away! This was such a nice and relaxing place to stay at compared to the hustle and bustle of Clearwater. The host was super communicative and was quick to respond to any questions. Common areas were large enough for the group to hang out in without feeling too cramped. Our party of 16 enjoyed our stay there and have no complaints!

Not so great
Property needs work, new furniture, new grill, better ac system in the mother in law suite new roof on it as well. Kitchen needs more utensils and pans. Location is good, easy to get to.

Baseball trip
Place was fine. Need of some repairs. Close walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. We were there for the AAC Tournament, so the place worked out well. It will accommodate the number of people stated.

Best staycation getaway!
This beach house is at the center of everything you need! Beach, stores, bars—all within a minute walk. Andrew was so accommodating with our large party and made us feel right at home. Will definitely stay here again. Book it for the easiest, most memorable trip!
