Our family spent 4nights in this lovely VRBO. Sadly, we were in the area for a funeral, but the home had a wonderful lay out, three nice bedrooms, and an inviting back yard space with a nice view. Nice home in a good, quiet neighborhood.

We were comfortable, the location was ideal for our purpose—a Christmas week seeing family members who live in New Mexico—and the hostess was very responsive when we encountered a few problems. That said, anyone considering this rental should be aware that there is not a working fireplace. I was fooled by the listing, and disappointed by its absence.

We enjoyed our stay at this property while in NM. Everything was as described with great views from the backyard. Lots of amenities nearby and less than an hour from Santa Fe as well.

This was our second stay and everything was as clean and orderly as our first stay. This a great property in a quiet neighborhood.

The house was very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with cookware. Overall a nice rental with just a few quibbles. There was a used Q-tip and lozenge in the trash can of one of the bathrooms. The leaves in the backyard looked like they hadn't been cleared in a few days, so we had to sweep them off to avoid bringing them into the house. Aside from those minor issues we wouldn't hesitate to rent the house again.

This home was close to everywhere we needed to be during our stay! The view of the mountain was awesome and the home was clean and comfortable!

The house is fine and the location was good for our purposes. The home had not been cleaned very well, there were food crumbs under the chairs, the hightop, and in the kitchen. It appears the cleaners only clean what is in the open and do not move any furniture to clean under it. There was a note about a broken glass table top, my wife stepped on a piece of glass on the floor, were were able to get it out of her foot. There was more glass around that table and it seems the same issue with the cleaning, if it needed to be moved to be cleaned, that was not going to happen. I am tall and could see that I could have written my name on the top of the refrigerator based on the amount of dust that had accumulated there over time. The tops of all the door jams had similar amounts of dust. Like I said, not a bad home, but in need of a severe cleaning and some more attention to detail as far as safety for the clients.

We spent a week in Rio Rancho to move our daughter into her apartment for college. This home checked all the boxes for that stay - reliable internet, separate workspace, a fully stocked kitchen, amazing views of the city, a nearby trail for hiking and quiet neighborhood.
The views from the back patio are breath taking and our dog loved the trail directly behind the property. We will stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect VRBO Location in Rio Ranch NM
My husband and I really enjoyed our week at Jenny’s lovely home in Rio Rancho. The location of the property and views from the home were wonderful. Very clean and spacious. It was our home away from home.

Very clean and plenty of space
Very clean and good location for us. We liked the house layout and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. We loved having the big TV in the living room and the TVs in the master and other bedroom; everyone can watch their own shows. Labels on the light switches were helpful. Kitchen was stocked with essentials. Wished the shower water pressure was stronger in both showers and the wall decorations in the bedroom with the TV could use a makeover. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Vacation
The home was comfortable and relaxing, had everything we needed. It wasn't located in Corrales but close enough. We enjoyed sitting outside so it would have been a plus to have patio furniture wiped off. Otherwise this is an excellent place to stay

Terrific Home, Wonderful Views & Plenty of Conveniences... Perfect for Families!
We had a wonderful stay in Jenny's house! It's in a terrific location - a short drive to all the popular destinations in Albuquerque and Santa Fe and in a quiet well-maintained neighborhood.
The house is lovely with many thoughtful amenities throughout and a wonderful backyard with a charcoal grill and firepit to roast marshmallows. The kitchen is well-equipped with every appliance or utensil you could possibly need. A washer and dryer is super convenient, enabling you to pack light. The bathrooms are stocked with linens, toilet paper, a blowdryer, and even some toiletry items in case you leave yours behind. The living room has a great sectional and there are TVs throughout the house with wifi you can conveniently log into as guests which my teens loved so they could get away from mom and dad after a full day of activities.
The backyard was where we spent most of our time - I was enamored with the hummingbirds that visited and sometimes squabbled over territory. First thing in the morning, I would go out on the patio and watch the sunrise over the mountains, which cast a beautiful golden glow over the landscape.
At night you can see the city lights in the distance as you take in the smell of pinion in the firepit and sounds of nature and the occasional person walking or jogging on the trail directly behind the house. The house is elevated from the trail and there is no direct access (it's just a few houses down, accessible from the front), which was no problem for us as it added an element of safety so random people were not constantly walking by and peering into the backyard and windows if it were on the same level.
We originally booked our stay based on it being dog-friendly, but at the last minute decided to board our dog to make it easier. Despite being dog-friendly, the house was clean and maintained well and I wouldn't have known had it not been listed as such.
We truly enjoyed our stay here and have already decided we will return in the future if she will have us! :)

Good location for access to Rio Rancho and Corrales, which is just what we needed. The bike path/ running trail right outside the neighborhood (directly behind the house) was good for runners, not half bad for roller skiers.

We loved this charming rental home! 3 bedrooms, all on one floor, very clean, beautifully furnished. The master bedroom had a new craftsman style bed, not the 4 poster in picture. The master bed mattress was not new, it had a slight hollow in the middle but we still found it comfortable. My 88 year old mother was very comfortable in the queen bedroom. The furnishings are lovely and there are 3 large screen TV's! We wished the weather had been warm enough for us to enjoy the back porch because it is very nice. Beautiful city lights and mountain views just as advertised. Plenty of dishes etc in the kitchen though we didn't need to use them. From a disability point of view (my mother and I both walk with canes) the house was great, it is all one floor, only one small step to get into the house from the garage. We never used the front door so I'm not sure about that one. I wouldn't actually call the house totally accessible since there were no bars in the walk-in shower or on the wall by the toilet, and it did require a small step-over to get into the walk-in shower, but still pretty easy to manage it all. Jenny, the realtor/manager, is great--very helpful and responds quickly if you message her through Vrbo. We had questions about how to work the TV and got helpful answers. When I mentioned that we were enjoying the house and wished we'd booked it for longer, she was quick to offer to let us stay on if we wished as she had no renters right away. We appreciated that very much, although we decided to return home when planned due to upcoming weather. All in all my only complaint was that I had a hard time getting hot water in the walk-in shower. This was probably because the house is kept pretty cold when no one is staying there--and I was in a hurry and didn't have time to let it run very long. All in all, a great place to stay!
