Enjoy your stay at this beautiful newly renovated duplex. It has 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a basement which includes a foosball, bumper pool, boccar ball table and board games for the kids. Very warm, welcoming, and spiritually uplifting home. Location is just 1.6 miles away from the ark encounter. Restaurants, shopping, and groceries just a few miles away as well.
Just a note : All Bedrooms are located upstairs along with the full bathroom with shower. The stairs leading to upper level are steep and may be difficult for people who have mobility issues.

When traveling I want things to be comfortable and easy. This place offered BOTH! Past reviewers mentioned things like small bathroom, not enough seating, out of date toy/gate area. But for us, it was perfect! Yes, the bathroom was small. Yes, there was limited seating but to be fair we did not spend a ton of time this location. We booked this property so that we can go out and explore the area. The kitchen was well stocked in order for me to make dinner on the night of our arrival. There were plenty of options nearby, where we could eat out for the other nights. when we would never sit in a living room/dining room for the majority of our stay, we’re out doing things and seeing the local events and attractions. During our stay we were able to partake the historical landmarks, a local festival, and visit a winery. That was on top of the main reason we location was its proximity to the ARK. this property offered a lot more flexibility than a generic hotel room. Which by the way, doesn’t have a ton of seating either or Two bathrooms. This was the best decision we made regarding this trip. If you were on the fence based on reviews, please just go ahead and book it, it’s well worth it. Communication with the property owner was excellent. The property has everything you and your traveling group need to accommodate a clean place to sleep shower and gather for your next days adventures.

The property was very clean. We loved the scriptures in all of the rooms. The basement with games provided additional fun and the messages on the walls of the basement were great. It was the perfect location for our trip to see The Ark Encounter. LOVED it and would definitely stay again!

My family and I came to see the Ark Encounter for the first time. This duplex was the perfect place to stay for our time in Williamstown! Clean and comfortable. Efficient and complimentary toiletries and kitchen supplies. Streaming tv services. GREAT location to the Ark, it's literally right down the road and around the corner. Cute little ice cream shops and restaurants close by. Family game room in lower level was entertaining. The only thing that was not great was the steep staircase to the upper level. I feel like it needs to be detailed on the description of this property of how steep the stairs really are. Would not recommend this place for anyone with smaller children or any adults with knee/back problems. Overall, it was a great experience and I would probably book it again.

Comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. It was close to the Ark which was convenient for us. the kids loved all the games in the basement. There aren’t a lot of restaurants and other activities in the immediate area but Dry Ridge is less than 15 min away and Cincinnati is 40 min, so we went there for food and exploring.

The property does sleep 8 however there wasnt nearly enough seating in the kitchen or living room for that total. One couch in the living room, so we had to sit on folding chairs and the floor. The home was very neat and tidy. Limited amount of napkins, paper towels, ect provided— we ran out quite quickly. We went with this one because of the game area but it was a very big disappointment— three board games (connect four, candyland—broken, and scrabble.) Most of the basement table games were not working/very old. The game space was a cement walled basement room. The kids wouldn't even go down there. The communication with the owner was good.

The property was very clean just freshly painted. The only thing that was a problem was the two bedrooms on second floor with steep steps to climb with luggage for two senior ladies. Host should include that info in listing. Location was great just mins from Ark. Neighbor hood was nice and seem very safe. Check in and check out easy. Overall very nice stay extremely satisfied.

This home was an excellent place to stay. We loved having a kitchen, laundry, and room to live as a family. Our children enjoyed the downstairs gameroom, the walls which contained uplifting messages and signatures from people who had stayed in the house. Thank you!

Overall, this was a great place to stay. The pull out couch was broken and the downstairs bathroom was really tiny. But it was a great experience for our family.

Our youth group stayed a couple days and it was a good experience. There were enough accomadations for us all . It was clean, relaxing , and furnished. It had a surprise prayer and scripture wall in the gameroom that made the experience much better for the kids.

Family and friends rented both sides the house. It was clean and super close to the Ark. We loved the game room and the Bible touches throughout both sides.

Everything in perfect shape. Bed comfortable. Both bathrooms were good. Both tvs were good. I brought my own Roku and was able to watch anything. Internet speed was good. Kitchen was clean. Coffee there was a bonus. Location to Ark Encounter was key reason for booking. Price was much better than Hampton Inn too. Will stay there again if we go to Ark.

This was such a lovely little cottage. It would be cramped for 8 people, but if you are only sleeping there and on the go otherwise it would probably be fine. One thing I did not like was the close proximity of the stairs to the bedroom doors and bathroom doors. If you wake up kind of woozy it would be very easy to take a tumble. All in all I really liked the property and would definitely recommend staying there. I really liked how clean it was. No signs of any bugs either.

The location was great. Very close to the Ark and not too far from Creation Museum. The price was a little high for the place itself, but I assume it is because of the location. The place was clean for everyday use, but could use a deep cleaning, as well as fixing some maintenance issues. Overall, it satisfied our need for a place to stay during our visit to Kentucky.

I truly loved the idea that the family has of leaving your thoughts on their walls. I am glad God gave me this location to house 5 really independent and idealistic teenagers. They each wanted to add their own thoughts about their stay and were very excited about the opportunity.

Jacob & his wife provide a clean & cozy place for visitors to the area. They pay attention to detail to ensure a pleasant experience. They are very attentive to the needs of their guests. We had a pleasant experience: the beds were comfortable & accommodations were adequate. We enjoyed the provision of condiments in the refrigerator & coffee & creamer. The proximity of the VRBO to the Interstate & the Ark Encounter couldn’t be better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This place met our needs well, used as a launch point for day trips to Ark/Creation, but also Louisville, Cincinnati, and Mammoth Cave. It's easy to find and convenient to highway. Kitchen was equipped well enough for us to make hot breakfast and dinner daily. Note that while this place may sleep several people, it cannot comfortably seat more than 3. The living room has only 1 sofa and the property is not carpeted so if you plan to be around during the evenings, bring your own bean bags!

Nice little house. Suited our family very well. We loved the game room. Would suggest making more counter space in the kitchen, more seating in the living room and would have been nice to be able to use the closets in the bedrooms.

Very nice ,clean place to stay only thing that could add to the property is to put two chairs on the bottom floor, had to pull chairs from dining table. Other than that no complaints. My grandson loved the basement.

The property was "as described" and included all the necessary furnishings for the house. The basement provided hours of entertainment for our three children. It was in very close proximity to the Ark Encounter and an easy drive to the Creation Museum.

Ezekiel’s House is in a quiet neighborhood close to the Ark Encounter. There were plenty of pot, pans, and dishes available. The basement had lots of games and a washer and dryer. The basement was not finished so it was not very warm and inviting like the pictures made it out to be. The stairs are steep so the elderly and young children may have difficulties. The beds were comfortable, but the kids room had lots of trash under the bed. Overall it was a nice place for families and is very affordable.
