Perfect home to stay at for a fishing tournament. My son and I got to spend some quality time on Lake Sinclair fishing. The home is cozy, clean and plenty of space. Great place to stay we will come back!

This house was very nice, and clean, we had to travei into Millageville for some meetings that was a little far, but if you plane to stay at the house and enjoy the lake it's the place for you.

This house is in a great location, furnished with everything you can think of and super clean. We enjoyed the back porch in the evenings and being super close to the boat ramp and community pavilion. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will definitely book this gem again!

Stayed 6 nights- very clean and comfortable home. Well stocked for cooking and eating in. TV in all three bedrooms and den. Very relaxing and quiet location.

The house and lodging were great and everything was as listed. The lot itself is not actually waterfront, it adjoins to the community center and the only water access is through the community center. This isn’t an issue as long as you are aware, but the listing makes it seem as if all the amenities are a part of the VRBO property. Somewhat misleading, but overall not a bad stay.

Lily Creek was perfect for our college friends' reunion. The house is quiet and lovely, and the furnishings (especially couches, chairs, beds and bedding) were quite comfortable. Information and communications were complete, efficient, personable, and timely. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you for providing a perfect spot for a wonderfully relaxing vacation.

My husband and I rented this home for a fishing getaway.
My brother joined us for two days with his wife and two teenage daughters. The house was plenty spacious enough for us all to hang out. We thoroughly enjoyed the various board games that were available. Then we camped in the spacious living room for a movie. It was fabulous with plenty of seating for us all.
The next few days we fished the lake catching loads of brim right at the dock behind the house. We took the boat on the lake and enjoyed the few days of good weather fishing and boating. The boat ramp is basically in the back yard, but don't worry, because its never crowded, and the ramp is large with plenty of space for maneuvering. People are super considerate, no ruckus at the dock or ramp to worry with.
The last two days of our stay two of our adult boys came up with their wives and baby. Again, plenty of room for us all. I was also super grateful for the large laundry units at the house. I was able to wash bed linens and towels between visits.
The kitchen has everything that you need to cook any kind of meal, and there is a char coal grill out back big enough to grill all 8 steaks at once. I cooked three meals a day the entire stay and never once needed a utensil or pot that wasn't present.
Extra linens are plenty in the house as well as numerous pillows. I brought mine from home thinking the pillows would be typical flat, or lumpy, not the case here.
We loved our stay!

Outstanding experience, great owner, beautiful place!!!

The house is great with plenty of seating. Enjoyed the seclusion and the quietness of the property. We went to the grocery store the first day and hung around the house playing board games, reading, napping and just catching up. The distance from civilization was a plus because we were made to slow down and not feel like we had to be doing something. The house had everything we needed. The WiFi was down so we had no tv but, thanks to smart phones, we were able to watch the GA/TN game (we won’t talk about Alabama/LSU). The owner’s were excellent in responding to our inquiries about the WiFi and offered suggestions of restaurant who were showing the game. It was a very relaxing weekend!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. The porch swing and back deck were where we spent a lot of time. The house was very clean and nicely decorated.

Property is way better than what than pics shown. Beds really comfortable. Enjoyed fishing from dock. Used kayaks to access water park across the lake. Kitchen well-equipped. Truly nice time. Quiet area. Perfect for relaxing. .

Really enjoyed this very homey, comfortable property. Everything was clean, three bedrooms with three king beds was perfect for our family. Backyard porch in the morning was great for coffee. Sitting around the fire pit (to hot for a fire)in the evening was extremely relaxing with the boat dock in the background.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our group and the ramp nearby was so convenient. There was plenty of room for the teens and adults. The back deck view to the lake was amazing for morning coffee.

The house was cute and had plenty of room. Daniel was quick to respond to my questions. I felt like there were so many rules and that I needed to let the owner know of every little thing so that I would not be accused of breaking something and charged extra. Also two days prior to your arrival you must sign a contract with a picture of your credit card and your drivers license sent separately from VRBO. The house was secluded and quite a distance from town so bring your groceries. The house is near a playground, basketball court and a place to put your boat in. You can not swim like others mentioned and you must take your boat out of the water every day.

When we got off the interstate we drove for another 45 minutes to reach the Lake House. We weren't disappointed! It was the perfect size for our get together. It was like home away from home. Well furnished from kitchen supplies, great den area with plenty of seating and very comfortable beds. Four of us got up early Monday morning to drive to Augusta for the Monday practice round. It was about 1 1/2 hour drive. It was great when we got "home"! We used the basketball court several times and it was great. They have now put up a high fence around the court so you don't have to chase the ball very far. The only issue we had was the approximately 5" of rain in 2 days. It wasn't a problem because there were plenty of games, good TV, good food and good company. Daniel was a great host and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!!!
Thanks Daniel for sharing your home!

Awesome trip in a great spot. Owners were great and we hope to stay here again.

This home was amazing! It had everything you would ever need and more. We were looking for a place we could just sit, relax and enjoy family. It was so peaceful, no traffic and we hardly knew there were neighbors next door. The view off the back porch was amazing and the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Daniel was our host and amazing to work with. He made everything so easy from checking in to checking out and everything in-between. If you are looking for a place to unwind and enjoy family look no further. If I could give it more than five stars I would. The absolute best thing about this house was it actually felt like home.

This home was great it felt like home. The kids loved the baseball court. Sitting by the lake was awesome and the views were amazing. Thanks for our stay.

Great spot, great fun, and easy checkout! We loved the spot and plan to return again soon!

This is a BEAUTIFUL property that’s extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The house is gorgeous and much bigger than it looks from the outside, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the downstairs furniture allows people plenty of room to spread out to play one of the many board games in the house or watch TV. Everything you need is here—two sets of cookware, grill, fire pit, etc. The lake view is gorgeous, and the pier, lit basketball court, volleyball pit, pickle ball court, playground, and pavilion with bar and grill area are steps away. The house is in a remote area that’s far from road noise and in a quiet cove that opens to the rest of the lake. The owner was very accommodating. We highly recommend this rental!

We had a great experience staying at this property. We were in town to celebrate my son’s wedding and the property was the perfect location for us. The house was clean, cute, and well stocked. The property manager was easy to work with.

The owner explained everything in detail very well. He was also able to answer all my questions. I will be booking this property again.

Very nice place. Playground in walking distance
All around nice.

Awesome property, would have gotten five stars if the grass was cut and we didn't have to kill wasps nest. Well book again though

This was a very secluded location and quite area on the lake. However you could not swim from the shoreline it was a No Swimming area. All water craft had to be removed from the lake at night. The house has no boat dock.

For our couples annual getaway this lake house was perfect. Very clean, well stocked and quite neighborhood. We were so amazed as to how fresh it smelled and the lay out of all 3 rooms with king beds that slept well, we set up a canopy down by the lake and enjoyed the outdoors eventhough it drizzled it was so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this beautiful lake house!

This house was so comfortable, clean, and perfectly decorated! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We saw deer, a fox, and lots of birds. The only disappointment was that swimming is not allowed in the portion of the lake where the house is located. Perfect stay for someone bringing a boat to access the lake and who isn’t interested in swimming. Other than that, we thorough,y enjoyed our stay.

Lovely lake home on Lake Sinclair. Enjoyed fishing off dock, playing pickle ball on a great court. Easy place to get in and out of with the pontoon boat. Nice for a couple or family.p
