The condo was exactly as listed. Perfect view of the ocean. Great communication from owner. Easy check in. Would definitely recommend! Best and least stressful vacation we ever took. Very clean other than sand but you are at the beach. Great condo for a large group like we had (10 total people).

This property was just as it was described on the website. The check in process was quick and easy. The property manager met us at the condo and conducted a walk through with us. We did not have to deal with the front desk at all which was also great since it was packed and the lines were long. The washing machine stopped working and Tom was there within an hour. Overall a great experience for our family!!

We very much enjoyed this spacious property. There were four of us plenty of room. Balcony was amazing. Check in and communication were top notch. Easy access to Beach. And within walking distance from groceries and restaurants. Well stocked with beach towels, Bath towels and great beach chairs We recommend this Stay.

We stayed here to celebrate my aunt and cousins 70th birthday. The condo was in a fantastic location with easy access to the pools and the beach. The unit was fully equipped and we had no issues cooking meals. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Stayed with family and friends for a 4 day weekend. Property looked just like pictured and property manager was super nice and efficient. Parking was a little tight during most of the weekend but nothing impossible to achieve. Loved that the property had oscillating fans in each bedroom for those people who sleep with fans on.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay The unit was well appointed. The owners were very accommodating. If I had one constructive comment it would be, to purchase a new shower head for the main bathroom. It appears to be leaking at the top and water pressure was compromised. Also, wish we had known that the outdoor pools, hot tubs and lazy river were all under construction and unable to be used. We did use the indoor hot tub and pool. Other than that, the unit was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the beach.

This is a great place to stay. Amazing views. We were able to see dolphins several times during our stay. Place is very clean and family friendly.

Great stay for a full month. Location was excellent with great oceanfront views, easy access to condo, excellent proximity to amenities such as golf courses, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Three bedrooms, easily accommodated five adults, with room for more. Very clean unit with comfortable beds. Two full baths with lots of shower and beach towels. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. During our stay, we were short on plates, and owners were quick to bring new full sets. In-unit washer and dryer was nice to have. Slept with sliding glass door to hear waves crashing on the beach. Due to exterior improvements and maintenance, outdoor pool and jacuzzis were closed. Weird/hidden access to indoor pool and jacuzzi but once we found it, it was clean and comfortable. This area could use a little TLC, but we used it several times. Tucked-under parking garage was a big plus. Best golf courses we played (out of 11): Caledonia, Willbrook, Thistle, Wild Wing and Grande Dunes. Tom and Andy (managers) were personable and quick to respond/act. Would highly recommend this three-bedroom, Two-bath unit.

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful flat… It’s the perfect location if you’re going on excursions to Sand Dollar Island and the Wild Horse tour. The place is immaculate … The shower in the master bedroom is super luxurious… We had our first drink of “Eternal Water”… I would maybe recommend some additional weather using on the enclosed stairwell due to the smell of mold/mildew which set both my husband and daughter’s allergies off… There was just a little leak with the washing machine which the owners offered to come fix right away and, the dishwasher was very nice but, there was slight difficulty with getting it started when we left because the instruction buttons are obscured when the machine is shut… Not a biggie but, a little stressful because that was one of the tidy up requirements -to run the dishes…The biggest issue for us was the allergens in the enclosed, outside stairwell… Once you’ve entered the home though, there is no indication of a smell… Overall, our stay was splendid and the accommodations were cRaZy nice… We’d definitely stay there again… if allergies weren’t a consideration.

The condo was clean and had all the things you need and more. The views were wonderful and I slept to the sound of the waves. Beach was beautiful and clean. Water is cold in October. We will be returning next year.

I went for my Bachelorette Party last weekend and we had so much fun!! The property owner was absolutely amazing, kept in touch the entire week leading up to our stay! The place was super clean and updated and we had plenty of supplies for our long weekend away!!! The check in and check out process was so easy and he even met us to do a walkthrough to ensure the condo was up to par for us!!

Our family really enjoyed staying at the Grande Shores. The condo was beautiful, great location and overall immaculate. We had a slight issue with the dryer and our host Tom was quick to get the problem resolved and overall very accommodating throughout our entire stay. We definitely will return and hope to rent this condo in the future. The Slater Family.

The owners met us at the room and explained the procedures for using the facilities in just a few minutes. The few questions we had during the stay were answered quickly and accurately. The rooms were bigger than expected and nicely decorated. Located right on the beach, we never wanted for places to swim or sun ourselves. We all greatly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to repeat the experience!

Owner responded to questions immediately. Met us promptly at the condo at the designated time, and would absolutely recommend his condo. Condo was very clean, and the owner makes sure you have everything to make your stay enjoyable. Beach chairs, beach towels, plenty of towels, spices, plates, and silverware. Great location to get to Barefoot Landing, the Prime Outlets, Broadway at the Beach, and many fabulous local restaurants.

We had a three bedroom/oceanfront 9th floor condo that was very clean and spacious. Had many amenities and access to two outdoor pools, hot tubs, and indoor pool. Easy direct access to the beach and our condo had chairs and umbrella so that was a plus since we flew. Had an excellent host named Tom Roberts. Best wishes to others who stay at the Grand Shore Resort. Enjoy!!

This property was just as advertised. The check in process was extremely easy. The gentleman that was there with the keys was very informative about the property. He assured us to contact him for any issues or concerns, but we did not have any problems the entire week we were there. He also assured us with the toddlers the balcony and electric heat source/fireplace (not sure on the correct terminology) that they were safe for them. We will definitely be back and we hope with two toddlers we left the property they way we should have and as clean as possible. Thanks for an unforgettable vacation!!

Not only is the unit beautiful. It has all the necessary utensils for cooking. All of the bedrooms were comfortable; sitting outside on the balcony, watching and listening to the ocean is unbeatable. The unit includes beach chairs and an umbrella for sitting on the beautiful beach. The cafe downstairs serves a wonderful buffet style breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was beautiful, clean and had a magnificent view! Andy met us at the door and welcomed us with a smile. It had everything you could need, we cooked and were able to wash the baby things as needed. Easy access to the beach, fast elevators (slow ones make me nervous) and we all want to come back. I appreciated the cleanliness and also the necessities being stocked (coffee filters, salt, pepper, paper towels and tissue, and plenty of towels and wash cloths). We felt safe and spoiled. Waking up to an ocean view is something I could get used to. It’s a perfect place, we had no complaints and highly recommend. Thank you, Andy, for a wonderful stay!

Loved this condo!! Plenty of space to hang out, great view, easy access to pool and hot tub, short walk to the beach. You can pretty much walk to grocery store and several restaurants, but it’s also very quiet neighborhood when you are ready to relax. Tom was also very responsive and accomplished as a host! There was plenty of basics in the condo such as soap, toiletries, toilet paper, towels etc. We really enjoyed our stay!
