There is room for surfboards and outside shower is a great way to rinse off after the beach.
The dryer is located under the house near clothes line. Washing machine is in the kitchen.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a two apartment duplex.
Access to the house is completely seperate for this apartment as upstairs apartment has own seperate entry.
*For those with a disability/mobility issues there is one small step up to the front verandah and another small step up once inside the entry hall. There are another two steps inside the house from the kitchen up to slightly elevated dining/sun room.

Buses travel constantly up and down nearby Sydney and Pittwater Roads to all surrounding areas and the city.

Manly Wharf is in walking distance to catch a boat into the city.

I walk from the apartment to everywhere in Manly. However, If you need a car there is an off street space for a small to medium size car secured behind a gate. For a larger or 2nd car there are two resident parking permit for free unrestricted street parking. For those who find walking up a hill to the apartment from Manly difficult there are frequent bus services which stop on the flat nearby and a taxi rank at the bottom or the hill which cost about $7.

Manly is a fabulous lively city village. The apartment is up on a hill in a residential area, slightly removed from the village centre. This provides cool sea breezes in summer and easy access to all attractions without the noise and crowds.

Famous Manly surf beach or still water Shelly Beach (good for snorkelling or scuba diving) are in walking distance. Harbour beaches with no waves are also great for young families.

Sydney Harbour and numerous interesting and picturesque walks are also in the neighbourhood. It is just a beautiful Manly Ferry or JetCat boat trip to the CBD or Opera House, or if you prefer you can take one of the frequent buses to the city.

The relaxed atmosphere of Manly makes it a very special city village. '10 mins from the city and 1000 miles from care!'

From the point of booking there has been updates and information sent to us about whats on in the area and asking if there are any needs that we require to make our stay better (there was not ), as were were getting to the house slightly earlier there was accimidation made to leave our luggage on site so we could walk to the bay. The house is exactly what we were looking for a tradittional Australian old house with caricature, the premise has catered for everything us to our 3yr old gran daughter. All the rooms are big and airy and you instantly feel that your home. The location is only 16min walk to the beachs and Manly wharf whilst passing the shops. When we retun back this will be one place we would book again. Many thanks

Lovely neighbourhood Short, enjoyable walk to Manly amenities Beautiful home Very well equipped kitchen Especially loved bright,airy dining space Thoughtful to leave beach stuff for use- sunscreen towels etc Loved Paulo’s for morning coffees and evening apéritifs- just up street from home. This place was perfect for our two families to meet and stay. Would highly recommend and would hope to stay again. Robyn also very kindly offered to post a journal we left back to us. Thank you!

Well what can I say, this place is incredible. We booked Robyn’s place back in 2022 for December 2023… and the communication with Robyn from the start was spot on. The place is very clean and perfect for a family, supplying all the toiletries, laundry and even the coffee pods make this place that little more special… we had a car for most of the time but apart from going to golf courses we walked all the time (the hill you do get used too) Thank you Robyn!! We loved our time in Manly

Robyn was a very good host and was also a very good communicator. We had to change date due a death in the family which was easily accommodated. The home is of a very good standard and extremely well equipped. Its up the hill from Manly but no real problem and is therefore close to all of the facilities. I would highly recommend this house as a great place to stay.

We stayed for 2 weeks at the property while visiting from the UK with our 2 year old daughter. I was also 5 months pregnant! So arriving at the property after our long haul flight was such a relief. The check in process was very easy and the apartment was beautifully presented and everything that we might need had been thought of and provided. It was well suited to our toddler as it was all on one level with lots of space to explore. The location was ideal to explore Manly on foot, including being 2 minutes from a great local coffee shop! Communication with the owner was excellent and she was able to accommodate many of our more specific needs around check out and cots and high chairs etc. Overall we would highly recommend.
