Great location and comfortable room
1.5
It was unsafe for wheelchair, the slope at the front door and the step make it hard to get in the front door The shower in the middle of the bathroom with no curtain the water makes the floor to slick to move. Too small and poorly laid out to be able move in wheelchair . Sitting in the street for an hour while room was cleaned, after text five hours before that it was ready.

The existence of a room for people with mobility problems is worthy of praise, not so many hotels have them. Unfortunately, the bath is (for the same reason) extremely uncomfortable. More detail could be provided in the room description, for I though it was only about being on the ground floor.
Cozy room, even if a bit outdated, in a calm location.
The location is good and bad (see ahead), less than 5 min to the roman theatre and some restaurants.
Easy free parking.
I found it rather weird that staff was present only in the morning. The wc was lacking a hairdryer.
The location is good for visiting part of the city, but it is on the opposite side of the alcazaba and main commercial areas.
I missed a luggage room: even if our thing were kept behind the reception, as no one was usually there it didnt seem very safe.
All in all, a bit expensive for what it offers.

The room has some issues with mold, this need`s to be fixed!

The room was very basic although clean
No flat surface to put anything and only one pillow between two people other than the bolster

The location is perfect, and the price is very reasonable. Everything is very clean, and the check-in process was super easy. José is very nice and helpful.
I can’t really think of anything. I wish there was a kitchen.

very clean and in an amazing location
there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property

The room looked just like the pics, and it was beautiful. The location is not too far away from the main part of town.
The check-in process was confusing. I never met the staff, they just gave me codes over the phone. The worst part though was that the room REEKED of cigarettes. It was very overwhelming. As non-smokers we definitely weren't too happy spending the night in the stench.

The food was good.

We had a very easy access, all contacting by phone and just taking the keys from a hall box, following direct instructions. That's positive when you're hitting the road and booking on the way.
The shower system in the bathrom was a bit rough, watering the whole toilet facilities. It reminded us to some places in Asia. Aside from that it was overall fine.

Excellent location and friendly staff.
No WiFi access in the room and we needed to wait for the hairdryer

If you are in Merida for archaeology and history then it is awersome place. There is big parking gir a car nearby and archaeology attacs you right behind the corner.

Comfortable and nicely decorated room. Close to the Roman theater, but a bit of a walk from the center. Restaurants and tapas bars nearby.
The bathroom was quite small. The room had a large window on street level, so I had to keep the curtains closed during the day

Very Clean and nicely decorated
Very close to the Roman amphitheater & museum
Temperature in the room was a bit warm for my liking, I was not able to adjust it lower than 25°C
Bed a little uncomfortable, mattress too firm for my liking. Maybe a mattress topper would help

The accommodation is at only a few hundred metres from the main tourist attraction: the amphitheater and theater from Roman times.
When we arrived in the rain, the staff's only concern was to hand over the keys and get away as quickly as possible. Please note we made our booking long in advance and were there early for check in. It did not count for anything.
There is no parking provided by the facility and I had to stay in the car to let my wife check in. No proper instructions were given where secure parking was available (we found out later, at approx. 300 m distance). It meant we had to drag our suitcases in the rain to the accommodation. This could have been prevented by the staff by them helping us unload while double parked on the road.
We were given the DISABILITY room at the ground floor. As we were practically the first the check in and out of season, many other rooms must have been available. The disability facilities includes an open shower between washbasin and toilet. There is no proper ventilation in the bathroom and room. The only thing to do is to open the window directly leading onto the street, which made for a noisy night and made my wife feel unsafe. Finally, if you like firm mattresses, this is not a place for you.

Room is okay
I had a very bad experience. The owner does not speak english so i had to communicate with a translation app. I made a mistake in the dates of booking, but the owner let me know that a changes of dates was no problem and we would arrange everything 'later'. However, he never came to arrange things and a day after I left I saw that he had taken €50,- more from my creditcard than the arranged price - apparently this is possible....
