The well-equipped, full kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious beach snacks and homemade meals. And with added conveniences like free WiFi, TVs in each bedroom, and a private washer/dryer, this will be the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your getaway!
Enjoy your time away at this premier resort on an island in the bay directly across from the fun and nightlife of South Padre Island. Play golf at the Long Island Village golf course or spend some time at the Resort Activity Center with shared indoor and outdoor pools and a hot tub, sports courts, and a well-equipped fitness room.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must check-in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for their parking passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is an $90 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees.
NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

Very nice location and overall the home was ok. Little things in the house that need to be addressed and repaired! All really easy fixes and relatively inexpensive

Had a great short stay on Abalone Circle. Peaceful, quiet village, and the home was wonderful, WIFI, TV, perfect.
Rocket launch view was a very short walk, went perfectly.

I loved the main room with all the windows. The bedrooms were cozy, even when the temps dropped and the wind was blowing. The furnace and A/c worked well. The mgmt worked to fix any issues I had.

I loved that it had lots of windows with plenty of light. The kitchen had most things that I needed.
A big drawback was the prescense of roaches. I have been battling them since I arrived. Maria has been trying to help with that but no luck so far. I do appreciate that they fixed the blinds at my windows

This home was everything we needed and more.
There was ample amount of space for my husband and I and our 3 grown kids.
If we had to give a downfall, it would be the fact that the home only has 1 bathroom. This proved to be a little cumbersome at times.
But overall, we absolutely loved it and have already looked at booking it again.

Long island getaway
It was a charming, cozy stay. I would have given a 5 star review unfortunately the dishes were dirty when I arrived and spots on the counter due to covid this concerned me. Also the plumbing in the bathroom is not optimal. Otherwise lovely place and overpriced parking passes.

Great amenities and location
This house was a perfect location for fishing and close to the beach as well (5 min drive). The pool is very nice and not over crowded. Also enjoyed the security of the gated community. The house was clean and cozy.

Our LIV home
I loved that it was so bright, roomy and clean. We actually had 20 people over for a party while we were there. The deck is small but big enough for me. Loved sitting out there, talking on the phone and reading. Having a dishwasher and garbage disposal was a bonus as well as the king size bed. We were also pleasantly surprised to find we had a hide-a-bed.

Our LIV home
We loved our little home here in Port Isobel on Long Island Village. We loved all the activities and being around the pool. If only we could have gotten into the outdoor one. Brrrrr
Our house was so bright and cheery and yet cozy. Our owners were very generous and fixed the few things we needed done. It was also very clean and we hope we have left it just as clean.
We are looking forward to coming back to this unit next winter.
