I believe the property was probably great in the past. The passcode to enter the property did not unlock the door to the property. We brought this up to the number provided for issues, but no follow up. The projector to the theater room was missing. The owner did reimburse a portion the cost of the rental and apologized. However, I don’t think it should be advertised as a feature to choose their property if it wasn’t present.The downstairs family room TV was broken and sitting in the garage. The upstairs shower rod and curtain fell when it was used and hit my daughter-in-law in the head. The remotes were missing or not working for several televisions. The house advertised that cable TV was available, but it was not. The swing in the backyard had missing cushions. As mentioned earlier the place was probably really nice when it was originally listed years ago, but has since been neglected. This comes across like the owners focus is to cut corners to save or make money rather than provide a great place to stay.

Great home…sadly, there were too many insects especially earwigs!! The gravel par of the parking lot needs to be graded so that water drains to the southwest-many cars had to avoid parking in water/mud

The place is beautiful and has amazing view. It was very comfortable for our family which included adults and younger children. When we arrived, it was clean and sanitized, but the cleaners had missed some trash the previous guests had left on the deck (easy mistake). The only real complaint we have is that the listing claims to have an on-site electric car charger, when there is none. When questioned about it, the hosts informed us the “on-site” charger is in Garden City near a church. We strongly suggest changing the listing so people know what to really expect. We had a wonderful time enjoying the home and the beautiful area that is Bear Lake. Thanks for a great time!

Stayed here to celebrate a birthday with friends and had a great time! Went to the lake and spent a lot of time outside. The living room area was great for football watching and the theater we watched jaws!

This home was perfect for our family reunion! When we arrived we found it to be spotless and all of the furnishings were in great condition. We loved the spectacular view and the backyard allowed for fun times. We had a few minor issues to report, and always received responses very quickly. We highly recommend this home.

The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. It was close to town and had lots of space. The difficult part was with the property management. The message I sent did not get replied to until after check out. The electronic door battery were dead and not opening. We stood outside for over an hour trying to get help in. Direct message on the VRBO app were never replied to. We finally found a number on google and sat on hold and navigated through a mess of questions to finally get a back up key. This was the only set back… the house was great!

We really enjoyed our time! Close to the lake, wonderful bike/walking trails, theater room was used every evening. Kitchen well stocked with cookware. TV set up a little complicated (wished we had a manual for that) maybe that was just us though. Fire alarms went off around 5:30 a.m. 😳 because of water leakage, however maintenance came that day and fixed problem. Great response! 👍🏼 Beautiful memories made❣️

Kennington Haven is a great place for your family reunion. Two kitchens, plenty of bedroom space, fully stocked kitchen, roomy pantry give you all you need to feed the hoard. The theatre room and all entertainment systems are easy to use and really nice. We loved the firepit and the gear available in the garage for beach days. But best of all is the wonder-view of the lake. Incredible. This place was pricey but we loved it and made memories for a lifetime!

This house has awesome views and was very accommodating for our group of 20. It was real clean when we arrived. There are a few areas that could use a little love but overall it was a great stay.

This property was amazing! I was so pleased for the size and cleanliness of the home. I have a family member in a wheel chair, brought his ramp and was able to access the main floor through the garage. Plenty of parking for 8 vehicles and a trailer. There were several babies, and the rooms were big enough for portable cribs. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Three fridges was so appreciated! Feeding 20-25 at each meal was easily accomplished with all the kitchen dishes and cooking utensils. The best part was everyone was able to sit in the kitchen together. The washer and dryer was needed. There were plenty of towels. The ease of getting to the beach and down town was nice. We had one day of 65 degrees and wind, (Be sure to bring a sweater) Two days of sunshine. Fabulous memories for our family. We are already planning on doing this again! Thanks!

Best kitchen and seating ever. All 23 of us could be in the same area cooking and eating with no crowding. Well planned and unobstructed view of lake. Love the large view windows. We were in and out of Ideal Beach, so location was a quick one mile away. Master bedroom and bath are large and closet space to spare. Most bedrooms have a wonderful closet. Bathrooms are all perfectly new and clean and large enough for families. Theatre room was a favorite for many grandkids. Large screen TVs everywhere made it so fun for different viewing for everyone. So well stocked. Pantry even has a blender, air fryer and more. Garage has two paddle boards and two kayaks, including adult life jackets. Extra beach and patio chairs.

House was nice and we had a great vacation but many of the beds were lousy. I slept in the bedroom right next to the front door. In the bedroom above me, every time the occupants turned over, their bed made awful noises and kept me awake. Several beds have valleys in the mattress. Good collection of plates, pans, and supplies etc. We had no trouble getting in. Everything went smoothly. Nice collection of games in cupboard. Great view! Just a few minutes in our car to get down to beach!

WE LOVED THIS HOME IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN. PERFECT SIZE FOR OUR FAMILY. WE ALSO ENJOYED THE BUCKETS FOR THE KIDS AND PADDLE BOARDS WHICH WAS ALL INCLUSIVE WITH THE HOME. VERY HOMELY FEEL LOVED THEATER .

This house was perfect for our family of 18. Plenty of space to spread out yet be together too. I was excited to see they had a lawn, although not a huge one, to be able to play some outdoor games. The view of the lake was great and it only took a few minutes to get there to play in the water. Would've loved a hottub but other than that it was aweome!! Thank you! We will be back!

The house is very comfortable and in a good location. We had to clean the inside fridge shelves and some frozen ice cream in the garage fridge freezer before we could put in our food. We also ran out of toilet paper in a couple of the bathrooms. Prior to our stay I emailed the owner twice with questions and received no answer to either inquiry. We were happy to see some grass in the back. The grill on the deck had melted cheese and grease which we had to clean up before we could use it. We have stayed here twice and would stay again in the future.

We loved staying at this property! The first thing you notice when you walk in is the amazing view from the big living room windows! Wow! The decorations were darling. It was big enough to fit three families, all sleeping in beds. Everything was super clean and comfortable! We LOVED that 2 kayaks. 2 paddle boards, sand toys and beach chairs were provided. That made our 2 days at the lake really enjoyable! We would definitely stay again!

There were three small families in our party. Six adults and 8 kids total. This house had plenty of space for everyone. It was beautiful and spotless. The views were incredible, and it is in a quiet spot just a few minutes from the marinas. We loved it and will be back again.
