便利で快適かつお洒落なホテルでゆっくり休めました。おすすめです。

京都駅八条口から歩いてすぐの好立地。室内には乾燥機能付きドラム式洗濯機があり、着替えを減らす事ができて大変便利でした。またお風呂とトイレがセパレートで、家のお風呂のような大きい浴槽と洗い場が供えられたタイプでゆっくり入浴できて良かった。

各部屋までの導線が外廊下（屋外に面している）タイプなので、雨の日は廊下に雨が吹き込んできたのでガラス等で工夫してもらえると完璧。

huge room + washer/dryer in the room (bring own soap) huge bed great location. don quijote is a few steps. kyoto station is a few more steps

need more hangers. only 4. cupboard is too narrow to put clothes in so nowhere to hide clothes

Just awesome!

Just love everything about the room. The washing machine worked well and it has a smart TV as well! The staff is exceptionally friendly and polite. ☺️

Nothing really, except it's a bit confusing at first to get there as the hotel is inside a small alley.

Great stay

Room were large for Japan standards. Very clean and close to Kyoto station so made it very easy to get around the city. Doesn't have view but didn't really miss it as we are mostly out and only came back to crash.

Fantastic boutique hotel

We got adjoining rooms which was very handy for 2 adults and 1 teenager. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Washing machine useful. Great location, easy walk to station. Quiet area.

Not a lot of storage space if traveling with large cases. Kitchen/bathroom area can be a little squashy with more than 1 person using the area.

盥洗設施水壓強水量大熱度又夠，泡澡十分舒服。有洗烘衣機與洗衣精可以洗烘衣服。住房前後都可以寄行李，且離車站近，搭利木津巴士更方便。有機會可以遇到台灣員工，非常親切，一切都很棒。

Central, yet quiet way to stay in Kyoto

Location: Quiet side street 5 minutes walk south of Kyoto main station which made it easy to get to and from things while being away from the crowds at night. Place has a washing machine and dryer combination - only used the washing function. Rooms have everything you need. Smart lighting concept outside the windows to make it more pretty that there is no view but a wall. It didn't even bother us and you have maximum privacy with the curtains open. :) Beds comfy, staff super helpful and friendly. Clean, modern, not worn down or dated at all. Highly recommended.

They didn't have a cloths horse to hang your washing but they helped us out with plent of coat hangers. needed to get a little creative on where to hang those, but it worked out. :)

First choice. EPH is our home in Kyoto

Very closed to Air Port Bus, train station, bus station, tourist centre. lot of restaurants, shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. Modern design with kitchen and washing machine.

Steps from Kyoto station but nestled in a residential neighborhood so very quiet. Close to everything you would need. Mini kitchen and washer dryer in room was amazing.

No windows to the outside, so it was like living in a cave.

Wonderful cosy hotel in Kyoto

Extremely kind Staff: the Receptionist was so kind to help me with a personal issue (I lost an item at the airport and she generously helped me retrieve it). Cosy and spacious room with a very nice atmosphere.

Close to station. Contemporary style.

Breakfast was very poor. I have stayed in EPH hotel in Takayama where the breakfast was very good (excellent cooked breakfast plus pastries etc. - it really set you up for the day). At Kyoto there was little to choose from, just a few slices of bread, one type of pastry and little else. Not enough and not enough choice.

My perfect Japanese experience

I was so pleased I chose eph Kyoto - it was very affordable for Kyoto and I thought might not be so good - but it was wonderful. Small, no dining or bar really, but it was extremely comfortable, very stylish, staff wonderful and so lovely. The best of Japanese culture. And easy walk from Kyoto railway station - which is a tourist detination in its own right.

No problems at all. The rooms open onto a semi-enclosed walkway and don;t have opening windows so you do need to learn how to manage the aircon or it might too hot.

Great and conveniently located.

Close to the train station, very calm, great rooms with even a washer/dryer and some with a small kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Several convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
