"Spacious" "Convenient" "Elegant" "Fantastic" "Quality" "Awesome" "Outstanding" "Quiet". These are words that have been used by some of my previous guests to describe this condo. Located near some of the most popular attractions such as the walking distance of the Dolly Parton's Stampede, 2 miles from the Ripken baseball park, and 2.5 miles from Dollywood. I am the owner of this unit and it is the only condo I own in Pigeon Forge so it gets my personal attention to see that it is always cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. I have an excellent cleaning staff and maintenance staff on call in the unlikely event that something should go wrong. So if you appreciate luxury, convenience, and lots of fun things to do combined with affordability, then you owe it to yourself to book your next vacation or weekend getaway at our luxury 4-bedroom condo at the magnificent River Stone Resort in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. You will enjoy luxury and convenience from the moment you enter the Resort, as you experience the magnificently landscaped and maintained grounds. For your convenience, use your pre-assigned access code to avoid the check-in hassle and can go straight to the nicest accommodation available in Pigeon Forge. Being one of only three 4-bedroom condos on the Resort that are located on the top (6th) floor, you will have the best vantage point for the spectacular views of the Gatlinburg Golf Course and the stunning surrounding mountains. Inside the condo, you will enjoy the tall cathedral ceilings, which add to the feeling of spaciousness and are only available on the top floor. Located on Dollywood Lane, only a short distance from the world-famous Dollywood Theme Park, this condo can be easily accessed from I-40 via the Pigeon Forge by-pass so you can avoid the traffic. Once inside the Resort, you will have access to the many available amenities without ever leaving the resort. You can swim in the indoor heated pool 365 days a year 24 hours a day or you can sunbathe and swim in the outdoor Lazy River. Enjoy a relaxing walk on the walking trail along the Pigeon River that runs parallel to the Resort, or try your luck at fishing. (Don't forget to get your fishing license). There is a game room, fitness center, arcade, and outdoor playground for the children. If you like being pampered you can also book a spa treatment at a world-class Spa that is also located on the grounds. You will be located conveniently to the local attractions, and shopping, and only 7 miles from Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains. After a day filled with shopping at the local shops or outlet malls, activities on the grounds, or the many local attractions, you can dine at one of the many great restaurants or you might want to prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. Enjoy your meal in the separate dining area, which has seating for up to 8 people. When it's time to relax, kick back in the living area and enjoy the decorated interior complete with designer furniture throughout the condo. If it's cold outside warm up by the gas fireplace and enjoy a favorite TV show or a movie on the 75" flat-screen TV that is located over the gas fireplace. There are sliding glass doors from the living area that lead to a private balcony where you can enjoy the views and the fresh air. If you prefer you can also retire to one of the four bedrooms each with its own TV. Three of the bedrooms have king beds and one has two twins. Each has its own private bath complete with granite vanity tops and closets. The Master Suite has a multitude of features to help you relax, including a garden tub in addition to the large glass-enclosed walk-in shower. There is also access to the private balcony from the Master Suite. Considering this spacious condo can accommodate a large family or group at one low price, it makes it one of the most affordable ways to enjoy a great vacation in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. Beautiful, well appointed unit. Very close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg without being in the middle of all activity. On site spa was a pleasant plus. Owners were very attentive to a couple minor issues.

Owner control air conditioner was not allowed to go below 73°F. Hot water temp was turned down, not allowed above lukewarm. Spiders in bathroom. Access card to wave pool, gym, etc. did not work. My family and I visit the area every summer and we have stayed at this particular condo multiple times but never an owner managed unit and we have never had any issues that could not be resolved, timely. Quite frustrating.

We stayed while our son participated in the Ripken Experience. The condo was massive and easily fit our family. It gave everyone the privacy they needed and allowed for family dinner and tv watching together. The fireworks from Dollywood every night at 9:50 from the balcony were amazing. The condo was quiet and well furnished. The twin bedroom is by far the coolest, so plan accordingly for bed arrangements. The kitchen had most of what we needed and with Food City and Kroger nearby we were able to supplement easily. A few things to help with packing: bring pool towels, soap for washer and dishwasher as well as extra paper products. We have stayed at several places where extra supplies are sometimes left, this is not the case here. No big deal, just like to be prepared. The washer and dryer are fantastic and new, big fridge and seating for everyone you know. The baggage racks in the parking garage were lifesavers. The lazy river and indoor pool were big hits as was the complementary coffee/hot chocolate in the lodge. The staff there was great, happy to get us ice and receive packages. If ever in Pigeon Forge again, we will certainly stay here.

This is a wonderful condo. Depending on the bedroom you could see the mountains or the golf course. Ages ranged from 7 to 73. Everyone had fun. The condo is so well located. Close to Dollywood, grocery store, mini golf within walking distance, at least 25 resturants within 10 minutes and Dixie Stampede. You can eat fast food to dinner with linen tablecloths and napkins. Washer and dryer are full size not apartment size. You can do a family load of beach towels. The lazy river is a family favorite. Every group had their own bedroom and tv. So you could unwind after a fun filled day. I dont want to praise it too much you might want to use the week I do. You can't go wrong renting this condo. Also the owners are very nice and helpful. I spoke to them a few times and i received a detailed letter explaining about arrival, parking passes, pool passkey, and exit info. You have access to a huge choice of streaming channels.

Loved everything about our stay here. Living room and bedroom have very comfortable furnishings which is important to us. Everything about the condo and resort was top notch! Our kids loved lazy river and indoor pool. Secluded, yet very close to strip. Owners were extremely thorough with updates about our stay and getting our check in info to us beforehand so we didn’t have to deal with office for anything. They went above and beyond and I’m confident if we’d had any issues, they would have responded immediately. Thank you so much Gary and Vickie for everything!

Absolutely wonderful condo! Picture’s don’t do it justice. The unit gives families the opportunity to spread out. Riverstone Resort is close to everything - most drives were 5-10 minutes to places like Rocky top coaster, the Island and Ripken.

First, the photos do not do it justice. We had stayed in another unit and thought this one would be slightly older feeling, but that was inacuratte. This feels super new and clean. We LOVED this unit. Everything about it was awesome, from check in, to layout, to amenities. We go to Tennessee annually and would not hesitate to stay here again, or recommend this place. This is a beautiful property. It is exactly as advertised. This was our first experience at a Pigeon Forge condo. We are very satisfied with the property, the owner and resort. This condo was perfect for our family trip to the Smoky Mountains/Dollywood. Plenty of room for the six of us. Four comfortable bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and flat screen TV's. Very clean, nice furniture, well stocked kitchen. Perfect place to return to after our busy days, where we could relax and watch the Bruins and Celtics playoff games. Added bonus was the lazy river was open and we enjoyed that as well. Would definitely recommend this condo. Great location. We packed a lot into the five nights with Dollywood, Anakeesta and Gaitlinburg, Zorbing, Stampede Show (quick walk from condo), and the Island. Thank you Gary for the use of your condo.
